What's for lunch today? I stopped at Kroger and picked up some cheese and turkey and a load of bread as well as a squeezie of mayo. Hooray, that's lunch for the next few days!Super easy to negotiate the store, find what I wanted and ring it up at the self checkout. And I earned a few Fuel Points that maybe I'll use down the road.

Cindy was the cashier and she was super great. I had a cart of food and I didn't have my credit card at checkout and only had cash, but not enough cash! Yikes. There was a line of people and kroger was busy. Cindy took stuff off the order for me, was calm, didn't make it embarrassing for me, and really made an stressful moment much better, and she did it quickly also. Thank you Cindy, you're an asset to your employer for being so kind.

How about instead of trying to purchase every other grocery chain, you try to employ some cashiers? You spend millions each year on resets but you can't employ a cashier? Oh but we get these self checkout belts that are a literal nightmare. it took me 20 minutes to check out using the self scan belts because the computer and associated components don't work like you think they do. The machine constantly yelled about too many items or wouldn't register what I scanned at all. I had to run back and forth bagging and making room to fill more bags while trying to empty my cart. Absolutely ridiculous

To the emploee that noticed my son (2 years old) having a melt down while finishing shopping, that took the time and capassion to give him a balloon. Think you so much!!! In the moment I did not catch your name but you are amazing young lady. You not only made it possible for me to be able to finish getting what we need but you made his day. I have not been to this store in a long time because bad experience we had here(only reason it is 4 stars not 5. But you made it go from 1 star to 4 with just YOUR actions.) Thank you so much. And we will start coming here again.

Friendly employees and they almost always have everything I’ve came for. Easily one of Bloomington’s better of the five Kroger stores! The semi-recent addition of a Starbucks inside is an added bonus! :)

No cashiers at night. Only self checkout though plenty of checkout lines. Worst Kroger to shop at to check out. At least they could convert some of the unmanned lanes to self check out. Also, understocked store. At night shop at the College Mall Kroger for better shopping experience.

Awful, expired products given every single time we have pick up or delivery from this store. Where is the oversight from the store manager & supervisors?? Does anyone take pride in their work anymore? If you’re going to work @ Kroger, OWN IT! Care about what you do & strive to do it well!!

What happened to this Kroger everytime I go in the line is wrapped all the way to the freezer section for self check out and there is one lane open with a cashier. If I wanted to deal with Walmart issues I’d shop at Walmart.

Their sushi is the only thing they have going for them. Maybe after their remodel they'll be better, but they are frequently out of staple foods. Their shelves are bare. They have slowly reduced their hours and service. The whole place is gone downhill.

I dropped a dozen of eggs. I had someone call for a clean-up while I waited. No one ever arrived so I put the egg carton on the floor hoping people would see the spill. I go around the corner and their was a huge spill thar was marked with a cone, yet no one cleaned it up. Other than that they were well stocked for a Sunday.

This one is very clean and shelves are stocked really well. Employees were quite courteous which was surprising. Most stores anymore their employees are rude. Was a pleasant last minute stop.

I was getting money from Western Union that my aunt sent from Mexico. I’ve never had an issue with other employees in the past. Jessica, the employee, never greeted me when I got to the window. Handed her the claim number and my drivers license. She then proceeds to ask if I was born in the United States. I was taken aback because I’ve never had previous employees ask that or confused what a citizenship status had to do with it. Just a heads up that some of the employees here discriminate others. As well, they don’t recognize national identity card or an international passport, as it has happen to one of my friends as well.

One of the nicest looking Kroger stores I've been in. Fruit section was very well stocked. Lots of self checkouts.

Half the shelves were out of stock, but it was after the normal rush so eh. What was really frustrating was that they had only one section of self checkouts open. I had a lot of grocery, not ideal for self checkout and the line was LONG and growing. Very frustrating, especially when I still have to run to another store to get the rest of my ingredients

Mostly good experiences in store. Grocery pickup is ok. Just make sure you check in when you’re on your way to pick up groceries or else you’ll get lectured by the pickup workers about how to check in early. Sometimes I just forget to check in early, sorry y’all. Not trying to make your lives harder.

You all need to get some folks that want to working. Not racist ones that think every black person that comes through the line is trying to steal. Ridiculous that you can check out with them being over your shoulder and you not the one that stealing.

The pharmacy staff are amazing. Yes, I waited about 20 minutes, but that ok. It's not like the pharmacy staff were chit chatting, they were working their butts off!!!! They just can't keep help and their employees are moving on to better paying positions that benefit their families. You can't really blame them. And in the pharmacy, you can't just hire someone and let them go, it takes a lot of training. I think they are doing an amazing job for the staff they have.

Just wanted to say thank you to the two younger boys that worked Fri March 11th around 7pm in one of the only checkout lanes. Super friendly and polite, they whipped out 200$ in groceries in my cart in under 5min! That's the way it's suppose to be. Keep up the good work we need you there!

I worked in this store as a vendor for one day and was appalled at what I experienced. The staff does NOT want to help you, they seem to go out of their way to avoid having to do any extra work. They're more interested in getting the next person to have to deal with it. I tried to use the bathroom but was unable to as it was covered with feces, and with actual flies swarming the toilet. My job placed me outside of the online order facility where I had to spend hours listening to some girl quizzing her coworkers on whether or not they wiped standing up or sitting down...I wish I was making this up, but I had to walk away from what I was doing because I couldn't understand understand why no one was asking this girl to stop. Also from what I understand this county is under another mask mandate and there is no one inside enforcing these rules.

Had to go in to pick up my prescriptions because sign said short staffed. Pharmacist was extremely helpful, as my doctor's office had not responded for blood pressure refill for 5 day's. She was very kind and considerate. Especially considering how busy the pharmacy was.

I love Kroger. A little more pricey than some places but they have it all. Despite being one of only two grocery chains in town it's still a good pick.
