Great place to find good deals on non refrigerated goods. The store is fairly clean but can often appear disorganized. I believe this has something to do with the foot traffic, item turnover, and great deals. There's a wide selection of snacks, canned goods, kitchen wares, blankets, pillows, makeup, patio and garden, storage, laundry, etc. I even scored a blender for 35.00 less than what I saw in another brand store. 7/10.

Cass in the furniture department was great and very helpful. We had went to multiple furniture stores where we couldn’t get anyone to help or even look up what they had in stock for us when trying to get new couches. She was very helpful in showing us what was available and the rest of the process afterwards as well. Bought a couch and loveseat in the first trip and ended up going back for a new queen mattress as well because the service was the best we experienced in that area. We went in person to try all the products so we knew the quality and comfort we’d be taking home.Same person was there when we went to pick it up and service was quick.I’d recommend. My cats would probably also recommend the couch.

Bought a couch hours ago. Opened it when I got home. Found it damaged. Brought the $1,100 couch back for an exchange and Big lots refused to exchange it and blamed it on shipping. They said my truck was too small. I had 2 feet room around the furniture and was told my truck was too small. They blamed it on the wheel wells of the truck because. The damage was near where the wheel well was. The managers said they would exchange it if we bought a extended warranty to cover 3 years. I will never buy Big Lots. There selling broken furniture and pushing it off to the customer. They refused to honor their 30 day return policy. That’s why I gave them one star. Buyer beware.

They carry a lot of keto based products which I find very helpful. I'm about fifty fifty on their new policy of no plastic to go bags. I understand why they're doing it but for someone who only shops there every once in a while. I had no idea and paper bags rip and tear that you have to pay for. I finally had to unsubscribe to their email list because they sent out way way to many emails.

I’ve been shopping at this store for more than twenty years and the customer service is the best it’s ever been. It also has a wider selection of products especially in clothing and in patio/gardening/outdoors. I enjoy the free product weekend giveaways too!

I have bought lots of items from this location and it has all worked out. The furniture section staff is very helpful and friendly. The staff at the front though often do not know the answers to questions, especially about coupons. Overall a nice store but the staff could be a bit more knowledgeable.

I had a friend that went in to said store, while looking for outdoor furniture the price in store was $750 dollars but online it was $515 and they don't price match for same day purchase. Do better big lots do better

Yes biglots has good stuff and okay prices. But when it comes to getting help or even finding an employee in the store its a ghost town I literally gave up. I did end up ordering an item for pickup the following day again it took me about 30 to 40 min to get help.

Big Lots have a pretty good assortment of merchandise but the prices on some of the "cool" things were priced well above what you would expect for a "discount" store. I was in a hurry and didn't get to check out their food items.

As always I spend to much money when I go! $1 spices are great deal, most of the dog toys I get are $3 or so which is good as it doesn't usually take long for the dogs to destroy them. I love the bargains I can get there.

Although this is a really big store and seemingly under-staffed, and may not be the most currently "remodeled," it has a great selection of discounted items! I am a very big fan of their "food section." They do have many gourmet items at very affordable prices! We never have trouble finding gifts here for birthdays or any given holidays.

I'm very disappointed in this store. You-all use to be about the customer? What happened. My change was giving wrong I had to wait why they recounted the drawer I shouldn't have had to wait. The agents were rude. The store is falling down hill fast. I helped a lady carry her stuff to her car.

Great place to shop. They don't have a lot of Associates to assist you. One person was cleaning up an isle of Xmas bags, helped me find my item, then wound up at the register assisting a new Associate with gift cards during this visit. It's almost like the check out folks are let to figure it out...
