This company is awesome. They came to my house after a flooding in my bathrooms with used waters and the plumber had fixed the problem. They measure the humidity levels in all possible affected areas and removed all damaged materials, disinfected and left machines to dry and collect any humidity. They moved everything and cleared out the working spaces and cleaned up after themself. Very professional work and professional demeanor. Reliable and efficient company. I recommend them.

I was away from my home when a pipe burst and went undiscovered for several days. Needless to say, the whole house was saturated once I finally arrived. Someone from ServiceMaster was able to come the next morning to survey the damage and the next day a crew arrived to strip the house so it could be dried and checked for mold. Everyone that worked on the house for the next several days was very kind and hard working. If you experience a burst pipe or other damage to your house, I recommend you call the team at ServiceMaster in Bloomington. They were a big help to me during a very stressful time.

After some water damage occurred in our basement I called Servicemaster (based on previous great reviews) and set up an appointment for them to assess the damage and help dry out the area. From the very first call the staff was very professional and timely . Tony came out right away and arranged for the equipment to be brought in and explained the usual time frame and sequence of their services. They also worked closely with our insurance company to submit estimates and measurements.We could not have had better service at a stressful time! I am thankful for the previous reviews that led me to call Servicemaster and decided I should pass along to others that may be unsure who to call.

Dusty and Tony are great! They went above and beyond to handle our issue in our master bathroom. ServiceMaster has wonderful communication, while waiting on the insurance company, they had a representative reaching out to me weekly to stay in touch and get updates. Anytime schedules needed to shift, they reached out asap to make it as smooth as possible. When my schedule needed to change, they were very accommodating and did not make it seem like my life was a burden to them. (Which is how a lot of companies make it seem.)I was a bit hesitant to go with a damage restoration company for our project, as I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies, but ServiceMaster made everything so easy for me! Quick turn around time and even helped me out with contractor recommendations! I appreciate the help from everyone on the ServiceMaster team!

Incredible customer service. Two very professional employees came out the same day I called. They did a beautiful job sanitizing the room where the water damage was. I called to schedule an estimator to assess at our water damage. We weren't able to meet the estimator, so I uploaded photos and put all the details in the portal. I received a text message when the technician was on the way to our home, once arrived and upon completion. I received the estimate and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. The Service Master representative showed up at our house within an hour of being notified. Tony Hale was professional, polite, completely empathetic to our situation, and full of information and possible solutions to our problem. He immediately eased our minds as to what could be done and was ready with equipment to start remediation on the spot. Our experience with ServiceMaster was absolutely phenomenal!I had a fractured foot and some back problems so needed extra help with deep cleaning our house .We were preparing for a family wedding weekend and called to see if they could come over and help us .Everyone involved ( Sheona,the cleaning staff) worked incredibly hard and left no detail untouched .Dusty ( the owner) was kind to schedule us at a time I know is very busy for them .My husband and myself cannot say enough of how appreciative we were to have used their services.Regardless of what your needs may be we highly recommend them .I know we would not use anyone else .Thank you to the entire team! I highly recommend Service Master. We had a pipe burst on Christmas day while we were out of town, which ultimately lead to our entire first floor flooring and kitchen cabinets to be removed along with 50% of the drywall. Service Master responded within 1hr of my call on Christmas and had a crew there the next day. They started the work while we were still out of town, kept us informed with daily updates, and took the lead of working directly with the insurance adjuster. When we got back the dry-out was nearly complete and they had carefully boxed and labeled all our possessions for safe storage. Everyone I interacted with was excellent, but especially Tony who was our assigned project lead. I would never wish our situation upon anyone, but if you find yourself in need my first call would be Service Master. Experiencing any type of home loss is such a stressful event that you don’t think to plan for. We had no idea where to even begin when our home flooded. Making that phone call to Service Masters was the best decision we made. Dusty was our point of contact and he went above and beyond his job duties to make sure we were okay throughout the entire process. He always made himself available to us, even on his personal time. He was patient with all of our questioning and walked us through the entire process, step by step. Not one day went by that we didn’t know exactly what was happening. The staff at the office are friendly and responsive. The disaster response team that worked on our home were professional, went above and beyond to make sure that the mitigation and removal was done properly and thoroughly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and ready for our contractor to step right in. Pictures were taken everyday making the insurance claim process smooth and easy.
