This CVS experience has been absolutely abysmal. We have never been able to get ahold of a human when we call. The stores hours have been incorrect for more than a week causing us to come to the store multiple times when they are advertised to be open when they are not. My prescriptions have NEVER been ready on time. Every time I have come to the pharmacy I have been told to wait for 45 minutes to an hour, even when that have had the prescriptions for days or even weeks. Absolutely terrible store, I will actively be discouraging my friends and family from ever using any CVS ever. Shameful. Submitted again for emphasis.

Had to wait over two hours to get my prescription filled, went to the desk three times, and at the end of it all: "Sorry, we're out of your medicine"

The pharmacy technician was rude and condescending, and I waited over an hour for my prescription. She told me that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, after I already had waited about 15 minutes in line. Then, after 20 minutes, I was told to wait 20 more minutes, again very rudely and dismissively. Then, after 20 minutes I was told to wait a 3rd time. In total, I waited over an hour. If I had been told an hour in the first place, I would have gone home or run errands and come back. I understand that working in healthcare is difficult, but it's not hard to treat people like people, and to not lie to them about how long something is going to take. Never going to get my prescriptions filled here again. Take your business to Kroger.

Apparently if you're under 25 you can't buy alcohol here unless you have TWO photo ID's, so if you're not a student don't even bother here
