Shoves are usually very nate, or very unorganized and thrown around in diseray. Have never yet found anything that was worth waiting my time in check out line or spending my meager amount of my very hard earned money for.

Excellent prices. Watch where they put the security pins, because sometimes it creates a hole in a shirt that is not very repairable.

Went if to buys a pair of shoes. Which I know my size, just tried one shoe on and the store “manager” male, yells down the aisle, “Hey you can’t be trying shoes on without socks!” In a very rude tone. While I wasn’t thinking about it I was going to buy them anyways. I asked him if he had a pair I could use and he said yea go buy some, at this point, I called him axxhole and he told me to get out and never come back. Horrible way to treat customers. In sales for over 17 years and this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had.

I am only rating one star due to the customer service. The store manager is on the biggest power trip I have ever seen. He must be brand new to the job. Retail is not that serious to confiscate every drink someone comes in with. The temperature was almost 90° that day, I think you could’ve been lenient on people bringing in beverages. I also spent over $70 and wanted to keep three pant hangers and they wouldn’t let me and was really rude about it. I worked in retail and it is not that serious m, but they really do think it is.

I went into this store in search for any Nerf Guns, but did not find any that was not in my collection, and I do not care for the clothes. The place was somewhat unclean and unkempt, but the bathroom was clean.

Really enjoy going in here. The prices are great. The variety of goods they have is surprising. I didn't know what to expect on my first visit. So glad we went in to check it out. It is more than just clothes, so the name is deceiving.

It's not bad. The biggest problem that I have is that there are never enough people working so the checkout wait is long. I understand that people are having trouble finding people that want to work but when there are several employees all looking to see who gets a break next instead of someone stepping up to help the cashier, that's not about having issues getting people to work and more about not managing your employees.

If I could give them a half star, or no star I would!! When they opened a few months ago in Bloomington Indiana I was excited about their prices. I went in there a lot but the more I went in there I noticed the shelves barely have anything on them and the dressing room and bathroom was always closed. It’s inconvenient for someone with kids who has to use the bathroom. It’s a hassle and yesterday drew the line for me. Their fitting room was shut down along with there restroom. My five year old had to go to the bathroom, and asked the jewelry customer service if my daughter could use the bathroom. She said,”No.” I had the same experience with the one in Indy too. I’m done with this trashy place, they are more concerned about someone stealing then their customers. I’m done with this company and I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!

Just went for opening day! Super busy, but had a lot of amazing choices. Everything from travel, to cookware, clothing, makeup, and even home furniture. You can easily see what you're saving due to Ross keeping the original tags for every item. For example: I got an amazing pair of shoes originally prices at $54.99, purchased from Ross for $22.99 plus tax!

I was excited to go when they opened in Bloomington. I have been several times and they have almost no inventory. There were literally three pairs of pants in size 12. The housewares and other miscellaneous look junky. TJ Maxx is my go-to. Doubt they'll stay in business if they don't increase quantity and quality of their merchandise.

Ross is ok just don't shop there for clothes they never have anything for a store that just opened. Shelves are usually pretty empty looking, shoes sometimes are ok. I go there for everything else miscellaneous. Customer service is great

I had the displeasure of working here and helping open the store. Management is a nightmare and corporate does not care about it’s employees. One manager there is known to cuss, throw things, and waste company time and money. Corporate has yet to do ANYTHING about her behavior while employees leave in droves.
