I cannot say enough about this place. They are absolutely fabulous. We have called and emailed about 25 different places starting in Decemeber and could not get our 4 cats in to be fixed(most of the time we never got a call back). I stumbled upon Pets Alive. I gave them a call and left a message. Within 5 minutes April called back and helped me figure out how to schedule my kittens. Today we went in for the appt. Staff was friendly and caring. Everyone from the helpers to the secretaries were warm and inviting. If you have an animal this place is the place to go.

This place has such nice people who really care about animals. I've gotten all my kitties (3) vaccines here when my regular vet is really busy. It's cheaper and faster too.

They do a service that is much needed at a discounted cost. The staff works with each animal like it was their own. Please have your Pets Spayed or Neutered to help Control the Pet Population! Words said for over 35 years by Bob Barker and now 15 years later, Drew Carey repeats those same words!This is the place to go to!

I paid for 2 dogs and a cat to be serviced with shots and span nuttering. And I never got a refund on the 2 animals that were not serviced. My little dog got her shots up to dand some shampoo. And that cost me over $200. And then they still kept the deposits on the other 2 animals and never contacted me.

100% recommend! Took my pup Ollie in to be neutered and was very nervous, but the staff was so friendly and informative! They made me immediately feel comfortable. Picked up my pup up and it was as if nothing had even happened at all! He has made a full recovery with basically no pain at all. Thank you pets alive!!

These people are absolutely amazing!! They're so sweet, informative & ready to help without any hesitation. Not to mention the great things they are doing for the animal world. They have spayed & neutered 5 out of 11 of my furkidies. (The rest have upcoming appointments) I know I can drop them off and not have any doubt, they will be in GREAT hands. Love that they have a program for getting ferals fixed and for a reasonable price. Love that you can also rent a trap. Great for getting pets fixed too, but they often have a wait or no appointments available. Just keep checking back online!

The vets were amazing, and very friendly.We took our new (well, new to us, he's 6y/o) indoor/outdoor pet in for a series of shots. About a month later we needed to do a booster for one of them, and we noticed a spot on the pets leg that looked irritated, and even though that's not why we were there, the vet looked at it anyway. They also gave us a sample of a medication that was supposed to help, so we were only charged for the vaccine.

Vet Ferguson spayed both of my cats and identified an infection in my cat’s paw. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my girl is okay and I’m so thankful for the care my pet has received. I cannot recommend Pets Alive enough.

I had a excellent experience... The staff was very friendly and helpful... I had two male cats that needed shots and to be spayed... The prices were really low cheapest I had found.. I put the deposit down and they were able to get my cats in a week later, which I thought was pretty fast... They also took care of both my cats the same day so I did not have to make separate appointments for each cat, which was wonderful...... I really do recommend this place, if you need anything for your cats or dogs this place is amazing and they really do care about animals.... DON'T FORGET TO SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR PETS- Bob Barker🌹

Drove over an hour here, one way, after calling last week to ensure I could bring in 3 strays. Showed up as soon as I could drop them off and was told they weren't doing ferals/strays today. Beyond stressful. Will not be going here again because it's not reliable. If someone is having an emergency, seems there is no backup. Indiana needs more affordable spay/neuter clinics around.

We took our two kittens to be spayed and neutered. They were very professional and kind. The only thing is I asked them if they are a 501-3C nonprofit and that said no. I wanted to make a donation but unless they are a registered non profit I couldn't claim the charity donation.

Way more affordable than any vet I know of. I always recommend them to anyone I know who needs their pet spayed or neutered. I've taken 3 pets to them and they will always be my go to place for those needs. You pay online ahead of your appointment to ensure you get one and then that money is applied to your visit the day of. It's $20 extra for rabies vaccine which is at least $70 something anywhere else. Pain med for the next 2 days after surgery is $15. All 3 of my pets were up and about upon returning home the same day with quick healing.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. A great place to get your pets fixed without spending an arm and a leg on each one. My vet wanted to change 350$ per cat to fix them, and it ended up being around 80$ with Pets Alive (which includes a year-long rabies vaccine)

Great experience with 2 animals. Always seen at, or within a few short minutes of scheduled time. Staff has all been friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future. I actually wish that they were a full service vet, I would bring all of our animals there for all veterinary needs.

Took great care of my kitties!! I’ve got two very nervous indoor kitties. 1 and 2 years old. They were taken such good care of. Everything was clean, the prices were completely affordable and most importantly, my babies were safe and healthy!! We just rescued a puppy and he will be going in to get his stuff done soon!!
