Staff is severely underpaid and overworked and it is obvious, they barely make over minimum wage and don’t get raises, or vacation, it’s apparent that when the new corporate took over, they gave up completely on taking care of employees! Which is most important, for without them no one gets anything

Every time I go here I get poor customer service idk if the employee is just a grouch in the morning or what but a hello and have a nice day would be nice but instead the only thing that is said to me at all is do I have ID. Yes I sure do but you really need to teach your employees how to talk to people there's ways to ask and ways not to ask. And the customer should be greeted with a smile hello what could I get for you today. Instead I feel like the employee hates life.

I get all my tobacco here, and have been for years. It's a lovely local place and has extremely helpful employees that know what they're talking about. And I get all my supplies for rolling my own cigarettes here!
