I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for this pharmacy. It’s the third time I’m trying to pick up my medication unsuccessfully. The first time, everyone is out to lunch. The second time, the boss has called everyone to another branch so no one is there during the hours they are supposed to be open. The third time, today, my prescription is there, but it’s ‘on hold’, because it’s a new doctor!! And this after I got there voicemails telling me the prescription is ready for pick up. What now? Go come back in half an hour! What exactly is supposed to happen in half an hour that can’t happen now after I’ve already waited in the line for 20 minutes?? If you want service from this pharmacy, you’d better clear your schedule. Now I’m lucky not to seriously ill, but for people who really need medical service this must be a real nightmare.

By far the best pharmacy in Bloomington,IN. Have only had positive experiences with pharmacists here. One of the pharmacists, is outstanding. His name is George and I wish I could recall his last name. I trust his advice, and never hesitate calling with questions I might have. Overall it is the best pharmacy in town.

I have been going to this CVS for all my prescription needs and various OTC oroducts and sundries for years. The store is large, super clean, easy to navigate, bright and cheerful. They stock not only the complete CVS inventory but seasonal and sale items change often. The staff and pharmacy personnel have become like family and are so friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to shop at this store. Highly recommend.

I visited CVS in june, it's impossible not to find what you want, they have amazing and helpful staff, they are well trained and very informative, the prices are reasonable and they have all new products as well.They make good offers to be afforded, their website is cool so you can order or consult a doctor for a consultation or quick check up

This store is shifting to self service checkout kiosks and they've really slowed down the process of buying items. In addition I like having human interaction when buying in a store. If that isn't part of the process, why not buy everything online?
