Great experience from start to finish. I'd recommend anyone looking for new flooring to work with this company. We were looking to get rid of the carpet and flooring from a recently purchased home. They were on time and the estimated time for completion was accurate. Jason was trying to find us the best option for an affordable price, and Matt who installed it, was very quick and effective at what he did. Sharing a picture from one of the rooms that was completed and an image from before, and it just looks significantly better.

Everything was pretty well as promised and expected. The consultation was thorough and Luke our sales rep was friendly as well as helpful and prompt with follow up text questions and updates. Matt (the installer) was friendly and could tell he knew what he was doing with the installation, finishing quickly and with high quality. The price also felt very reasonable, and they gave me a discount at the end for unused materials. I would definitely recommend them, and already have recommended the company to a family member out-of-state!

My wife and I would recommend Floor Coverings International. Our rep (Luke) spent hours explaining options for our basement floors. After several trips out to review samples, Luke locked in our product and within budget and schedule.Our installer (Mat) did a superb job. Not only in craftmanship, but with recommendations along the installation to produce a much better final project.

Everything about our experience with Floor Coverings International exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Luke was able to make great recommendations and stay in our targeted budget in a timely manner. Matt was our installer and he went above and beyond with his work ethic, consideration of our baby, our schedule and the quality of his work. Their work and price would lead me to use them again. I have an older house so not everything is level or square. Matt, the installer, did a great job getting everything smooth and butted up to the seams and walls. Luke did a great job explaining my options for my budget. This was my first time getting new flooring for my house. It was so incredibly convenient and easy! Jason came out to my house, did the measurements and had lots of samples to choose from in the comfort of my home. Plus I could look at the samples in different rooms to make the best decision for my home! The installers were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They put me at ease and I knew they would do an incredible job! They did and the price was better than other places I'd tried. Very happy and plan to use them in the future! Bonus...locally owned!

I have begun to fully really appreciate the floors Jason Barret helped me pick out. Moving in made me realize what a great choice they are. We were dropping things, and dragging things, and the floors were fine. I also love how easy they are to clean. I just cleaned a whole carpeted house moving out, and I am so grateful for flooring that wipes right up. Thank you Jason, for your guidance and your patience. I appreciate Jason and his team.
