I would recommend them to anyone!! She was so knowledgeable and great with my Pup. I was blown away by how well my dog looked. She explained everything to me and really cares about animals. I was nervous about leaving my baby but she done amazing and we will definitely be back! ❤️

Their service is AMAZING and worth very cent!! Our “rescue dog” is an almost 3 year old lab/husky mix (TONSSSS of fur!!) when we got him he had matted fur and old fur that just sat on top of him all over, he had what looked like rotted teeth with breath that smelled TERRIBLE, and his fur was super long! I contacted them last minute and they got me in THAT morning!! When we picked him up they only charged $85ish! He was like a whole new dog!! His teeth were so clean and beautiful, fur was all clean and fully brushed, his hair was cut so perfectly, and thank God his breath smelled good haha. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🏼

Fantastic grooming for our goldendoodle! It took us years to finally find someone who knows how to properly groom our boy. When we first visited, Angela personally consulted with us to find the right length and grooming schedule to keep his coat the perfect length year round. She’s kept us on a consistent schedule too, so we always have a beautiful looking dog. Say goodbye to matted fur and hello to fabulous fur!

This is our puppy's first summer haircut. He went in pretty rough but came out looking great. The pictures show the before and after. This was a tough job! We weren't sure how this would turn out, but we are very pleased with the results. Angela is such a talent.

We had our pup in for a bath and quick trim. After we got him home, we noticed that the trim around his face and eyes was not quite the way we wanted. So we took him back unscheduled. Angela made the adjustments and everything looked great. The shop was quite busy that day but she quickly responded to our request and did everything with a pleasant smile. The level of service is outstanding.

We took our puppy here because the neighbors recommended them, and their dog always looks amazing. We were impressed with the way they managed a rowdy puppy to trim her face hair and file her nails. She came home cute and smelling good. So, we brought her a second time and asked a question about why she may be scratching her ears so much. One of the employees said casually that it smelled like yeast, and so we took her to the vet and sure enough, the lady was right and the dog is feeling better. This is a level of awareness and information that will keep us coming back for a long time.

We were passing through town on a road trip in our RV & stopped in for their walk-in nail trim service for our 2yo Coonhound Mix. They were very nice, quick and did a great job! It was nice that they filed them instead of cutting. Our pup isn’t too fond of grooming (not sure any are) but they were able to make her feel comfortable and all went smoothly. Would definitely return!

This is a fabulous place for dog grooming. The fact that it stood out exceptionally well, even among many other local grooming places, most of which are decent enough, speaks volumes about quality of the services offered.The facility is conveniently located and is very clean. It has a feel of home rather than a store. Angela is a very passionate animal lover and a highly skilled dog groomer. She did a great job with my 3 year old puppy. She listened to me patiently without judging me and attended meticulously to every detail of my request. The best part was, the whole grooming session lasted only around an hour and half, while most other places in town take almost four to five hours. And my puppy never looked cuter.

We took our 3 month old puppy Coco in for the first time and we are so happy that we did. Angela is an amazing groomer. Our puppy seemed to bond with her on the first visit. She is very experienced and patient.I wish we had gone in sooner. We intend to stay with Fab Fur. Highly recommended.

Lori is Amazing!!! I've known her for decades and she is a true professional and an excellent groomer. She grooms my daughter's dog every six weeks, and she drives down from Indy. She tried a few places in Indy and they were not happy with anyone else, so it's worth the drive every 6 weeks.💜💜💜

I would not recommend bringing your dog here for any services. The staff is neglectful, non responsive and potentially abusive to your dogs.I have had 2 poor grooming experiences here which I’ll explain in detail.My puppy received his first groom here. Overall the groom looked okay- however cotton balls were left in my poor puppies ears after his groom. My dog has quite long ears, so I did not notice the groomer had left large cotton swabs here until over a week after his groom. I called to make the owner aware of this issue- it took 4 calls to reach the store during business hours and the person who answered did not care at all. When I kindly relayed my concerns and the potential health hazard this can create, the store responded with “I’m sorry” and promptly hung up. I then was met with a vet bill to ensure my puppy was okay from the groomers negligence.Against my better judgement, I decided to visit for a second groom. I dropped my dog off at 8:30 AM and requested a full shave (I realize this can be a longer groom). There are many signs on the door that tell you not to enter unless called by staff that your dog is ready. At 12 pm I decided I should call to check in- no answer after 2 calls. I continue to call periodically until 3:30 pm, when I have become increasingly concerned for my dogs safety (no groom should take over 7 hours). After hours of calling I went into the store against the advice of the passive aggressive signs, to where my puppy was finished and very anxious to leave. The woman who assisted me in checking out was extremely rude and charged me double the cost of a normal groom ($220), this price increase/ difference was not relayed to me prior to the groom. I paid, unfortunately tipped and planned on not returning.After his final groom at this store, my poor dog had scabs on his ears and face. He is also now extremely fearful of brushing, which was not the case prior. I have worked diligently to ensure he had a positive experience with being brushed. Unfortunately, whatever adverse experience he had at his last groom here has created brushing fear and anxiety. I am very upset that my sweet dog was not respected or treated kindly and now has a new fear.The environment here is quite concerning for the puppies/dogs as well. My dog was forced to sit for 7 hours with several dogs who were not receiving grooms. One of which seemed pretty reactive when I went to pick him up. I’m not quite sure why there would be 6-7 dogs in a small area at once when only 1-3 are there for grooming.For the health and safety of your own dogs, I would suggest going elsewhere for grooming in Bloomington.

Avoid Fabulous Fur if your dog is stressed and anxious. The atmosphere of this salon can be a traumatic experience that will cause your dog to become fearful and panic. Clients' dogs share a small open space with too many other dogs. Angela wasn't there this morning, but I inquired over the number of dogs. The staff informed me that 11 dogs belong to them (Angela and 2 workers). My dog's services usually takes 2 hours but today they asked me to return 4 hours later. I left feeling bad for my shaking scared dog. After calling my husband from the car, I returned to cancel the appointment. During that time (10 minutes) our dog received his super fast bath. I paid $35 but will not return. I would recommend walking through the shop before leaving your pet. There's a bunch more dogs behind the barn door. When I retreived my dog without warning, 9 more dogs came out of the back room. My dog can handle doggy day care and the dog park, but 19 dogs in a small room while getting groomed is out of control.

I have been bringing my two dogs to Fabulous Fur for three years now! Angela is the best! She always exceeds our expectations! Hands down the best dog grooming service in Bloomington, IN! I have recently started doing the TheraClean baths for both of our dogs. It is amazing! Our Goldendoodle had a pretty bad ear infection and I couldn't get in with our vet for a few days. Angela was so wonderful to squeeze us in to her busy schedule to do a total of 3 TheraClean bath visits and focused on the ears. By visit number 3 the ear infection was gone and we never needed to visit the vet and pay for any meds! A wonderful service Angela offers and hands down the best customer service, helping us out like that! Above and beyond, ALWAYS!

They got me in very quickly, and you could tell she really cared that I was happy and comfortable with my cat's grooming. She's very knowledgeable about keeping your pet's fur healthy. She doesn't push your pet until they feel traumatized, she really made this a great grooming experience for me and my kitty!

Fantastic place! I called and was able to make a same day appointment. I had just gotten a shelter dog and the poor girl was pretty rough. The owner is very kind and a skilled groomer, I wouldn't recommend any other place over here. Hands down the best price you'll find, and best groomer in Bloomington!

Very happy with the quality of the grooming. For the first time Kiera wasn’t over-trimmed, seems completely comfortable in the environment, and looks and smells amazing. The groomer also got her in on short notice! I would definitely recommend this place.

This new salon is so nicely done, with open top crating (more like play pens) for the dogs to be in while they are waiting. The staff is genuinely caring, attentive and gentle and want to make sure you are as pleased and educated about any things to do with dogs as you may need help with. I take my old, blind dog here and he does wonderfully and I know he is in good, kind hands.

My partner and I wanted to check out a local groomer so we came here. It was going to be towards the end of their walk-in hours so we called to be sure it was okay and they said it was no problem at all: I'm adding that info because their excuse for dragging and man-handling my partner's puppy was that it was, "a very busy Saturday." I drove up after she had arrived and I saw an employee gesturing to my partner to hand over the leash, which my partner did. To my utter shock, the employee not only neglected to introduce herself to the new puppy, but she actually DRAGGED the puppy across the floor while the harness lifted up and appeared to be tightening around her neck and choking her. My partner left a review about the horrific situation and the owner responded by mocking her and blaming her in an unprofessional manner. She said they were "both very nervous" but my partner wasn't reactive until *after* the puppy was being dragged. Also, we would never drag our dog like that, that was just abusive. We gave in and went to PetSmart and had a great experience: the employee walked herself out of the barrier and knelt down to introduce herself to our dogs before taking them back for their nail trim. Even though our puppy was freaked out from the experience at FabFur, the PetSmart employees made the effort and succeeded at making our puppy feel safe.

I took my Siberian Husky here because he was coming to the end of his shedding cycle and his shedding went from tuffs of fur to almost nothing! He's so beautiful and white and he seemed very excited to be around. He loved her. She did a great job at a reasonable price! She will definitely be my new quartly groomer for my fur baby!

Angela has done a great job with Tinkerbell and Dexter. Our two chihuahuas we're probably simple work for her but I was really impressed with her knowledge and her positive energy. I have no doubt she will succeed.
