I love this store! I love all the seemingly random things you can find here that you can't find elsewhere. I love wandering around, looking at all the parts and pieces I could get for projects. We have gotten several parts here for the mini camper we are building. And I bought a mini tape measure key chain. Perfect and handy when you need to measure things when you're out to see if it's what you need.I also love that they have enamel ware! The enamel ware dish pan is perfect for washing smaller items or even pets, but also for an herb and Epsom salt foot soak.

They have always been great with their service . Dave and Rick and Jeff are 3 great- great people . You couldn't ask for a nicer family , as I have been short on money before , and Dave told me just to catch him next time.

Actually an honest to goodness hardware store! They carry a large number of quality name brand tools at competitive prices. Very impressed with stock. Good thing I am not closer or would be there constantly.

Love this place !!!!!!!! Employees are very knowledgeable and point you right to the items you need. Places like this are a deading thing and it sucks. But Bloomington is luck to have a store like this. Wish I could give them a 20 star rating.

Friendly and their employees are always very knowledgeable of their stock and if you need assistance ,, they are there to help, from a snow shovel to drain pipes and faucets to the key making or to get that one little bag of nails for a little project, not a box of 500. This hardware store has been my family’s go-to store for several generations, and they are all about the REAL Bloomington, No big box stores, no chain stores, but a local family that opened a hardware store many years ago and continue to be all about SERVICE. Please never change

Great place to shop. Always spend money here rather than a chain store. I've always been helped with anything I need, even when I am not sure what that is, I am no plumber but I have been educated by guys in the store. So sorry to hear of Porky's passing. What a community asset Kleindorfer's is.

Absolutely love this Hardware Store! The employee are always very helpful and very knowledgeable it's a fantastic experience and a Great hometown Hardware Store. Once you have been there a few times they seem to all know you and they treat you like family. I would much rather go there than any box store any day! Make sure when you go in to take the time to walk the entire store but make sure that if you need help to ask because even if you don't see it they probably have it and if they don't they are more than willing to order it for you but almost always they have it!

You seriously can't go 30 seconds in this store without staff asking you if you need help finding something. I'm not the most savvy about home improvement needs, but staff have gotten me what I needed with my poor vocabulary and arm waving. Love the family, love the store. Skip the big chains and shop local!

I've been in here several times and the help I received from the people was AMAZING an I was looking for special screws an or bolts figuring before I got there I was gonna have to order them but they've had them every time TRULY AMAZING SELECTION that's in stock I'LL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE

My go-to for hardware - they have an intimidating amount of shelves. However, I've never made it past the entrance without someone asking if I needed help. I generally take them up on it, and those people really know that store! They quickly find the weird sizes I need for vintage projects, and help me problem solve if they don't have something.

I always love coming here. Good customer service and cheap prices. Best place I've ever bought a filter for my heater. More people need to check this place out before going to Walmart
