My daughter had gotten a frog a while back and it was starting to get a little flat. The lovely employee was kind enough to add more stuffing and fluff the frog back up. Glad they are all so kind.

I've visited several build-a-bear locations but this one is a favorite. The staff are very polite and eager to assist you in all of your needs whether it be for a new friend or just some accessory shopping. They make the experience fun for every person that comes into their store no matter the age which to me helps keep all the magic alive for the younger ages who are watching! I enjoy seeing the smiles (even through the masks) of the employees sharing the wonder and magic of selecting that special friend, filling them with fluff to make them cuddly, firm and strong, or in between! Then selecting that special heart to put inside their friend bringing them to life with the wish from their own heart! Magic is alive and well with the Build-a- bear of Bloomington and I thank all of its employees from the bottom of my heart! Never let that magic from each and every one of you ever fade!

My nephew loved it. Talked me into getting a dinosaur stuffed with a beating 💓 and a squeaker that roared and a t-shirt to dress it. He named it, registered it (in case it gets lost turn it in to Build-A-Bear and they'll contact us to retrieve it), printed out it's birth certificate, and I rolled out of there $52 lighter.

At 71 years old this was my first trip to the Build-A-Bear store. I went with a friend and it was such a fun experience! I will definitely keep this in mind when I'm needing a unique fun and memorable gift for someone! Really think it's a cute place!

The place is great but it can get expensive fast if you build your own bear and start adding accessories. The employees are nice

I truly enjoy shopping at this store, particularly because they treat all customers the same, regardless of age. The bears and other stuffed animals are cute and reasonably priced, and there are plenty of clothes and other accessories to choose from should one want to dress their new friend. Highly recommended.

A great time even if your twenty-something. Couple friends wanted to go in just to see what they had and we all ended up leaving with a new stuffed friend. The staff were so bright and friendly, made us all feel like kids again.

My granddaughter loved it. They were out of the reindeer she wanted. So she ended up getting two. We had to wait in line for about ten minutes. Not bad for the day after Christmas.

Horrible... went in with the intent to buy animal n roller skates not spend 100 bucks, the lady who works there informed me in front of my niece that the skates wont work without shoes n since the animal has 4 feet she would need 2 shoes 2 skates.. needless to say the 7 yr old had a meltdown.
