I always have a good experience here. Staff are incredibly nice and have fantastic recommendations and the prices are set at a very fair level. I 1000% recommend you try their lemonades.

I've had a really good experience here. Nice, clean atmosphere in the store. Counter workers are always friendly, helpful, and not pressuring. After several purchases over a couple of years, there was an incorrect charge that I didn't catch until after. Owner worked to correct that which makes me feel really good about the customer service. Great location - - keep doing what you're doing!

The guy behind the register had no idea what he was talking about. Came in looking for THCa flower, he tried to sell me delta 8 lol. Also the flower they do usually have you can purchase for much less online (yes, it is legal. look up 2018 farm bill/thca definitions). They literally remove the sticker and rebrand it as their own. Bro thought rosin and resin were the same thing and didn't know anything about how concentrates were made. How are you going to sell something to people that you know nothing about? Would not recommend this place to anyone.

After providing ID, jittery counter clerk told me he was uncertain if he could verify my legit driver’s license. I asked him if he need another form of ID, baffled, and he said no. He couldn’t verify the legitimacy of my ID. WHY IS HE WORKING THERE IF HE IS UNQUALIFIED TO VERIFY A VALID STATE-ISSUED ID? This place will now NEVER get any of my business, and I’ll be sure to relay this experience to any and all. I’m 49 years old, and I look it. This is baffling to me, unless they are dealing in ILLEGAL practices and are paranoid about it. Might have thought I was a cop. Either way, ridiculous.

I absolutely love Hope’s! I am a frequent customer and I love that I have a good professional relationship with the staff. I’m on a first name basis with nearly every employee. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable of the various products. I also like that if I’m looking to try something new I can ask for opinions and there seems to always be a new something to try. 10/10 would recommend!

Just stopped in and Colby helped me a lot! He was super helpful in explaining how everything works and what would be the best for my needs. The product is quality and it made me feel lighter already. If you have any pain and want to feel a bit looser, this is the place to get help from. There are so many things to choose from joints, flower, edibles, and more! Check this place out. It’s hidden on 6th but easy to get to. I’ll be back!

I've always had a great experience going into Hope's. Senja helped me and my partner today and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! Super awesome guy, answered all our questions and even taught us some stuff we didn't know. I've always felt knowledgeable about canabis products but every time I go into Hope's it's a learning experience. I highly recommend going in there, especially if you're a beginner to anything CBD/Delta 8/CBN or other products. 10/10, we will probably always be customers here at Hope's. Again, thanks to Senja for all the help today!

He went above and beyond on discussing, informing, and educating on products that would be most beneficial and others that wouldn’t be so suiting. Derric is a straight shooter who knows exactly what he’s doing. When visiting this location be sure to ask for his assistance.

Had never been to a hope organics location let alone a CBD dispensary... I think I got the best of both! Koby was so knowledgeable and made it very understandable - the different strains of CBD and delta varieties. Growing processes, different emotional outcomes, health benefits, etc!
