Great store, helpful employees that will drop what they are doing to assist you. The workers have helped me figure out what my errors are and offered possible solutions. The sales are great & I save more using the store app. on my phone. Did I mention they accept competitors coupons? Yup they do if you have them printed out.

I love the store and would absolutely love to work there but it seems they wasted my time and money. I went in for an interview and was told to wait until Friday to hear back BUT they sent me an email saying that they were no longer interested. I'm not interested in a place that has no problem wasting time of customers and employees because of their location. It very obvious they don't actually NEED the employees or they are too lazy to train their new employees. Wasted my time and my very limited resources.

Love Joann Fabric & Craft!!! There are always good sales!!! They don't have a lot of staff, but they all seem to know their stuff!!! There are also items for some crafting after lunch and before school is out...Parking: Easy to park during the weekday!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They sold us a machine that was missing everything except the main machine in the box and then refused to refund or replace the item. There were none of the accessories or even the power cord! The box had clearly been opened before but they state they can't accept returns with an open box! It was already opened when we bought it!!!It is completely unusable and they have had us running around calling different places with no resolution! I will never shop here again!

Be sure to download the app and sign up for the e-mailed coupons, you can stack them! Usually I get out paying about 1/2 price on all my non sale items:)

I have never shopped at a place so filled to the brim with great staff. Absolutely everyone is so kind and helpful! Nearly every time I or someone else asks for help with something or merely goes to check-out, employees will ask “whatcha makin’?” and chat about crafts. Of course the selection is big and grand and that’s all well and good, but I really cannot overstate how wonderful every person working there is, and how important that is to a shopper’s experience. I love Btown Joann’s!!!

I really hope people keep going here and new people at least take a walk through because from a guys standpoint I need things to redo seats and awesome scissors that hold up. Its a nice place for things like that for me. I'm not much into crafts but it was slow when I went in there last. I hope you crafty people take on a few more projects and keep this place alive for people like me. I would appreciate it and I'm sure the staff would also. By the way, they are always nice and helpful.

This has been my main crafting/fabric location for probably about 8 years now.The place is well-organized, but even if you can't find something, the staff will try their absolute hardest to find what you need. They're great.They always remember to apply a remnant discount if you buy the last bit of fabric on the roll, they'll help you figure out something you're trying to make if they have any ideas, and they're friendly all the time.I recommend downloading the app. The staff will look at it with you to make sure you're taking advantage of as many coupons on there as possible for your purchase (within the rules of course).Stacking coupons is usually an option, and they're one of the few chain stores that still accept checks.Their pattern selection is HUGE, and they have a table with chairs to sit down and go through pattern books to see what you need.

Wonderful local bookstore that contains a plethora of books on all subjects: The breadth and depth is astounding. It's easy to get lost in here for over an hour browsing and reading and discovering. Great prices too!

Love this store! Always a coupons to use and always a great selection of craft supplies! Christmas decorations and storage we'renot70 % off yesterday, plus I had a coupon on my app for an additional 25% off! No gift bags or wrappings left, but boxes, storage and ornaments! Lots of new seasonal items, too!Once again, JoAnn does not disappoint! Lots of savings and the people at the checkout actually want you to save, so they help you combine coupons and figure out which combo saves you the most money! That is sooo helpful and makes me go back time and again! Love that place!

There's no reason to have someone on hold this long. If you don't want to assist me then say so. Y'all just left me on hold waiting on a manager knowing y'all had no intentions on solving the problem at hand. What happened to good customer service? I am a regular customer. This is ridiculous and what makes this so bad, I'm actually still on hold while I'm writing this review.

We all basically know what to expect when we walk into any of these locations. I’m writing this review because I have decided to learn a new craft, sewing. I have entered this location twice in the last couple of days to purchase a machine and items needed for this craft. One could wonder around this store for a long time without a single employee asking if you need any assistance. If you do not go to them yourself, they all seem to just congregate together around the fabric cutting station chatting amongst themselves. I give three stars because, yes, they have all, or at least most, of your crafty needs, but their customer service is poor.

Called to ask about product and was put on hold for ten minutes I. Called back the guy immediately answered. I said I waited ten minutes he said he told his managers but they were all busy and he was too busy to pick back up and tell me to call back.. Offered to put me hold again... I went to match a certain color fabric and they didn't have it, they did have several pretty fabrics but not what I needed. Not a ton of quilting fabric, lots of flannell and a surprising collection of costume options.

I used to work here, and have seen it go through a lot of changes. It's gotten better over the last year because the new store manager is pretty awesome. Glad they got it together cause I was starting to dread going there.

I went to Michael's to find some plaster houses for my Christmas Village there was nothing left. I walked in the door inquired where was the Christmas clearance I was taken to that aisle. I found a Santa Village which had be $29.99. They had it clearanced for 70% off. I ended up getting in for $7.29. I was so happy I found this treasure. Now I can add to my Village. I loved the fact it has paint brushes and paints with it. JOANN FABRICS YOU MADE MY DAY!

Excellent selection of fabrics, yard goods, and fiber products, not to mention all manner of craft materials and equipment. Prices are very good and regular customers are offered very good coupons for outstanding savings. Open Sundays. Price, and selection rival the internet and convenience make JOANN Fabrics and Crafts a first choice over the internet.

The store is nice, laid out well, and while associates are hard to scarce and therefore hard to find, they are very helpful and the cashiers are always up 9n the current coupons and sales to give the best prices they can.

The only bad thing I can say about the stores that it's not large enough. There are several much larger Joann's around the state of Indiana and the midwest. The city the size of the bank and deserves a store about twice the size of one that's available.

The people here are lovely, but this is a very small store. I rarely find everything I am looking for, and they are frequently sold out of things, or don't carry the whole collection. In general, Joann is tedious, because of the coupons, but, they are the largest sewing store in town right now.

Awesome store. They have any fabric you are looking for and if you need help they will always help you. Especially with getting sizing for cutting fabric and very helpful for the new to being a seamstress or even if you're a bit rusty at it. They also have art supplies there as well and seasonal stuff for decorating as well.

Love this place! Something for all Crafters! Reasonable prices and don't forget to get they're coupon's on line for big savings! Always nice and organized and clean and opened on Sundays! I recommend Joann fabrics!
