I cannot express how amazing all the young ladies in The Grooming Department were not only to me but to my Maci. Lizzie was amazing at explaining everything. She took upon herself to help me choose the right shampoo, conditioner, and brush for Maci. By the way the brush is amazing. Caitlin did an amazing job grooming and making Maci feel comfortable and calm. Macy usually cannot be with other dogs and Caitlin did amazing job reassuring Maci and making her feel safe.

Staff was very understanding with my timid dog. They did what they needed to make him feel as comfortable as they could, which is not usually an easy task. He seemed well cared for and was getting affection and was calm and content when I came to pick him up, which made me extremely happy to see.

A week or so after I made my grooming appointment, Rose reached out to me to ensure that was still the time I wanted and to see if any of her other openings worked better, which I really appreciated. I love that it was only $45, all my dog really needs is a trim, bath, and general maintenance so it's nice not to spend a fortune!

Belen was fantastic. Took her time and was so kind to Cotton. He is a rescue and had probably never been groomed before so we appreciated her taking extra care with him. He looks amazing and we were happy with everything.

I have only taken my dog Bo to be groomed at Petco. He has been going there since he was a puppy and Caitlyn is his groomer. She is always so caring and gives him the best haircut and treats him like her own pet! I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

Walter looked fantastic and smelled wonderful. We loved that they allowed him to spend time out in the salon as opposed to being locked in a kennel. You can tell the staff care about the pets.

Caitlyn is warm, professional and obviously cares about dogs. I always feel that my dog is in good hands when I leave him with her. I make sure to arrange my appointments when she can bath my dog.
