Their hours on Google say they open at 9am. I tried to go in a few minutes after that and doors were still locked. Went back to my car. Then witnessed a lady walk up, smoke a cigarette in front of the doors, then unlock the door, go inside and proceed to lock the door again.I also tried to call the store at 9:10. The automated message said they open at 9am, and no one answered (even though I literally saw the lady go inside to the unopened store). Also, this lady watched me try to go inside and did not say a word to me about when they might actually be open.This is all following multiple other times of them being closed during regular business hours when myself and multiple other people I know have attempted to shop.I’d give zero stars if it was an option. It sure does not seem like the people running this store want to remain in business and employed considering the large amount of business they are constantly losing. At this point, I don’t see the point in even bothering with trying to shop here. All it is a huge convenience because every time, I just end up having to drive somewhere else.

They are never ever open when I make the drive from the southeast side of Bloomington which is a real pain in my rear. I’m not even sure they are still in business honestly. The last time I went the sign on the door said they’d closed at 10am that day! :/

Service is good BUT they keep running the store with only one person, which is unsafe and causes them to close when the person goes to lunch, supper, etc. This has happened the last two times I have been. Today there ate a bunch of people trying to shop there due to bad weather coming.

I love this store. The selection is pretty diverse, and I can usually find what I need pretty quickly. They have a much better selection of electronics and personal care items than most dollar stores. Excellent selection of higher end drugstore haircare with the best local prices, and a huge variety of styles, colors, and finishes of glue on nails that range from $3-$6. Good weekend if headphones at various prices. They even have a light up gaming mouse and headset for $5 and $15, respectively. The prices are somewhere between Dollar Tree and Dollar General, but the quality of most of the merchandise rivals or surpasses D.Gen. I can usually get out with a bunch of household staples plus a few little treats for myself for around $25. Big fan of this place.

Today was not a good day to shop at this store. The price on the shelf was incorrect and when I questioned the price, two of the employees became angry and terribly rude. I would have paid the extra had they been nice about it. It is only a mile from my home and very convenient but it will be the last time I shop there.

Although the gentleman managing the store and his help were coirteous,, I can't help but wonder how long he will be at this location. In other words, they should have a turn style instead of a door. The store always had clutter in aisleways and I can't help to think it's due to lack of help, not due to bad management except for upper management perhaps. No one wants to live there job 7 days a week open to close for low pay. I still like shopping here but hate the turn over.

The staff are very nice but the store is so dirty. It's old and needs remodeled. You just want to wash your hands after you leave the place.

The store is always dirty, shelves empty and stock on the floor never see anyone putting it away. Employees flirting with each other never helping anyone also when they are working putting things up they block the aisle and don't move. Very disrespectful to people who ask for help, they act like your interrupting them from doing nothing. Was there and they left cash on the floor and left it there while flirting with the other employee.

Family Dollar has stepped up their game when it comes to the clothes selection.. but I just wasn't impressed with prices or anything that has to do with "bargains," for that matter... only my personal opinion!

Terrible selection and horrible customer service my four-year-old had to use the restroom and they tried to tell me that they didn't have a restroom that I would have to go next door and I find it really odd that the people that work at that Family Dollar go next door to use the restroom
