I love Needmore coffee! We buy their beans and get coffee and pastries when we have a slow morning. The staff are super kind and they have a great rewards system. Also if you buy a bag of beans you get a free coffee! We frequently see the owner there and it is just a really well run establishment.Parking: Plenty of parking in their parking lot. If they are super busy, you can park across the street and walk.

Wonderful cozy space with bright light, limited but free parking and a nice variety of syrups and coffee options. However, the new quiche on their menu is not good. I think a tortilla is used as the crust and it's small for the the almost $7 price. Only a few baked goods are made in house and those are the best ones. Others like danishes are not made in house and more of a sugary, standard grocery store quality. Overall a great place to get work done, several outlets, and friendly staff. Not a good option for breakfast or a light lunch.

TL DR; Best coffee in town, warm cozy spot!Atmosphere:Warm and inviting. large & small tables, along with comfy lounge chairs. Even when they are packed the noise level has not interfered with completing a quick work task on the laptop.Service:Very attentive and prompt. On average i'm in there for less then 2 minutes and on my way to work with a warm cup of joe! On weekends if they are slammed and it will take a sec to get to the register, i'm still immedietly aknowledged and quickly serviced.Food:I'm not proud of how much of a coffee snob i have become through travel and experience at almost 40, however the quality of Needmore Coffee 100% stacks up to the best coffee joints i've experienced.Those mornings i forget to eat breakfast or need a little extra endulgenace they always have me covered with a variety of delicious pastries.

tl;dr: Best pour overs in Bloomington, hands down.They have an extensive menu of single origin organic beans. I went with the 18 Rabbit, and my pour over was perfectly extracted and absolutely delicious.The wifi is super fast (~250mbps symmetric) and there’s plenty of space to post up and focus on your grindset 🍞📈My only request: please open more locations!

I love Needmore. It is a wonderful coffee shop and a pleasant place to spend time. They have wonderful whole beans for sale and can make all styles of espresso drinks well. The pastries are delicious, especially the goat cheese Danish. The shop is bright and comfortable with a lot of table seating and 4 or 5 comfy reading chairs.My only complaint is regarding the inconsistency of pour overs that I've had here, it can be really hit or miss depending on the barista and the roast, so stick with drip or French Press if you aren't sure.

This place is great. Comfortable, quiet atmosphere with music playing softly in the background. An excellent environment to get some work or studying done, or just relax with a good book and cup of coffee. Everything is very clean from what I could see. The barista was very accommodating when I asked about vegan-friendly options, and made sure to check the label of anything she was unsure about. I ended up with a mocha with soy milk, and she suggested a dash of cayenne pepper to liven things up. Very delicious, I'll definitely be back. My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand your selection of syrups for different flavored drinks. I'd enjoy having more variety to choose from. Other than that, thank you for making my day brighter with your top-notch service and delectable coffee!

Great coffee! I had the 18 Rabbit which was made with the pour over method. Very nice light roast that wasn’t too acidic and had many floral and fruit notes to it. It was definitely roasted the right way! I also bought Ethiopian beans and still have to try them. The staff are very nice also and the website is easy to place an order in.

My sister was talking about them for a while, so I finally went to try it - I judge a coffee place by 2 things: cappuccinos (my favorite) and whatever basic coffee they have on brew. Both were fantastic! Most places don't foam the milk properly or have the perfect ratio, but they nailed it. I liked it so much I bought a bag of beans & tried their brew for the day -- I'll say I could taste that it wasn't fresh (30min till closing so of course) but even so was FANTASTIC. Loving the 18 Rabbit beans at home too, very good!!

Great local coffee shop that serves baked goods and tamales along with the usual coffee fare. Best unique aspect of Needmore is their adorable colorful trays that they use to serve pour overs and espresso with seltzer water. Bonus: try their lemonade.

Need a pep in your step? Look no further than Needmore Coffee Roasters for certified organic coffee that’s fair or direct trade. This woman-owned, small-batch roastery dedicates their time giving back to the community and the environment. You can feel good about what you drink, because of the taste and helping support the greater good! Up for trying something different? I highly recommend the Lavender Latte!

Awesome coffee shop and roastery! I can't say enough how nice, simple, and friendly this cafe is. The staff at Needmore were extremely friendly and knowledgable on both their available roasts and brew methods offered. I was able to get a medium roast pour over coffee for both my wife and I. It was an experience! I don't think there is better tasting coffee in Bloomington or maybe Indiana. They also offer a wide variety of food, but neither myself or my wife were hungry. Most importantly, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting without any uptightness or stuffiness of other cafes. Highly recommend!

I loved the experiences I’ve had. The ladies are always friendly (it’s a woman ran business, which is odd marketing. Who cares who you are, just do your job correctly), the teas and coffees are great, the atmosphere has a relaxing home feeling, and it beats the new world attitude and views being pushed by Starbucks. It’s nice going into a coffee shop to relax and not see it as a politic establishment.

One of my legs is in a cast. As I was waiting for my coffee, one of the employees came out from behind the bar, saw my cast, and said "Nice shoes. Just kidding."So...I paid more than $8 to drink a mediocre latte and be insulted over a medical device. Love that for me.

By far the BEST coffee in Bloomington, IN. I have loved coffee a long time, and tried roasters in many cities, and I will always brag about Needmore. My 3yo bega to go here and get "treats." I haven't tolerated caffeine as well recently and started getting a half caf americano- it's still so flavorful and robust! Best pour over will always be 18 rabbit!

My favorite coffee place now!☕❤It's quaint and casual and comfortable. Good seating indoors and outdoors (in good weather of course😁) The coffee is great...I have 2-3 favorites that I alternate. And the Chai latte has just the right spice. The people are fantastic and friendly. On the downside, the hours open can be unpredictable due to staffing but id rather go here than Starbucks any day👍🙂07/19 Update.. open hours more established and regular now. Staff and coffee still great😍☕️

Having discovered this coffee roaster online during Covid in a search for loval roasters to support I was delighted to have the opportunity to finally visit in person. The space is small, but quite cozy with a variety of imaginative coffee and tea drinks on offer (along side simpler traditional offerings). Service was very friendly and the coffee delicious. This roaster consistently produces well roasted beans that produce a delicious cup brewed at home. Woman-owned and dedicated to giving back to the community I am delighted to spend my coffee budget here!

This is one of my favorite coffeehouses in Bloomington to sit, relax, and enjoy a great cup of coffee. They have several house specials that are delicious but the quiet ambiance is one of the most attractive features of this place. If you want to have a small group meeting or just sit under the big tress outside while drinking coffee and enjoying a pastry or a sandwich, this is one of the best options in Bloomington, especially because it is a bit out of the beaten path (at least until a new housing complex across the street opens in the future).

Needmore is lovely! Pleasant space with plenty of seating, and high ceilings for a very spacious feel. The menu is small but not at all lacking, and the service is great! It's especially nice because they're open early in the morning, so it accommodates a variety of schedules.I can't comment too much on the quality of the coffee or any fine details, because I've been three times at 7 am after working since at least 10pm the night before, so I don't remember much other than what I've already written.Definitely worth your time for at least one visit though!
