Service is always friendly and fast here and Dairy Queen ice cream never disappoints; when you get what you order. I often come to this Dairy Queen and order a snack size snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. Unfortunately my last two or three visits when, I get home and, try my ice cream the order is wrong. I’m not sure if it’s the speaker or what is happening but if you are like me and don’t eat your ice cream until you get home, I don’t recommend this Dairy Queen location.

I was not able to get anything because I rode on my bike over to this Dairy Queen, but there were signs that said the front windows were closed indefinitely. They were only serving the drive-thru, and in my experience fast food places don't serve bikes at drive-thrus, so I left disappointed. The covid lockdown ended years ago, so there's no excuse for why they still only serve cars, especially so close to the B-Line. Won't be coming back unless they make their ordering more accessible. It's a shame too, since I hadn't been to a Dairy Queen in many years and was excited to try it again.

Remember how they use the blue dry erase markers to jot down orders? It ends up on your sandwich. Other than the skimping on drinks and meat, the ice cream is good.

The whole family loves this place! We consistently order five ice cream cones of various sizes, dips, and coatings. I will let you in on a little secret, that not all Dairy Queen’s offer.....order a vanilla ice cream cone with “crunch-coat”.....it is the bomb dot com as the kids would say! And everyone else is correct, the owner here is a genuine, respectful, delightful person!

Just ordered off of DoorDash and I feel that if I went in person this wouldn’t have happened. The ice cream cost over $11 because it was a Sundae but when it arrived there was only two tiny scoops in it mostly whipped cream. It didn’t even fill the entire cup. Then when I did eat the ice cream part, I felt ice break in my mouth. Horrible experience. And I bought two.

I was here earlier this evening with my family. We walked up to the window and we were deciding what we wanted while the family in front of us ordered. Well, when we walked up to the window they closed it and put the “closed” sign up. Multiple employees saw us looking at the menu and nobody asked if they could take our order before closing the counter or told us that they couldn’t take any more orders at the walk up window. When we tried to tell them that we had already been at the window the employee just waved us off and said they couldn’t help us. Incredibly rude and the lack of communication was borderline disrespectful. I’m not sure why they closed the walk in window in front of a family but I’m generally very understanding, and if they had explained what was going on then this would be a different story. We were so upset we decided to drive to chocolate moose instead of getting in the drive in line

it's a DQ, and you get what you get at a regular DQ. the employees here are great, they are fast, friendly, and accurate with your order. my problem with the location is that they only allow drive through, and cars often back out into S. Walnut Street. Why not utilize the huge area in front and add some tables with umbrellas and allow walk-up order?

The walk up counter is closed this early I. The year, but the drive thru was open.I had a small Reese's blizzard. Service was fast and friendly. The blizzard tasted like it should. I definitely will come back.

We love supporting Les and his team. In our last visit, we feasted on the footlong chili dogs and requested a pup cup for our newly adopted 3yr old dog. Just know the pup cup charged now and is big enough for you to share between you and your big pup.The chairs are no longer out, but vehicles will line up in the parking spots and watch the traffic go by. In the summer, you can watch the line of folks waiting to get their DQ treat. Today, we set out old lawn chairs behind our truck on a beautiful spring day.

This has been my favorite place since I was a child and still is. I come here very often and it's still amazing everything food ice cream. Just everythingParking: They're always plenty of empty spots every time I come You can pretty much park anywhere you want around the building in a shade in the sunKid-friendliness: They have so many choices for children and kids love to come here.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't personally have a wheelchair but I know that they have wheelchair accessible windows parking. Everything's on level ground and easy to get to

Overall, this place is great. There's a good selection of desserts and the blizzards are delicious. Everyone is friendly and the service is good.The drive-thru line can get long, sometimes extending to the street, but it tends to move quickly. I wish it stayed open later than 10:00pm, but that's probably more a result of my sweet tooth than anything else.

Closed the walk up window. This is causing traffic overflow and putting real lives at risk. This makes me very disgusted considering opening the walk up window would easily resolve this hazard. This need to be fixed or I am reporting this to the city.

I went there last night and I have mixed emotions. They have a poster in their window and I got the s’mores shake from another Dairy Queen a week or so ago. The line was long but it went by pretty all right. When I got to the intercom and I ordered they didn’t say anything about not having the proper ingredients. I got to the window and I noticed right away that they don’t wear gloves. I wasn’t overly concerned because it wasn’t the same people using cash register. However, as soon as I got my shake I knew it was wrong immediately but I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt and that I was wrong. But alas, They didn’t use the s’mores chocolate, I’m not convinced there was any marshmallow in there, And the graham crackers tasted disgusting. They tasted like they had been sitting (opened) in the back of my grandma’s kitchen cabinet since she moved into the house. And you know Grandma has been there for years. The line was so long and it was near 9 o’clock so I didn’t bother going back. Luckily Dairy Queen’s ice cream across-the-board is good, I tried to avoid the pieces. The service was okay (not the best not the worst) but my shake was bad. They basically gave me a chocolate chip shake with old rusty graham crackers.

Great little place. Our second visit in years. We ordered through and the middle aged gentleman who took our order was extremely polite and courtesy. We where not rushed. We had multiple transactions and he went through all if them without rushing. Menu seemed a little toned down but we got what we needed. The young lady assisting the older gent was efficient also. Positive experience overall. Will visit again.

Order an ice cream cake to be personalized.It had the "Princesses" stencil on it, and it looked like they just slapped a piece of duct tape on the cake(covering 1/2 of the princess stencil) and wrote Happy Birthday Lorelai, spelling my granddaughter's name(Lorelei) wrong. Very disappointed! 😞

We ordered a football cake and it was absolutely adorable AND delicious. I've ordered from various DQs over the years but never had one this nice. Usually, there's hardly any center, but this one had enough so that we could enjoy it. They are so friendly and clean. This is where we are getting our cakes from now on! :-)
