The store was a little bit on the crowded. they hadn't finished unboxing of their merchandise for the holiday and boxes were in Isles. however the staff was super friendly and the cashiers were reminding people if you were part of the Michael program today there was a coupon for 25% off the entire purchase which was very helpful.

Needed frame for canvas painting. Not very many ready made so had to order custom. However, the Young lady who assisted me was excellent and helped me find the right frame on sale. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in got my art supplies, and well, quite frankly it was good. I'm glad they have gotten better with price as too, its was reasonably priced. Something's I understand, but the basics like paper and pencils were good.

It's okay, decent selection and nice staff. Everything is pretty pricey. The seasonal stuff always looks pretty cheap. Like today they had a glass bottle with some tangled rope on it and it was like $10 lol it's must stop place for scrapbooking though z their selection of pages and stickers is phenomenal and reasonably priced. It's hit and miss but most of the products are just way more expensive than they need to be

Nice stuff, unique stuff, but very overpriced and often by at least $2 than it's opposition, Hobby Lobby, which resides on the costly southeast side.Friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere pulls you in but the variety will keep you coming back!

Michaels always has everything I need any time I go there. This time I went for hemming tape which I had no idea where it would be. I asked a worker and she pointed me in the right direction. I also heard other customers ask for direction from another worker and they knew exactly where to direct them to. I love coming here and browsing through all the big variety of items they carry. I only rate it a 4 because the waiting in lines has been a little longer than I anticipate. Most times they only have one cashier for checkout. Sometimes another cashier will open up. Still doesn't prevent me from coming here. The customer service is good. Always helpful when I have a question. I would recommend this store.

They have everything we needed for our small business marketing plan, including stencil letters for making the posters we made. We also needed paint markers which they had. While we were there we got spring decor! Love this place!

Went here to do a ups drop-off for a Amazon return. Staff did not know what to do or how to do a drop off. I stood in the store for over 15 minutes waiting for them to figure out how technology works. Then after they finally figured out how to scan a barcode they were not able to give me the receipt that I had asked for initially. Find someplace else to drop off your package or expect to try and tutor grandma on how bar codes and technology works.

It is nice my local Michaels has fabric now. They had a nice selection. The down side is no coupons are allowed for the fabric. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I wanted to have them frame my needlework that I worked on for many months and I asked them how they were going to stretch the fabric on the foam board "pin it or stretch it with string" and they said we're going to pin it. What they actually did was they cut off all the excess fabric around the finished piece and taped it to the front of the foam board. I am so upset. But you can't uncut fabric. Never again.

I do pour painting and this location has just about everything I need! I wish they had more colors in the big bottles though., only reason in docking a star. However they always have great deals on canvas super packs!

If you want to see empty shelves, and have employees tell you that they don't believe they carry things, that you can later find on your own if it's in stock, visit this michael's! Seriously one of the worst managed Michael's locations I've ever been in.

Pretty much always find what I'm looking for... Of course I would give it 5 stars if I always hit the sales correctly. Since I don't always plan well, I sometimes pay full price for items I know are are overpriced. But, indeed, one stop generally meets all my needs for a craft.

If you need anything to be framed, Michael's is the place to get it done 👍. I have had two very large pictures framed and they look wonderful. I love the way the red metal frame highlights the pictures.
