Idk about other locations here yet but this Kroger is shorting people on meat. On multiple occasions tested several different large Heritage Farm chicken breast packs, each with 3 different scales. Every single pack was exactly 33% short. Which is the equivalent of what you're supposed to save with the sales that mark the 2.99 lb breasts down to 1.99 lbEdit~ raising from 1 to 3 stars because I haven't had many other issues hereI have weighed meat from here a few times since and it seems under control for now. But I would still stay weary of this here and elsewhere. I buy in bulk, usually during sales, then weigh and portion all the meat out. Not sure if this was a staff, Kroger, Heritage farm, or scale issue. But I have since been informed we have a county scale inspector for this very reason. So they can be contacted if anyone else comes across this issue.2/15/24Going to start buying meat elsewhere because was once again shorted on lots of packs during a sale, this time Tyson breasts.

I ordered groceries through the Kroger pickup. When I got home, I was missing several items, which I know sometimes happens. In the past, I have called, and they told me to come back and get my items. Sometimes even compensating with a gift card for my inconvenience. Last night, the manager of pickup insinuated that I was lying or trying to steal from the store. She continually argued with me and said she saw the items loaded onto the cart. I then asked to talk to the store manager, and she would not transfer me. I finally ended hanging up on her and getting a hold of someone in customer service. They told me to come back and get the items I purchased. I have had wonderful experiences in the past and will still shop there. But now I know I have to check my order after they load my groceries. DO BETTER KROGER PICKUP!!!

Probably the worst run Kroger in town. So crowded and not much spacious , and it's been my third time since they're out of cilantro (see pic). And they didn't have avocados either.

Nice expanded store with a huge variety of groceries and services. The staff are always nice and friendly. The prices are competitive with many specials.

My husband was shorted $10 at a self checkout at Kroger South, the machine didn't spit out all of his money. I won't be using a self checkout at Kroger again. What made it worse is they told him they would have to check the cameras & made it out to be his fault like he didn't pick up all the money. They never did give us our $10 back.

I absolutely hate this krogers i live down the road so that's why i go there, but every single time i go grocery shopping with a full cart im a everyday regular at this, they watch and just look while im in self checkout. I like bagging my own quicker and easier. Today i had one who rudely brought another cart to me messed me up scanning so i have no idea what was going on at a point i just screw this i stopped and had and saw 5 people working watch me. Embarrassing i walked out had most scanned the rest i said forget it and walked out. Their is only one worker who i enjoy everytime I go. I will never be going back!!! Rude disrespectful and lazy workers! Oh they also made fun of me because i had "so much stuff" they made me feel so uncomfortable. It's embarrassing i was so embarrassed i cried when leaving.

Just had the "pleasure" of being subjected to an anti theft measure in the self checkout line. Will REFUSE to use self check out again. Treated like a criminal for having unidentified object in my hand. No alternative to Kroger here or I would use it!

Ordered online and picked up at store. Employee fulfilling my order was very nice. My complaint is that I had to give him the pin numbers to both my SNAP card and my debit card. They really need to set up payment options online that can accept pin numbers. I do not feel comfortable giving my pin number to anyone. Then, he told me that he used my SNAP card and my debit card, yet my receipt shows that the entire order was paid for with my debit card.

Self checkout doesn't work and they had no bags. Staff seemed overwhelmed. If I wanted to shop at Aldi I'd go to Aldi.

Not to be a stereotype or negative but I’m a young black woman and every time I enter the meat and fish area I wait for ten minutes while there’s two employees behind the counter that see me. They keep looking up at me but never assist me and when I ask for help they tell me it’s not they’re area but when I come back around the store they’re helping another customer in the same area I asked for assistance in. This is the third time this has happened and I’m furious

The deli is supposed to have hot rotisserie chickens until 7pm. Everyday after work I come in to get one and they have had one once. Not sure why they can't seem to figure out that they need to make more after they run out of them hours before that for weeks. They are also terrible about removing old price/sale stickers.

Helpful and cheerful employees (90% of the time). The store is clean and pretty regularly stocked. I love to scope out their day-old section, but I wish it was more easily located instead of randomly placed at the back of the 16th aisle.

I went in to buy from the alcohol section and a man working kept coming up and harassing me. Asking me if I needed help and told me they have the same type of drink in the refrigerator section that is non alcoholic? He could’ve just asked for my ID instead of harassing me and I would’ve happily gave that to him to show him I was of age to buy alcohol. The cashier was extremely nice and the pharmacy staff is always very helpful but the man who wouldn’t leave me alone was very rude (I think he was a manager).

I do not mind bagging my own groceries when they are busy but this morning there where 4 employees standing there watching me bag. Really sad when the union rights out way the customer satisfaction.

I love the clicklist option! Especially right now, not having to get out of my car and go into a store is wonderful! My only complaint is that the wonderful people that deliver the groceries to my car and put them in my car are not allowed to accept any sort of tip. These folks are putting themselves in harm's way by being around other people and I appreciate it. I would like to be able to show my appreciation and be able to give those folks a tip if I want to.

Love this store. I have a service dog, and all the employees are always eager to help me. I have had employees stand up for my service dog and I when another customer is being rude to us. Never has anyone done that before. I appreciate everyone working here. Their online pick up shopping is top tier. They always bag our groceries with our merchandise in mind. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I will never shop at Walmart again. Thank you to everyone working here for excellent service to your customers.

Why is it that you went from a 24 hour grocery to shutting down so it could be stocked...yet that doesn't happen and it's a mess between people who are stocking and who are shopping!!!! Also checking out has become just the worst experience I've ever had! Open more lanes and stop making everyone do your job! Get it together! How you can help is by opening 24 hours again!

I placed a grocery delivery order on 07/23 and it was never delivered to me. I contacted customer service immediately and was promised that I would get a full refund. I never received a refund. I complained again on 07/30, and was told they would *definitely* put a refund in this time, and they would give me a 20 dollar credit on my account. I still haven't received my refund, and there is literally no way for me to use the credit on their website. The customer service is a joke and they will steal your money. Don't shop here.

I like this store a lot; pretty great variety and not too hard on the pockets. The scan and go system is quite frustrating and suspiciously selective in targeting my family for individual verification of the items in our cart. This is quite annoying and embarrassing to have someone have to look over our things each time we used it (3 for 3). I confronted personnel at the customer service desk about it and they said it was randomized...what do you think? Anyhow...the change in # of available humans to do checkout can be a bit frustrating at busy times when you are doing more than a quick stop as self-checkout is less than ideal with a larger amount of items. Anyhow..just my two cents

They will have most of what you need. They are often out of items and prices have gotten really expensive since the pandemic. The gas station is the most expensive in town for some reason. Do not get gas here it's cheaper everywhere else. Like most grocery stores they are understaffed.

Never ever order online thu Kroger. If the item isn't available and no substitute is available. That seems pretty simple return my money. Not Kroger I guess they fail to see that logic. Then on top this store won't answer their phone. I guess their corporate office or whatever can't cancel without this store to finalize it. Absolutely worst online experience ever. A even bigger hassle because this branch won't answer their phones.

Update 11.22.22 need to add how helpful the self check staff is and Kroger always makes something good even if you made the mistake..Also, Kip in the floral department is very helpful and friendly. Many of their employees are long term and most are super helpful and friendly. For a very large grocery chain, they work hard to feel local. No questions asked on returns ever. Must be a Rewards Member to get all benefits. Gas savings are great but points don't roll over. Very good deals on Manager's Specials. Very economical if you're sharp enough to "buy the sales" to control your at-home eating vs. buying based on pre-determined menu. Still, rately have 50% off entire lines like Lucky's. Decent organic offerings. Some poor selections by offering only their generic brands. Super deal on fancy "donuts", such as fritters, by the dozen ($6.99) coomed at an in-house bakery fresh daily but haven't check local bake houses yet to compare variety, value and taste. One of only places to get un-cured organic deli ham. Not sure about their position on humane, sustainability and employee issues. Great end of season sales on non-grocery itens.
