Love Menards best hardware stores in town plus you can't beat their deals. 11% back when you make remodels adds up quick now can do another room. Workers are always friendly and helpful. Just an all around good company.

I love menards you can find the most interesting things there. Whether it's food, decor, trees, plants, and everything else. They have it! Very fun to shop there. I'm especially happy they have the 11% rebate back!

Store is great and never had a problem until recently. There’s an employee or “supervisor” that I witnessed being extremely rude to other Menards workers and belittling them in front of customers. I believe her name was Klaire. It was not professional at all and made a bad impression. I’ve also been told by other people that have witnessed instances like this as well. I thought it should be handled accordingly so it doesn’t affect the business of the store or become an even bigger issue with some of the employees. I hope this issue can be resolved.

I purchased a whirlpool gas range. The stove is set up for natural gas and I had to change out all gas burner spuds. One slipped out of socket and the only place it could fall was in a completely sealed side wall. So I have had to take apart most of the stove and I still haven't been able to gain access to see and retrieve that small but vital spud. In doing so I came across 5 different screws that were not secured properly most sticking up and only half way screwed in. Terrible quality control. So I can't use the stove until I can find a way to retrieve the spud. I have spent over 3 hours trying not to damage stove and retrieve this vital part. Tempted to return the damn thing.

I enjoy visiting Menard’s every time I come to Indiana. I am from Texas, and this is a great store. However, we had our dog with us on this trip. I was very disappointed to see the sign on the door not welcoming dogs. We did not go in because of this, and it is doubtful that we will visit again, especially since since the Home Depot and Lowe’s welcome pets with open arms.

Just purchased a cheap belt and only after pulling the tag off I realized it was missing one of the two screws that hold the belt to the buckle. Now it’s my responsibility to go back to the store and attempt to get a refund because they failed to sell a complete product…

Went to the bargain area for garage doors, that were not listed on Ray's list btw.I found 2- 10x10 commercial doors that were returned, partly assembled (still). If the doors weren't damaged when they were returned, they were definitely handled afterwards like scrap doors. Either way they were stacked haphazardly, as one might handle garbage. Both of the hardware boxes were opened and picked-through .I shop Ray's list to save Menards from having to scrap (throw away) otherwise salvageable doors.According to the building materials manager , Mary, who could not answer a single question about the doors without consorting with the other assistants, went in to supposedly talk to the general manager (secretly, denying my participation), came back and quoted a the GM's price was exactly what she and all the assistants quoted. Of which was about 8 times scrap metal price. How very green. Of course they can charge more for doors because of all the alleged supply chain shortages.Mary stated the manufacturer compensates them for throwing good door parts away. That's very green too I suppose, money green.

Disappointed. Came in looking for a clearance item that few stores have left, Bloomington being one of them. Was pointed in a direction to find it for myself by female hardware team member, and when I couldn't find it there I wandered various places I thought it could be, and after 15 minutes of wandering the hardware aisles without a single team member asking if they could help, broke down and asked another team member and got pointed toward the same endcap the first one pointed to. Was going to buy a few things today but only purchased one item because I was dejected by the lack of help.

Worst store pick up experience. One item I ordered online wasn’t available anymore so I was told to talk to customer service. Waited there to be told just pick it up from the back and try to exchange the item later. Then a huge line at pickup. Which is ALL the way in the back of the store. Then I had to still shop for my replacement item and go back to customer service to wait in line for an exchange. The whole point of pickup is convenience and saving time. Pretty sure this wasted way more time, I would have been better off just shopping in store.

Very poor service! Wanted to buy a sofa $999.99 ( with a $179 area rug free w/ purchase) only one in stock was the display. Zero on order. Asking for a discount on the display which was dirty from customers. The only offer was 10% without the rug.My math tells me 10% of 999.99 is $99.99 and I had to give up a $179 rug. I’m a smarter shopper! And can do math! Just lost a sale!

Went in for a visit today and I cannot find the product that I came in for. A simple tub spout diverter repair kit. Price $5.98.The only thing that I could find on my first visit was the Delta replacement kit for 30 something dollars. I begrudgingly took those to the front counter, where I rang up my Mother’s Day gifts and decided to try and save myself a dollar or two go talk to the staff upfront to which I was diverted to the then off duty manager Catherine, who went above and beyond at knowing her store and helping customer satisfaction. Directed me to exactly what I needed and I walked away with such a smile that I’m writing this review.Thank you.

Had a return. The wait was brief. Despite a line of returns the employee was patient, courteous, and we'll informed about the requirements for the process. I had a purchase from another location, and had only the Internet printout, no register receipt. She helped through the process of obtaining the required receipt, using the self-service kiosk. Great experience. Thank you.

Went to Lowes yesterday to purchase a new lockset, have it rekeyed for my existing key. Was told I had to purchase the lockset and leave it, would receive a call within 24 hours to return to the store and pick up my rekeyed lock set. I walked out, drove Menards, picked out a lock set, walked over to building material desk, spoke with James, bingo bango. Thank you , James!

It’s cheaper to me than Lowe’s, and has a better selection of items. I like their layout more, as well. Also, the 11% rebate sales can really add up. The associates are overall friendly. This trip, I was curious why a gazebo I’m interested in had grommets throughout the roof. So, I asked a passing associate, and he informed me he wasn’t familiar with the department but would fetch someone who was. He quickly did, and although she had no idea either, she stopped what she was doing and began to google and discuss her curiosity in the topic, too lol! We eventually discovered the answer and she also gave me some advice on when the gazebo would go on sale and how to know what to watch for. Great employee. Great experience. Great prices. Great selection. Definitely will return and highly recommend!

I deliver to lots of Menards. The company I lease my truck to has a contract with Knauf . Every menards I have been to is always so nice, today at this menards the lady that unloaded me was so unprofessional and very rude the whole time I was there. She was using profanity the whole time I was there. She kept dumping the insulation off the fort lift almost every stack she picked up. This was my first delivery to this store. I hope I never have another one here. If I could give negative stars I would.

I tried Lowes, but they didn't have what I needed. At Menard's, Richard helped me for several minutes to find the combination of fittings that would work. In doing so, he saved me several hundred bucks. Thanks, Richard!

I normally shop at Lowes because I love that they honor veterans with discounts, but they didn't have what I needed. I like Menards but not as much after getting the rebate back for my $500+ purchase. The rebate can only be used in their store. I didn't know that and now I will be hesitant about shopping there. I should be able to spend my rebate anywhere just like I spent my money in their store or cash/deposit it. Not happy!

First, I should say that Rylee in Bloomington was very helpful. It's not her fault that no list of additional items needed with cordless nail gun is included. Also, there should be piece of wood on which we can test the tool to make sure it's working! Had to bring the nail gun back 3 times!

Able to find all that I was looking for at reasonable prices. Nice selection of kitchen faucets which was the primary reason for the visits. Masks required signs and 95% compliance from customers, 100% from staff. Needed to ask 3 different staff members product and location information. All were courteous and correct. If we can talk owners into adjusting their political contributions, I'm all in!
