I returned a malfunctioning P.C. for Store Credit after app. 63 days. The Geek Squad recognized that the machine was faulty and I had no problems getting the Credit. I used the Store Credit to purchase a Cyber Power Desktop. The Staff was courteous and helpful through out the return and purchase process. The Geek Squad set the new P.C. up in the Store. The machine is running very smooth with no issues at all. Thank you Geek Squad and thank you Sales Staff. I am a satisfied Bloomington Best Buy Customer.

Visited Best Buy in Bloomington to shop for laptops. Kia helped us answered a lot questions. Listened to our planned use and made recommendations. Very good to work with. She pleasant through out our time.

Nice selection of Bluetooth speakers, reason for my business. It is a shame that not all of them worked. I probably would have purchased the Bose if I could have demo them.

I wanted to get my amp and speakers installed I was told they could do it the following Monday as I paid for everything in advance 189.98 And when Monday co es around I show up on time just to be told it was scheduled 4 weeks out from today and there nothing they could do. So I called to cancel my appointment and get a refund I wait a little over a hour and a halve and am told they would cancel and refund me. So I'm wait for a conformation of cancelation but nothing so I call again then I'm told that the appointment was canceled but could only get a refund from the store so now I'm out Gas money and my refund d so I've been nothing but lied to this is ridiculous I can't believe how best buy is treating there customers.

Employees at this location are always quick to help you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has everything we need. We found the phone cases we needed, the Nintendo switch controllers, and the iPad case. I also got my photography bag, wifi routers, radio, television, vacuum, printer, and headphones here, as well as my laptop. The customer service is great when you have issues. I had my laptop repaired here. This store also has financing and does price matching. I will continue to shop here and recommend it to anyone.

Customer service is non-existent. We order a washer dryer combo. The dryer arrived damaged so had to be sent back. Best Buy did not bother to contact me with even so much as an apology. Spent 20 minutes on hold without being able to talk to anyone. Attempts to reschedule delivery on the got me nothing but error messages.I was finally able to reschedule delivery on the app but it is a week later so I am stuck with no way to do laundry for a week.I can't see any reason to ever order appliances from Best Buy again.

Called the store, goes to national number. Asked to speak with someone at my local store (Bloomingto, In), they said they could not connect me as they do not answer their own calls. The reason for the inquiry is that I need to let my company know when I will be arriving after delivery. They initially give you a 12hr window for delivery.. then later, a 4-hour window (8a-12p). Asked if it would be closer to 8a or 12p if I could get that info. She says that she's not going to give me that information.. I mean I guess I'm lucky to have the opportunity to purchase something from Best Buy! I better be grateful for the 4 hour window. Yeah I will not be back, I can Amazon and Lowes for appliances np. It's Best Buy, living up to their reviews smh.

Lied about the return policy being 15 days and that I needed to get the $50 membership to extend it. The holiday return policy is listed on their website has the same return policy dates of the $50 membership. I've been shopping there several times and all 3 associates lied to me and tried to close the $50 membership knowing i was nervous about buying before blk friday. Don't be liars just to close a sale so you get a spiff.I would have bought a laptop a week ago if I had just not trusted the employees there and shopped online myself.

Bought an elite controller with the 2 year extended warranty. The controller went bad after a few months because they're manufactured junk and they always go bad Good thing I bought the 2 year warranty...or so I thought. I wasnt told at that time this fulfilled the warranty by exchanging it once and when the next one goes bad which it did you're out of luck and out of $200+ including the warranty and taxes. and the one they gave me that only lasted a month before going had could not be returned. Such a ripoff. The contollers lasted about 6 months if you count 3 the months of them not even being used. Ive always bought my electronics from here but I'll now be shopping online. Total rip-off. Bestbuy your fake warranty cost you a lifting customer that's spent tens of thousands of dollars at your store.

The store is basically out of most everything. Shelves and racks empty. Famous line "you can get it from there online store. In that case why do we need a store. Not impressed with Bloomington at all!! Bunch of liberals.

I wish I could give them negative stars! We went to the Bloomington store to purchase a TV. Spent a good 15 mins just hoping to be acknowledged by one of the three guys hanging around that section of the store and talking. When I approached the three young guys and asked for help, the "supervisor" said "we will get someone to help you". They all walked off. It took another 10 mins for my husband to find a new employee to help. Unfortunately, this young man knew very little about the TVs and said he would need to order the one we ultimately decided to purchase. Fast forward 3 days to in-store pick up day. Our order was NEVER placed. We were sold a TV as though we left the store with it on that day. We have a receipt showing they charged us $1300.00 and no product. Here is the best part! Now we have to prove we never got it. They have to watch cameras to make sure WE are not the thieves in this scenario. Never EVER again.

Another great Geek Squad experience. My husband and I travel full time so we always get our electronics from Best Buy and get the protection plan. That way, wherever we go, the Geek Squad is there to help us. That’s huge. At this store we worked with Brennan and Mitch. They are masters of the electronic universe and it was a comfort to know they had our backs while we visited the area.

What I've learned over the years is that, when it comes to overall shopping experience, the thing that really moves the needle is customer service. To me, that means helpful, cheerful people who go out of their way to make your experience in their store positive. I wouldn't say that BB has bad customer service, but I will say that the last time I went in there nobody said anything to me, no one acknowledged me, and perhaps no one knew I was even there - hard to tell. BB does have reasonable prices, and seemingly a good selection, and availability, of items.
