I LOVE Delilah's! I have two sweet butter babes that i take to get groomed here at least twice a year. We have had some really poor experiences with grooming before, but everyone at Delilah's knows exactly what to do with my boys and takes extra care with them. I will go absolutely no where else, and cannot rave about this shop more! Thank you for everything you do!

Bought my dog here never had any problems with him he's a very good boy. The staff are excellent and encourage you to bring your dog back for a visit. As far as their stock they have a pretty good variety and a nice food selection.

Delilah's is a great place for ANYTHING your pet may need. They have EVERYTHING from ultra premium quality food to teeny-weeny harnesses for longcoat chihuahua pups! The staff are always helpful and always happy to find out more about what you're looking for and take you directly to the product!Delilah's offers grooming and nail trims at reasonable prices, as well.

Long story short, my sister's 3 month old schnauzer puppy, Charlie, had a bad experience at another groomer's place up North. I called Delilah's & related the story to Laurie, who was so kind & helpful. She got an appointment set up for Charlie, had us bring him in a few days in advance so he could meet the staff, who all lavished him with love & attention, explained the grooming process for puppies & how they could help to put him at ease, and let us have a tour of the facility. On Monday morning, we had the first appointment, and they had him done in less than an hour! Delilah's staff are the most kind, loving, and professional people you could ever take your pet to. Charlie was groomed to perfection by Heather. Cindy & I are so grateful to all of the people who took such loving care of Charlie. Thank you, Delilah's!

Heather and Dottie groomed my cat to perfection. I was surprised how quickly they got her done and how completely fine (and beautiful) she was when we got home. And the price was so reasonable I was shocked. I'll definitely be takong my girls back. They are wonderful. DONT FORGET TO TIP YOUR GROOMER!!!!Danielle did a fantastic job on my daughters maltese! I've only been in this pet shop twice so far but I'm really impressed with their huge selection of items for your fur babies. Staff is very welcoming and available to answer any questions. The puppies are adorable and you can love on them. I held a chihuahua puppy the last time I was in there. It was wonderful. If we weren't still mourning the loss of our beloved girl in December I might have had to make that little baby ours. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I mean... it is more of a dog shop than an actual pet shop there was nothing for any other variety of animals .. at least not reptiles or arachnids . Or fish or other animals

I have bought two pups from Delilahs and they were the two of the best dogs I have ever owned. What can I say, I currently have a rescue and I'm going to Delilahs tomorrow and adding another pup to our pack. They are knowledgeable about raw and kibble foods and genuinely care about the well being of all animals. The staff there are awesome and have been working in the shop forever. Karen is a wealth of knowledge, pick her brain, she will steer you in the right direction.

Reserved my cat to be groomed and had to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment. But two days before the appointment I'm sent a text message saying his appointment was canceled and they will contact me with a new date for his appointment. They never did I myself called almost 2 weeks later and then even though I had already been inconvenienced and had to wait an additional two weeks past the appointment I called to try to get him groom again and I'm told I have to wait almost 3 weeks. So in the two months I've been trying to pay over $60 to have my cat groomed, these people for some reason can't find the time. Well I can't find the time to pay them for wasting my time.Even though I was promised to be contacted to resume my appointment. My appointment was just disregarded and it's entirety even though it was my cat's turn to get groomed, never contacted back like I was told and when I try to give them my business once again I have to wait even longer than I did before. Yeah just completely disregard the queue of customers that had already reserved their animals first.

I really was not going to say anything, but the fall bath my German Shepherd is getting and the fact that my hands are covered in fur, though not part of the double-coat, has be a little irked. So about 4 - 5 weeks ago I went in for a grooming. So I guess this term can mean different things to different people and, German Shepherds being what they are, I insinuated, don't be stingy with the clippers. Specifically I stated that I wanted the trimming to be as a "close cut" and thus, as close the the flesh as possible (with no nicks of course). So upon getting there I retrieved my dog, with the work simply not done. The price was right $55 for a large dog is grant, but I did not tip and in an annoyed tone explained the situation quickly, maybe too quickly, maybe I was the embarrassed one. I did not press the issue and neither did they. Folks, your store is in a right position, and I think your selection and lay out are top notch! I just wish that better notes were taken...and the information passed down correctly to the groomer. It was simply not what I asked for. I was pretty let down with the work but would consider going back. No pictures, like I said I was not going to say anything...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greet each customer and ask if there's anything they can help with. It's one of the only places in town that sells the brand of cat food we use (Orijen). They have a great selection of high-end cat/dog foods that bigger stores/grocery stores don't sell. We're happy to support this business.

My dad took his dog to get a trim. The groomer shaved up the back of his tail all the way to the skin. He's in so much pain we've had to take him to the vet.

These employees are always so sweet and knowledgeable. Feels very down home local, where the employees seem to care about your pet as much as you do! Usually just come for grooming, and my dog always comes home looking and smelling fresh :) usually turn around time is between 2 to 4 hours on average (been twice so far) which makes me happy because I hate the idea of my dog just sitting in the kennel allllll day. Thank you!

The staff is very nice & sweet to your pets, but they do not keep accurate records of your grooming & you have to reexplain each time what you would like done- which leads to different results. A little aggravating since we’ve taken our dog 3 times in the last 3 months and they don’t recognize him when he walks in.

This pet shop is amazing! I do not fear leaving my 2 babies with them due to me seeing and feeling the love they give them. You can tell they are pet owners theirselves. They also sell puppies and kittens. College students go pet them! They love our love. Nice new shop!!

I will second a previous reviewer's opinion that this is the best pet shop in Bloomington (speaking for dogs here). Locally owned through multiple generations, expert and honest staff. Thomas is particularly pleasant to work with. They helped educate us prior to adopting our puppy and even gave us some free welcome samples. This shop is just cute and fun to visit. Can't wait to go back! Thanks~

We have done business with Delilah's for about 25 years. The staff is always professional and their first concern is for your pet. They NEVER purchase puppies from a puppy mill and insist on knowing the breeder and visiting their kennel before purchasing puppies to sell. We have purchased two puppies from them and the puppies were healthy and hand wonderful temperments. They have quality products for your pet and with the on site veterinary tech they can also help you with most health problems. Locally owned and caring. An unbeatable combination!

Cute little shop. Clean with a vast variety of dog and cat food. A good selection of beds, collars, and pet toys. They do sell puppies too, although we didn't go see them. The store is small, but well spaced out and has good lighting. I did not see any reptile or fish supplies during my visit.

When I can't figure out what I need to help my pups live their best life I go to Delilah's Pet Shop and talk with the owner. They always listen and explain what I might try and how to put certain programs in place. Very knowledgeable and kind.
