I've never known a pharmacy so consistently unprepared. Even when they establish the timelines of when things will get done the order is never ready.I understand they're understaffed but don't tell me (more than once) that something will be ready in one, two, or three hours when you can't deliver. Give me an honest timeframe.

Poor quality service. Overworked staff that don’t seem to care about patient needs, only filling orders and offering a bunch of excuses when they can’t help you if a problem occurs. I’ve only had this problem at this particular CVS. My family will be looking for another pharmacy to take care of our needs in the future.

Horrible experience. Waited an hour and a half for my husbands scheduled covid test. Management didn’t communicate at all to everyone in line. They were extremely rude when we went in to see what was going on. I am extremely surprised and disappointed in this cvs. They should be sending out some sort of substantial cvs coupon or credit.

The pharmacy has really gone downhill in the past year or so. It always takes a long time to receive my prescription; closing the drive-thru to one lane for pick-ups has made that process take so long that I've started going inside, and there's a long line there too. I've learned that I just can't go there when I'm in a hurry. The techs usually seem rushed and frustrated (I understand, techs get blamed by customers for a lot of things that are outside their control). I've had issues when I've communicated with one staff member about my prescription and the message is not communicated to anyone else. This has caused me to make more than one wasted trip. I don't know what they've changed in the past year, but I'm considering moving my prescriptions to another, less convenient cvs location, or doing mail order.

I had a great experience at CVS. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. I bought 3 items and laughed because I got such a big receipt. Over 3 feet long...lol
