They didn't bother to call to tell me they ran out of my prescription when it's on an auto refill (meaning they should know how much they need by each date) then when I went to get it they didn't have any and by the time they had it in stock (which they didn't call to tell me that) my prescription had expired and now I have to go through the whole system again just to get my medication. If you can get your pills somewhere else please do for your own well-being.

Prescriptions are ready sometimes, but we usually have to wait a half hour before they are ready. Also, the price goes up if we get a 90-day supply instead of a 30-day suppy. ?? Update, they almost always have our prescriptions ready now, but price still changes all the time. ??

The pharmacy staff is always rude. I come here alot. The pharmacist especially, I felt like I was in high school w his attitude and how he was towards my self and other people. Almost every time I come here it's a bad experience. The meds are hardly ever on time. And I'm always having issues w them not being able to find what the Dr called in. Never had this many issues w a cvs bfre.

CVS makes it clear which products are on sale, helps me understand my savings. CVS makes it easy to see products, their store is very clean & their employees are amazing. I have been doing business with CVS for over 20 years.

Lady working Friday morning 12/22 is terrible at customer service and a poor communicator. Then blamed me for her terrible job and attitude. Won't return to this store!

This CVS store is in a great spot and has an exceptional staff team, as well as having a good pharmacy, but the prices are absurdly extreme, causing me to stray away from here and go to the Dollar General or Kroger.

Honestly, I have more trouble with CVS pharmacies than any other pharmacy. Seems like every 3rd time I get a refill there is some issue. Filling a prescription for the same non-narcotic medication for over 10 years and self-paying the whole time and suddenly some fill-in from another branch decides he won't fill my prescription without prior authorization from insurance even though I have self payed for it for a decade. Seems like a lack of clear cut policy because lo and behold the next day the normal pharmacist is able to fill it without trouble. So the substitute pharmacist is more loyal to the insurance company than the customer and let's big pharma decide they know better than my doctor. Just annoying for no reason.

CVS pharmacy is a joke. I swore I'd never go back after they made me wait 2 hrs after having wisdom teeth extracted for my pain meds when the dentist said not to wait more than 45 minutes because of the pain. They watched me sit in a chair crying and my face swollen for two hours before I got my meds. Now I need meds for gastritis and they aren't open like the website and their door says they are.I suggest going literally anywhere else but this place. Especially if it's an urgent matter.

You can tell the staff is working as best they can with the resources they have which is admirable, but I wish there was better communication. Maybe the company needs to offer more incentives to their employees to perk them up a bit or give them some semblance of appreciation? Saying “Thank You” one hundred times doesn’t seem to give them the impression that they’re appreciated by their customers, so maybe that needs to come from within the organization?

The worst pharmacy in Bloomington. Called in the morning to transfer a script from my normal pharmacy to them because I didn’t want to wait for my normal pharmacy to order the medication because it was urgent I start taking it. They said it would take about 3 hours to get and fill the script. Called back 4 hours later and they hadn’t even started the transfer process. Told them to just not bother as my normal pharmacy would have the medication quicker then them anyways. They ignored my request to stop the transfer. Still got my script and then also drug their feet filling the medication. I’m beyond bewildered. This medication is imperative to prevent my child being stillborn and they’re very reckless with mine and my unborn child’s health.

The pharmacist is rude and some of the staff is great. But she has some serious attitude and thinks and treats us like we are below her standard. Now having compassion because there understaffed is one thing but before covid they were and are the same. And again today the failed even management

I know that every place is short right now and so have tried to be extra patient, but have had so many problems with this pharmacy. Everything from them messing up scripts and trying to blame my doctor, to taking over a month to fill medications. Days after calling in refills, I’ve received calls saying my meds are ready only to get there and be told they aren't ready. Last month I called to double check that they were in fact ready and was told no, that they would fill by 3 pm. At 3 pm, the employee told me she never said that and implied I was lying. Then she said I’ll fill it but you have to remain in the store. So I said ok, and stepped out of line to look around. A few mins later I heard my name being yelled and was told I had to stay next to the pharmacy. So I had to stand in one spot for close to 30 mins for her to fill it. While waiting they told one older gentleman they couldn’t find his med, which according to him was not the first time. Almost every person there, had to wait for meds that were supposed to be ready. This morning I tried to call because a family member is picking up for me (we have covid in my house) and I wanted to see if they could fill by a certain time. Online it says they open at 7, but I’ve been trying for 2 hrs and it says they’re closed, which I’ve noticed has been the normal. It seems they change their hrs weekly and half the time what is listed online is not accurate. Every month for the last 8 months there has been problems trying to get my medications. It’s significantly out of my way, but I’m going to switch to a different pharmacy. I realize that we all have to pull together right now, but this is long past ridiculous.

Pharmacist has a seriously poor attitude when questions are asked regarding the reasoning prescriptions are transferred. Shouting across the pharmacy instead of coming over to the counter and helping a customer is unprofessional and confusing for all involved. The worst experience at a pharmacy ever.

poor service and management store opens at 7 saw 3 people in there at 7:40 refused to let me in hung up the phone one twice. need something important or i wouldn’t of been there at 7 AM!

I picked my medication up and they gave me the bag EMPTY! Then when i called they talked to me like I was stupid and argued that they did not mess up and was rude and hung up on me. I will never return to this location for anything! Because of their incompetence and not wanting to admit they messed up I am going to be without my medication for a month that I absolutely can not go without. This location is horrible!!!

Had to wait 20min to get a prescription to get filled that was at 10am returned at 10:30 am and was asked to make another lap through the drive thru. I advised her the cashier we only needed one prescription three times, then they said if we will every need the prescription. I advised her we would be leaving CVS in January 2022 hopely not to return. Not sure who trained her but she needs help her.

Worst Pharmacy in Bloomington, Save yourself the trouble and go to any other one in town. Took multiple tries to get my meds because for some reason they just kept not filling the prescription. Then once finally getting it filled I waited in line inside and they said they needed to recount it. Waited 30 minutes for them to do that then wait another 15-20 minutes in line to finally get it.

If you understand anything about the way things have gone in the last 2 years, then you'll have compassion for Healthcare and pharmacists/pharmacy technicians. They have done a really good job keeping up with my perscriptions and always very helpful.

I called the pharmacy to find out when my prescription would be ready. I was told it would take about an hour. Three hours later I try to pick up my prescription. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to find out that the prescription has not been filled yet.

They no longer fill prescriptions that have been called in unless you show up, stand in line to tell them that you have a prescription to be filled. Good luck calling them. Additionally, they don't open until 10 am?

My usual location ran out and failed to send my Rx to this location after telling me they were sending it right away. Near closing time, a woman in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. She didn’t have to, but chose to, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend!

Fast & efficient, found everything I was picking up. Friendly checkout. Was a bit worried when the parking lot was full but realized many people were there in line for their vaccine. No waiting at checkout!

Google shows that they open at 7 and they they verified it a month ago. They open at 8 as of Aug 11th 2022. It's been a great waste of gas and time.
