I have had one horrible experience after another with this pharmacy. Prescription requests deleted, ignored, canceled, left "processing" but never filled. Medications I needed that I requested more than a week before, just never filled. Came in on a Saturday once when I was really ill, only to find that the pharmacist was mysteriously out for the weekend and I had no hope of getting my meds. I used my CVS card to pick up a prescription for my mom one time, and now every time she goes to get meds using HER card number, I get the receipts and she gets my discounts. I tried calling and emailing, and they couldn't fix it. Lady at the counter said it happens all the time. So glad I have the option to switch to Kroger, but that's been a headache because CVS is so hard to get a hold of, even for doctors or other pharmacies. I gave this place a chance for 4 years and it just kept getting worse and worse. Do not trust them with your health. I think the staff there are scrambling and trying their best because they're understaffed, so it's not their fault, but the company must just be run terribly.

Horrible pharmacy, can’t stock prescription and can’t give any timeframe that they’ll have it in stock. 4 months. Store is fine but the pharmacy is useless

Just had the best experience, I had purchased a calculator earlier in the afternoon didn't get a receipt because it was just a calculator and every one knows cvs recipes are long. But I come to find out it was broken, I came back to the cvs and they remembered me coming in, and event tested the new one before letting me exchange them. Great manager Joe! Nice to see people so happy on a Saturday.

Has some of the friendliest staff of all 7 local CVS stores and being a larger store than some of the others, seems to offer a better/larger selection in many areas. Clean and organized. Management is friendly as well and so I’ll definitely return any time I’m in the area and need to!

The pharmacy is awful, but the front end staff is great. Definitely wouldn't recommend the pharmacy. I feel like it should be illegal to write down an individuals information to contact them ~45 minutes after an encounter. Leaving a message just to refuse to fill an Rx and that the earliest I can get it filled is when another pharmacist works 4 days from now is childish. Grow up and learn some professionalism. You could seriously endanger someone's life acting this way.

This store has very rude employees including the manager Michael, no wonder the employees feel they can treat other disrespectful. I have severe asthma and have trouble wearing a mask. They can see all my prescriptions for inhalers yet actually said "no you don't " wow". Mask are optional as if tomorrow so I thought I would just run in and get my prescriptions. At first I was told there were none left yet I have a notice on my phone stating I do. After insisting I KNOW I have prescription she finally came up with one. She was very mad at me but I did not treat her badly what so ever and was polite ( it was difficult) . The manager actually stated he was mad at me for coming into the store. I am moving all my prescription to Walmart and will never step foot in the CVS again. Megan was my cashier who stated I didn't have asthma or allergies. I wanted to ask her for her MD license since she just diagnosed me!!

These guys are dumber than a bag of hammers. My wife made an online appointment with them for a covid test and showed up on time but the guys at the pharmacy window could not find her in their system although she was showing them a screenshot of the appointment time, date and place. Instead of them apologizing for their ineptitude and taking her in with the registration information they were being shown, which is a confirmation of their own system for the appointment, they instead turned her down. How are these people given the responsibility to handle sensitive health care information?

Don’t use this pharmacy!! I have wasted so much time dealing with them. I have never been treated with such disrespect than when I interacted with the pharmacy manager Aaron. The worst part? He got a slap on the wrist and still works there. Do you even prioritize customers? I moved my prescriptions to Kroger because I never want to see him again.

The most unprofessional rude people I've delt with since getting my meds there. Scheduled shot's drove there and the place was closed and not even a I'm sorry that you came and we didn't inform you that we were shutting down and going to other stores instead I got a text 20 min before 7 to check in. Needs better customer service.

This pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I've had multiple encounters where my prescription is "out of stock" even though I am due for a refill? (pre-covid as well). Not sure how this happens. Just sat on hold for 15 minutes, drove to the store, and walked to the counter where there were 0 customers in line. Mind you, phone still ringing. Needless to say, I will be switching pharmacies in the morning.

I love the whole staff, good professional and caring people. Megan and Jodie rock. I lived around the corner when I first started going there over 5 years ago. Now I live on the west side of Bloomington and I refuse to change my location. Thank you guys for being awesome

I live very near this CVS and it is very very convenient so I am known as a goodcustomer. The staff are always helpful to me. Returns with receipt have neverbeen questioned. They need to keep the stock up to snuff but it is near a hugestudent housing area and they descend like locusts so I can see that it is hardto keep up. The staff and management are friendly to me (probably because Iam there at least a couple of times a week) and shopping is always enjoyableexcept when the students form huge lines all of them buying booze on Fridayevening.

I wish I can do zero star. My mom is from India. She doesn’t speak English. For an year She tried to tell pharmacy to change the lid to non child safety cap as she have arthritis. Today she asked me to call pharmacy regarding that. Pharmacist Josh pick the phone and he said my mom herself have to call and ask. I explained to him that my mom don’t speak English. Still he hesitated to help. No speaking mom’s child problem.

Went to pick up a prescription gel that I needed.CVS told me they didn't have it and would need to order it so I'd have to come back tomorrow. That's fine. I called in the next day and was told it would be in at 2:30pm by the main pharmacist (I work nights so thats around the time I'd be going to bed). I get there and they tell me it it's not in and that I should come back the next day. I told her that the last person I spoke with said the same about today. She goes to speak with the main pharmacist. He comes over and says that I should buy this over-the-counter cream instead of the gel. I asked if it worked the same because I want it to work. He tells me it's the same thing ( I looked online and the study says that it's no where near as effective. I called the doctors office after and they confirmed that it wasn't as well). He had apparently called my doctors office and they had said it'd be fine...I don't know why he didn't tell me that in the first place or if they would've just kept repeatedly telling me to come back tomorrow. To add insult to injury my insurance doesn't cover the not-so-great over-the-counter cream.

My experience with the pharmacy has been terrible. Trying to call to have a prescription filled or to check on one requires, at least in my experience, extraordinarily long hold times. I write this while on hold, right now at 10 minutes. Last time it was over 20 minutes with no one picking up and my having to call a store manager to get to the pharmacy. There is no excuse for this though each time they give one.

Worst ever!!! Manager or so called manager said she was going to call the cops because I tried to assist in a dead animal in the store! I was around other customers,and totally made me look like a fool. I will never take my business back to the CVS in Bloomington. Not to mention she called my work trying to get me fired. Poor management!!

Beware of the pharmacy! During busy periods they can be very slow. If you leave the waiting area at any point during the delay in filling your order, you may come back to find a long line. Pharmacy staff will put you at the end of the checkout line, behind all the people who came to the counter after you. The fair way to do it would be to do what the post office does, to allow people who were actually there earlier to jump the line and finish up.

Pharmacist very rude when I asked if my information was in the computer I got a very disgruntled response. Upon my return the store manager I believe Michael or Mike I tried to resolve this conflict and he had no interest in addressing, it very poor customer service very poor management. The pharmacist continue to yell at me as I was walking out of the store management did nothing of this and let it slide very disappointed in this kind of management.

This pharmacy has had my prescription for 2 days. It is still not ready for pick-up. I was given the excuse "we're just really busy". The pharmacy associate was rude and showed a lack of concern. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible.

This joke of a pharmacy's employees disrespected my family. Moving all of our business to Williams Bros.UPDATE!: I have to say, if you've ever thought about using Williams Bros, do it! Amazing what it's like working with an ACTUAL pharmacist! It's actually cheaper here as well! Can't recommend Williams Bros enough!!

CVS has overtaken Comcast for the worst company in America. Got to the pharmacy 2.5 hours before they close and was told they wouldn't have my scripts filled until tomorrow. I guess when you have a monopoly you can treat your customers this way because they have no other choices. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB, SEC, governor's office, store manager, corporate goons, and anyone else that will listen. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS WORKING FOR THEM.

These poor blokes are supposed to be able to take passport photographs. They are equipped with nothing but a pull-down white screen by the counter and an old point and click flash camera. No lights (except the uncentered shoplight overhead), no markings on the floor to say where you should stand to avoid shadows (oh, shadows) and not even a tripod to keep the camera steady (thereby leaving it to the checkout guy to get a good shot). I had about 6 photographs taken and each of them was a combination of blurry, shadowy, double-lined, and tilted. Certainly not a good place to go for passport photographs.

Terrible Service, I was told my prescriptions would be ready 2 hours before I got there as I knew they would take forever, got there and they still weren't ready, they said they would get them done in 5 minutes, 15 minutes later I'm still sitting there and then they say it will be another 15 minutes. This is unacceptable for a business to waste the time of it's customers

Their customer service is terrible. I am switching bc I think it’s unacceptable to sit in the phone over 20 minutes waiting to hear from a pharmacy tech, when all I’m calling about is checking status of a script sent over 5 hours ago. Really dislike them.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Took forever to fill a simple perscription, no one answered the phone in the pharmacy. I can't wait until the Kroger on the North side opens up.
