I have traveled approx. 3000 miles over the last 9 days. The WORST bathroom I have stopped at in a long time. There were also no hot foods on the hot bar, and the automated scan system does not work. Overall, it was not clean and poorly maintained.

Their new self check out is a disaster. They never have paper towels for the windshield cleaner. They never have any of the gloves for the gas pump. The service is really slow because of the implementation of these new machines. It's rather annoying and makes me go to other gas stations that have quicker service.

Cashier refused to check me out. Said I had to use the self-checkout feature. The only thing I actually need to do is to never return to this business ever again.

Great place to go if you want to walk by people smoking right outside the front door. Circle k can make it as nice as they want, but they can't change the people.I was waiting in the car recently and one guy put his lighter back in his pocket when he saw me take out my phone.-- update --Haven't noticed any smokers, and I'm definitely here more often now that they're a Shell station!

Worst experience ever! Especially the store on south walnut. They need to gut that store of their magt and hire all new people. There is one particular cashier named John is very rude inconsistent looks like he needs to take a shower. Has the manners of a pig and certain things should be considered before he makes any judgment call as too what customers can shop there. It's not illegal to argue about a wrong price. But he had the balls to say it wasn't that price when it was clearly marked. You even say no to him he's throwing you Outland calling the police that's uncalled for he's a bigot and if anyone should be thrown out it should be him for stiken dirty clothes needs to brush his hair. I could go on when you go to a job you are supposed to look responsible and respectable he is neither one and I urge all customers who run into him to doubt his judgment about things and customer service. Also corporate for circle k is non effective either I have filed many complaints with no feed back or phone calls

I have been going to this gas station for years as it's the most conveniently located for my trip into work. However, I have noticed a steady decline in everything here recently. The store is clean and well stocked for the most part with the exception of the cooler. However, they never seem to have what I want in stock. So, i usually just turn around and walk out. Actually this morning was the 10th time in a row that I haven't bought anything. I'll go spend my money elsewhere. However, when I went in today, the cooler was extremely well stocked. However, the product that I was seeking was not available and there wasnt even a spot for it. So I asked one of the clerks if they no longer carry the product as this is the 10th time in the store and they've been out. He went back to the cooler and checked. He came out empty handed. He then went to the manager to ask if they no longer carried the product. She snapped at him that they still carried it but they were out of stock. She was downright nasty to him. He was very apologetic to me which was nice but the manager needs to take some lessons on how to talk to her employees. I actually felt embarrassed for him. She is unprofessional and I do not believe that customer service is her number one priority. I've seen a line of 6 customers before and she was too busy sorting out M&Ms to even notice or maybe she just doesn't care. I don't know. I've noticed a decline in customers in the morning when this place used to be hopping. I will not return until something is done to improve their customer service.

I visited this establishment today. It has the typical convenience store roller food. Coffee was okay until I reached the bottom of the cup where I encountered grounds. The unisex restroom was dirty I would not let my wife use it. Being located on a corner, it is easy to get in, but a little bit difficult to get out.

Manager attitude is nasty. She dosen't know how to speak to her customers. I just let her one of the cappuccino machine was dirty and full of water and her attitude was rude. The store is always dirty, everything is always out of order, boxes in the middle of the floor. Employees are more concerned about smoking than waiting on their customers.

Bought my fiancé a fountain drink, went to dominos, she realized the strawberry fanta tasted aweful because the carbonation was off. We drove back and I went in to ask if I can dump it out and get a Pepsi or something as a replacement. Pretty sure the guy in the black shirt I talked with was a manager, but said he couldn't do anything about it. Complete rip off ... Went elsewhere to buy a replacement drink. WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

This location always has problems. Usually it’s the fountain machine being down, but right now they literally have an employee standing outside saying the store is closed. Ridiculous

Chrissy and the entire staff here are the friendliest people. This is my go to gas station because of them. Also love the coffee here. Ps you should update your hours on google it says you’re closed Wednesday and Thursday.

This was my go to gas station for years but due to a lack of maintince in recent months with no response of when the problems will be resolved I am unable to shop here. Contacted the corporate side through their website form but got no response. Apparently they don't want my money any longer.
