They have a great selection of food for cats. So many places have a huge selection for dogs, and the cats area is like half an aisle. They have any price range from the cheap to the best. Staff is very helpful and cheery customer service!

I usually buy my cat food here but recently have bought two different kinds of food that my cat wouldn't eat and smelled like they were bad! I went and got it somewhere else and she ate it just fine. This is a store just for pets if you can't keep the food good this is a serious problem. I even paid for a vet visit because she wasn't eating well😔

I took my cat there to get shampooed ears clean just all around grooming. The people there were really very professional. They cared about my cat as much as I do. Thank you Pet Smart good place to go if you have a pet of any kind.

The guy that helps you to get the fish out of the tank is very rude and very impatient with people and won't let them count their own fish and what I counted and what he counted were two different things so I feel like he shorted me on the amount of fish that I purchased

If you want to experience average prices for the longest wait times in town, shop here. Learned today PetSmart is a private company and the largest of its kind in America. No excuses for only one cashier, benefits blocked behind memberships, average prices, and Walmart has items I cant find here.

This location is always super busy! I wish they had more cashiers working to help the lines not be so long. The staff moves people through pretty quickly, though. The merchandise is slightly overpriced, but they do have a decent selection!

Used their grooming salon for Max. While they groom very few cats, they did a fantastic job! They were very good with Max and the end result was amazing! It took a little over 2 hours and it was totally worth the drive to this petsmart from 75 miles away.

I go to Petsmart Salon for my dog to get his nails trimmed. We always work with Bridgette. She is beyond wonderful. I wouldn't trust anyone else but her to cut his nails. She always know how to approach him properly to make him feel comfortable. 5 stars to Bridgette!

Manager with rainbow glasses doesn’t care about the animals, only having a sense of authority. She was uneducated about the animals yet tried to press wrong information onto me and making my experience very difficult. Other employees were lovely though.

Bought a sifting litter box, tried to explain that it was a 3 parter. They took one of the boxes away even though the diagram on the product shows three parts, the manager was confused about why they had parts without the sifter and proceeded to bad talk customers. Told us we could buy the other part for half off. Said no went home with it in case I was wrong and googled the brand to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. Took it back the next day to return it and they said once again, well you can buy the other for half off. Just going to order it online instead.
