In previous years I've shopped here and was able to buy the majority of all my kids and my nieces and nephews Xmas there but this year I have gone to 2 different five below stores and only achieved buying stocking stuffers. Maybe both stores are under terrible management but they neither one had their shelves stocked or much variety that was worth the buy. I am so terribly disappointed as I plan the trip there every year hoping to be able to buy for everyone of my kids but I couldn't find anything they would have wanted. This particular was worse then the other by far. Most everything was gone or not where it should've been, items were open and strewn about the store. Just nothing and what a let down. I used to love shopping here for all the cool random things they had my kids used to adore and now they barely have anything to choose from this year

I’ve never much liked these stores, but my wife loves them. Every time I go inside one of these places, all I see is cheaply made products that typically fail after one or two weeks of use. However, since my wife loves these stores I will continue to visit them when we’re together, but I don’t make any purchases and likely never will.

If your jot in there click or twofaced you get fired. Unorganized, horrible training. Just two old ladies that only hire teenage girls because that the only people they can get to be their pet they dont hire males. Horrible way of treating people

Was able to get in and get what I was looking for quickly. The only complaint is sometimes gets a bit messy as people search through items and don't replace their mess.

Service is great but I don't think I've ever seen more than 1 cashier at the checkout counter. There's always a line to get out of the store no matter how busy or not they are. We always find what we're looking for though so overall a great place to find knickknacks and such.

Great selection of fun stuff here for my clients at great prices! They Need bigger sizes on their t-shirts though! they only go up to a large. they have a lot of good ones that I can't buy BC they wouldn't fit anyway. Super Cute fur baby clothes, and super cute household items to decorate!

Grand daughter wanted to redesign her own room so we took a trip to five below! She got the small shelves she needed/wanted, a poster and a plant! Even though they raised the prices from $5 to $5.55..... still not bad!

OK - I know this is going to sound petty, but you would think if you work here that you would know what an Elf on the Shelf is. My daughter was directed to bobble heads. Other than the store being crowded, there were no staff on the floor to assist people. If you needed help locating something, you had to wait in line for a cashier to try to answer your question or point you in the right direction. Hopefully service gets better when they are not swamped.

If you shop in Five Below plan to stay for a while. That store is packed with stuff I never knew I needed. The floor layout is very clear which makes it easier to see everything. I like it just the way it is.

This is the best place to go when you need inexpensive electronics:chargers cell phone plugs, earbuds, telephone cases or inexpensive decorum for a first-time apartment. Good customer service never a bad experience.

This is the best store. You know when you walk in that nothing is more then 5 dollars. Most items are worth it too. There is a huge selection of candy and many toys. They also have books, cosmetics, clothes, etc. Something for everyone who walks in. The store is very clean and very well kept up. Nice job.

I got their pop socket AND IT IS A RIPOFF! It doesn’t do it’s job and it’s the worst thing ever. It’s not compatable at all and it just falls over. I wasted 5 DOLLARS ON THE PIECE OF NOTHING. I have to rip it off and throw away the best phone case ever now.

First time I had been to a five below. It was not at all what I expected, in a good way. It is basically a Dollar General, but with a much more modern, trendy feel. The prices are amazing for very broad selection of goods from toys, to clothes, to decor.

I found everything I was looking for and more as usual with this chain of stores. I even found a cute pair of shoes that had cacti on them for my daughter who loves anything with a picture of a cactus on it. The store was very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to be! They have so much to get excited about, the only down side is it gets kinda claustrophobic in there. Coming around certain corners can be just a little difficult because of how tight of a squeeze it is.

Even though this store isn't big like a TJMaxx... I could be in there for hours. Perfect place for last minute gift ideas or stocking stuffers... and I'm pretty sure I leave with a new rug EVERY TIME I go in 😆

It is what it is everything in the store is$5 or below. There are some good deals on some inexpensive items. With that being said keep in mind you get what you pay for. The atmosphere is very upbeat bright and friendly a great place to take children plenty of things for them to get their hands into

I have bought some very useful items at this place most noticeably an aluminum cellphone stand which i use daily and a usb-c cellphone fan that i keep in my backpack that i take to work everyday. They have a nice selection of candy that you can't find in other stores like all 6 flavors of the ice breakers duo mints. Most stores only have 2 of the 6 flavors at a time. I had their roll of old-fashioned butterscotch suck-on candy and it was very good.Store is always clean but often messy. Staff are very friendly. I highly recommend.
