The employee at the window at the pharmacy is very rude. She Rose her eyes at you. When you pull up, if you don't like your job and you're mean to your customers. Or give them bad faces. You shouldn't be working at CV s pharmacy. Because medicine is very important to people. And you shouldn't have to make them feel bad because they pull up to the driveway And they make you feel like you're a Burden because you're pulling up trying to get very important medicine. Find a new job if you have to be rude

Cvs pharmacy is great when I need get my medicine... I don't even have to go inside I just use the drive-thru which is very convenient and better than going inside sometimes.... They are fast on filling prescriptions and employees have great customer service and are helpful not hurtful to people.....

If I could give negative stars I would. Poor communication and understaffing. Need help with your IT. POORLY DESIGNED. MUCH WORSE than any other retail business with which I deal. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Is a located near state highway 46 and interstate 65. Easy to find and access. They confirm by text or email when RX are due to renew or ready. Have always been about taking care of next in line. Have always been friendly at checkout and at pharmacy. Sometimes do have to wait to be waited on at Pharmacy. Because of number of people in line. My experience. get in out- in appropriate time frame.

My experience at the pharmacy has gotten worse and worse over the years. The people who work here are incredibly rude. My prescriptions are not being auto-refilled, and they do not get prescriptions ready even days after calling. You have to physically go in and wait if you want your prescription. This past incident had to do with my fiance getting medication filled from a work related incident. They did not have the medication in stock, so they said they would order it and it would come in the next day (yesterday). When we went in today, they said one of the medications didn't come in. They offered no explanation, didn't say when it would come in, and after telling them we needed the medication several times they finally contacted other locations if they had the medicine in stock. We had to drive all the way to Spencer to get it, and even then the prescription was filled incorrectly. This is completely unacceptable. They have been consistently rude, unhelpful, and uncaring about filling medication, especially medication that will directly have an impact on my fiance's quality of life. We will be moving pharmacies. Do not come here if you don't want to deal with horrible customer service, forever long wait times, and not recieving your medication.

This is the worse place to get your prescriptions. They are rude and very unfriendly. Today was the last time I will take their rudeness. The woman named Sue raised her voiced with me in the phone today while I was trying to find out why they didn’t have my prescription ready when they told me it could be filled today. She then told me she could not fill it until the 5th of November. They have been rude many times before this and I just thought maybe they were having a bad day or short staffed which seems to the case most of the time, but still not acceptable for them to be rude to a customer. So today I changed pharmacies and that Pharmacy told they get about 4-5 of their customers a day. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Absolute worst customer service that we've ever had at a professional establishment. We're a large family with multiple medical needs, and unfortunately require a good amount of prescriptions during an average month. We have been trying to work with them, in spite of their insane level of ineptness, for the past 11 months, because 1. We believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, 2. I'm lazy and didn't want to go through the work of transferring 15-20 prescriptions. I kept hoping that eventually they would get it figured out. I mean, they're a national brand, there must be some sort of national oversight, yes? Month after month we were told, "we're out of that, we have no idea when we will have it, try back next week" (to a NECESSARY prescription that we are then out of before they get it in), "we're backed up and behind 2000 prescriptions, we can't get to that anytime soon", "oh, it looks like it wasn't run through your insurance... (i.e. we messed up and did our job incorrectly, again)... Would you just like to pay the non-insurance price, or come back tomorrow, because we don't have time to run it again today?" Just a small sampling of our experiences. Let's just say that in an average week, we need to pick up 4-5 prescriptions, on a GOOD week for CVS, 2 of them would be ready, and 2-3 there would have been a mistake, or we would have to come back later for another reason. We have decided that it is likely that we will need 3 trips for every one prescription we pick up. Again, not just one bad experience, but a full 11 months. So we're out. Moving to another pharmacy in town and hoping for the best. Or at least a little bit better. If you're new in town or looking for a new pharmacy, take my advice and keep on looking - don't stop here.p

This is by far the worst pharmacy in Bloomington. Their customer service is beyond disgraceful, and the prescription fill time takes entirely too long. They have shorted me on prescriptions by multiple days and then continued to argue with me that it was just impossible for them to be short. They have changed my insurance information without my knowledge and to a company I have never even heard of making a simple pick last an hour. Every single person that I have encountered that works in the pharmacy has been extremely rude.I will never use CVS West ever again.

Couldn’t find something, asked the people at the pharmacy. They didn’t even want to help at first until I stood there with no one else around for 5 minutes. And older woman with pitch black hair asked me what I wanted and I asked. She didn’t come over to me or make eye contact. Some of the rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever met.

Absolutely wonderful workers!! Store is maintained well with stock being updated all the time. Cashiers are so helpful with finding what you're looking for, at an affordable price point for your desired product. They're also very diligent and capable of processing loads of coupons (correctly--without arguments ensuing), all the while handling long lines by calling up extra cashiers quickly. Store has little to no criminal/theft activity due to the manager being stern, but extremely fair so the store feels like a safe space for everyone. Overall, a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience!

Auto-refill prescriptions aren't being filled, and verbal promises of timeline for filling prescriptions aren't being honored. While I sat and waited for a prescription that I was told would be ready upon arrival, I heard one of the techs joking about how he wasn't worried about getting people's prescriptions filled. This is medicine, not a joke.

The pharmacy staff continually try to convince my wife that she doesn't need to take her name brand medicine, and pressure her into taking the generic versions as if they're the doctors. Even after she has carefully explained that she is allergic to the generic version. Here recently I picked up her prescription through the drive thru, and once I got home, my wife realized they unsurprisingly gave her the generics though they were not supposed to. She went to CVS to exchange her medicine for the correct medication, but they refused to make it right, even though they were the ones at fault. My wife knowing she would surely have a seizure without her epileptic medication, cursed during her panic attack after being denied after begging and pleading with the pharmacist. The pharmacist assumed she was talking to her, and instead of offering any comfort, she yelled at her. Before my wife pulled off, she asked for the pharmacists name. She said her name was "ANN COOPER" then closed the window. When she arrived home, we immediately called customer service, explained the situation, then we got a phone call from the district manager by the name of Adam Arnold. My wife explained the situation to the guy and he said he would take care of it.After we got off the phone, we tried calling the store to see if there's anything else we can work out to prevent my wife from having a seizure by not receiving her correct medication, at which point a tech stated that the pharmacist doesn't want to serve my wife anymore. We were floored by it And called customer service again to add to what had already been documented.A day or two later, the same guy called our house basically stating that her coworkers unsurprisingly took her side, and that he believes their word over ours. We are now taking it to the next level to try to hold the store accountable for their own fault and will stop at absolutely nothing to be sure that everyone is aware of the incompetence and unfairness that we have experienced dealing with this store. We usually go to this store because it's so close to the house, and all the others are too far away, so we feel that the dictation of the pharmacist claiming that they will no longer serve her is very extreme and should not be upheld, given the fact that all of this are the results of their mistake that they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for.

Customer service at pharmacy counter can't get any worse. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist are both incredibly rude! The score would be a 1, but since the store manager made things right with me on my return 2 days later I'm giving them a 2.

This CVS has some of the best and nicest cashiers. They are helpful, joyful and they work quickly and efficiently! I really appreciate the pharmacist's knowledge and assistance with choosing appropriate medications. Everyone is helpful and they really enjoy their jobs.

Cvs west 3rd is bias. I was in line and the person before me could only afford one of their scripts and they were allowed to get just one and return in a few days for the other. As I walk up I’m in the same situation, except the color of my skin is different. So I ask if I can only pay for one and they lied to my face and said they called the pharmacist and HE SAID NO, but in all reality they just didn’t want me to get one. I had to pay for both in order to get my medicine. I still haven’t had my medicine for the last 3 days and my condition is getting worse.

The 1 star is for the "PHARMACY" part. Its a 5 star for the store part. Its got a great selection in there store part. They have everything you need for pretty reasonable costs and the employees for the store part are very nice and incredibly helpful. The store manger will hep you with anything you need. She's great. They always know where to find things in the store and can answer any questions you have about it. They also have a lot nicer things like jewelry. They have nicer store products that any of the other CVS's in town. But for the pharmacy part it was so bad I switched pharmacy's to a different pharmacy because of this CVS. The pharmacist doesn't know what he is doing and gets my prescriptions wrong every time. He is incredibly rude to me and he hung the phone up on me while in mid sentence. I had called a week before hand to get my prescriptions refilled and they still didn't get them refilled another week afterwards and even my doctors office had problems with them. So I gave them a call to see if it was ready and the pharmacist would tell me he would get it done tomorrow! I told him I was out and that it needed to be refilled 2 weeks ago and he would tell me he was busy. Also some of the pharmacy technicians who work there would argue with me about doing there jobs. Just to let everyone know, this happens at a lot of pharmacy's not just CVS. It has never been and will never be the patients job to call the doctors office for refills/ fax the doctors for refills, or call the insurance companies to find out if you medications are covered, or to have to call your doctor to get a prior authorization through the nurse practitioner. It is the pharmacy employee's job to do that or the actually pharmacists job to do that. Its wrong to make the patients do that when its not there job. What do the pharmacy technicians and pharmacist do? They sit on the butts all day not really doing much and especially not what they are supposed to be doing. You have a lot of elder people who have no one to help them and it did not used to be this way. Pharmacy's have changed and its wrong. You dont have anything to really do at a pharmacy other than refilling medication, and counting pills. They have made it easy for them to get paid for doing jack and making people struggle by doing the hard things like handling the insurance company's when they shouldn't have to worry about it, because the pharmacy should take care of it. I put up with the worst end of this with this particular CVS for 8 months until it got ridiculous and I finally had to switched. I also dont like that there only open till 9pm. Its not convenient. Enough said, drop the mike. Or the pen at the CVS drive through window.

Went to pick up prescription for antibiotics for my child then pharmacists told me my prescription was also at another pharmacy and he couldnt fill it because insurance couldnt be billed twice. Then said he could give me 1 days worth so I agreed and he gave me the meds in pill form. I stated my child only takes things by gtube and he said I could crush it. I told him no then said I would call the dr and get another prescription the next day. Not even out of the parking lot and they called said they had looked up the wrong person in the system and that they had my prescription there for me In liquid form. I then take the prescription home and the antibiotics wasnt even mixed with water and was still in powder form. Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

I have no idea who answered the phone this morning but I called to tell them that I needed one prescription to be canceled and another one filled just to be yelled at and told that they just opened and hung up on..... Completely ridiculous....

I sat in drive-thur for over 30 mins, and unfortunately was blocked in and not able to get out of line.. there were only 2! Cars in front of me.. when it was finally my turn I asked if people were waiting at the window while the fill scripts, the blonde male rolled his eyes and started to smart off, stating that he was a "Drive-thru Nazi" and would never allow that. After reading the reviews this location has, it seems they completely lack customer service. I will not be returning!

Fill your scripts anywhere else, they are too slow, lazy, and plain rude at there pharmacy. I called in a refill at noon, came to pick up at 6 and she said it would be another 20mins. This is the second time i filled my script here, the first time I called at noon, and they said it wouldn't be ready till the following night, I thought it was just a busy day.... I'll be switching.

Got my passport ready photo here. The customer service is excellent, and what I've seen of the prices for goods seems a lot more reasonable than I remember at other CVSs. Will gladly come back.

Horrible customer service. Had one of my prescriptions and not the other. I called the doctor and they were both sent at the same time. Had the doctor office call CVS and they still said well we just got it so it will be another hour; for a zithromyacin pack, nothing to count or fill. Workers are unprofessional and rude.

This pharmacy is painfully slow. I think they have had staffing struggles. But at least they have a RedBox so you can watch a movie while you wait.

I came to pick up a prescription 26 hours after my doctor put in the script for it, and it isn't finished. Can someone please explain to me why it takes that long?
