Chem-Dry of Bloomington are AMAZING! Professional and quality customer service. I highly recommend them. Jennifer is super responsive and went out of her way to help me. I needed my carpets cleaned asap and they were able to take care of me same day. John was right on time. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He went over everything, checked all of my problem areas and had a solution. My carpets look incredible, and all of the old stains are gone. Quality products, service, and affordable.

I rarely write reviews but Chem-Dry of Bloomington deserves some serious praise! When you need to hire someone to take care of something in your house, you want them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely and affordable. Chem-Dry of Bloomington was all of this and more! The initial carpet inspection was extremely thorough. They provided the estimate quickly and worked with us to find the best time to do the cleaning. We were on their schedule in no time at all! The results really did blow me away. Old spots, including pet urine stains, were completely removed! Our carpet is quite old, but the cleaning made it feel really fresh and clean. A week or so after the cleaning, we had one minor issue. They came back and took care of it immediately! Overall, superb service, quality of work and professionalism. If you need your carpet cleaned, look no further! Thank you Jennifer and John!

I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry! They were even so generous and willing to work with me to make arrangements for a cleaning on a holiday. They showed up a few minutes early and were willing to wait until the appointment time while I needed to get a few more things tidied up in my apartment to let them in. They were very professional, and did a beautiful job on my carpets in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and would use them again. They brought a receipt with them, and you are able to pay them in check or cash.

Bryan was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning! I had a few small makeup stains near the vanity in my bedroom, and Bryan lifted them so well that it was impossible to tell they'd ever been there. He was remarkably thorough. The customer service throughout my experience was also simply marvelous and highly professional. I can't recommend Chem-Dry of Bloomington highly enough!

I can't recommend Chem-Dry of Bloomington enough. We moved into a house in August that smelled badly. Like, really badly. The previous owners had pets and after Chem-Dry brought the black light I'm convinced they just let them potty on the basement carpet. I'm not sure how plug-ins and fabreeze masked the fact that the downstairs carpet was in terrible shape, but it did. Once we were in the house, we realized we had to do something about it. Chem-Dry was recommended to us, and they were able to show up promptly, walked through, described the best treatments, and worked SO LONG to try and salvage our basement carpet. They let us know what to do and what to expect, cleaned some other smelly areas for us, and told us they would be happy to return to make sure it worked. They were totally wonderful and I would have them back in a minute. Alas, the carpet was a lost cause (I really want to stress that chem dry did everything possible - it was almost totally covered with years of urine stains and lit up under a black light like the eastern seaboard). Once the carpet was out they came back and cleaned the concrete and baseboards. Absolutely fantastic service and results! We have used another commercial service (SS) in the Bloomington area to clean our carpets for the past 12 years, but became unsatisfied, so I decided to give ChemDry of Bloomington a try; The results and service were amazing! Jennifer, owner, was extremely friendly and professional and Brian, their tech, was on his hands & knees trying to get every stain out from a family of 5 AND he succeeded! Even the old stains that SS couldn't get out, he did! Another amazing part - The carpet was completely dry in under 2 hours!I recommended them to a friend and she was blown away and is now a dedicated customer as well!I won't use anyone else!~Julie F.

Hands down the best carpet and furniture cleaning company there is! Over the years i've used several different companies, including Stanley Steamer, and there is no comparison. Jennifer in the office was polite and helpful in discussing options and scheduling. Bryan, the young man who came out to clean the carpets and a chair (which i added on at the last minute while he was here) was a carpet cleaner extraordinaire! Very friendly, polite, clean, efficient and on time. I felt totally safe with him in my home and he did a fantastic job. First he had me do a walk through with him so i could point out particular problem areas. Then after he was done he had me do a walk through with him to make sure he didn't miss anything and everything was to my satisfaction. My carpet looked like new again. Plus, I love the fact that they use human and pet safe eco-friendly hot carbonated water to clean with. It took no time at all to dry as promised. I also decided to have him apply the additional carpet stain protectant. At first i was leery about adding on this extra treatment because - and a lot of people don't realize this - products like ScotchGuard and fire retardants are Bromine/Bromide-based chemicals which cause breast cancer and other cancers. However, he patiently listened to my concerns and gladly went to the truck and came back with the bottle to show me the ingredients, which did NOT include any bromine-based chemicals. I really love this company and its dedication to a non-toxic process - and the results are spectacular! If you have never used ChemDry before i highly recommend them. You won't be sorry!

My carpets and furniture look wonderful! The technition was neat, cordial and arrived on time. We didn't have to move furniture, he took care of the heavy work. He was able to get out stains that other carpet cleaners were not able to get out. I thought I was going to have to replace my living room furniture, but Chem-dry cleaning brought it back to life! I couldn't be more pleased!

Our dog had an accident on a Saturday morning on our daughter's beige bedroom carpeting. Scheduled a carpet cleaning for house we were moving into from out of state.
