Well, I stopped here for the name and the cookies were pretty good to! They have just about everything you could want. Restrooms are nice and clean. If you’re in the area, it’s Definitely worth a stop!

I ordered delivery and the guy (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) accidentally forgot two of the chocolate milks. He said he can go grab them and come back. I asked if he was sure because it is just milk, I will survive without it and he still drove all the way back to the store and then drove back to my apartment with the milk and some extra goodies for the pure accident. I appreciated this so much! My first time ordering from baked and I will continue to order from them. Great service and great cookies! My dog loves the little pup cookies too! Again thank you so so much to the guy who dropped off my order!

Gluten free cookies that are so good! Love that they have 2 gluten free options always - plus whatever mix ins you want! Staff is always so allergen conscious and helpful. Definitely more busy when the students are in town, but still a reasonable wait for fresh baked cookies. Fun way to end a date night or night out!

I didnt have time to create a custom cookie so I ordered from the case. The cookies weren't all that great and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. One especially was quite dry and lacking in flavor. The shop itself felt dull and outdated - not a place I'd care bringing my family to. The service was pretty descent though. 4/10.

I overall love this place, and will be going many times again for the comfortable atmosphere. The cookies are good, but can be a little too greasy sometimes. In addition, dining area can be a little messy. Last time there was trash in multiple seats and tables the whole 45 minutes I was there.Just making comments for possible improvements :)

I used to come here frequently, but they just increased their prices significantly. The cookies are still really good, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that the price of 6 cookies from the counter went from $7 to $11 overnight. I get that there's inflation, but suddenly increasing prices by 60% is unreasonable and is well above what inflation has actually been these past few years. It's such a shame, since it was the last affordable dessert place in Bloomington and it was our favorite too. I guess the locals are just further getting priced out of Bloomington, since everything else is becoming unaffordable as well. We'll be making our cookies at home from now on.

I’ve never had an issue with the quality of Baked! in the past, but when I did have an issue with the quality of their cookies for the first time tonight that wasn’t the reason that I now have an unfavorable view of the establishment. In fact, it was the terrible customer service I received. I ordered six cookies, three of which were in the seasonal pumpkin dough, and when I opened the box those cookies were clearly severely undercooked, as the shape and texture of the dough was still evident. They were not edible (maybe even unsafe to eat). I gave Baked! a call to tell them what happened and see if I could just get some new ones, because I understand they’re busy and stuff happens. However, the woman I talked with on the phone was not apologetic or even cared to listen at all and said to let her speak with her manager. After doing so, she came back and said her manager had been at the oven all night and that all of the cookies are baked the same exact time and temperature, so there was no way they were undercooked and if it seemed a little doughy it was because of the mix-ins (even though we only had one). They didn’t ask us to come into the store, which we would’ve been more than willing to do. These cookies were an absolute waste of money which was spoiled by awful customer service. I hate to complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous because it could’ve been so easily fixed. I was completely understanding in the beginning and was not even very bothered by how poorly the cookies came out, but your lack of customer care will not be worth my business in the future.

This is an awesome spot in Bloomington! It's a really cool experience to be able to customize your own cookies. Of course, since cookies are made to order, there is a bit of a wait time for your cookies to come out. However, this is worth the wait! With hours opening at 9am to get a coffee fix and open late late enough to accommodate the late-night crowd, this is a really cool spot to grab dessert or snack. Staff was friendly and welcoming, making this overall a great visit!

Best cookies in town, period. I don't know why chains try to even compete.I was a regular, so some of the staff recognized me. My only complaint deals with getting the wrong orphan cookies. I would ask for chocolate chips and I would get peanut better.

I have never been to Baked! I had heard great things about it and wanted to try it myself. I am gluten-free and dairy free, and they have great options for that. If you have not been there before, the parking might be confusing, it’s right before the alleyway!

I live in Lafayette and this is a MUST when we go to Bloomington! I usually get random orphan cookies from the case and every time they are DELICIOUS!

Great cookies and the staff here is always super sweet and accomodating. The hours are also very convenient for late night cravings! The sugar cookies with rainbow sprinkles are a favorite among me and my friends.

Had a great experience here! What a fun concept. The young women working were super kind and helpful with the ordering process, since we weren’t exactly sure how it worked. We made a custom order of two different kinds of cookies, walked around the block and stopped in a few shops, and by the time we came back it was ready! Probably less than 20 minutes. We would definitely come back!

These cookies are NO joke. After 5 days in Bloomington trying different desserts, this one stands on top! Open until 2am with delivery and completely customizable and fresh baked cookies. You can't beat it. We tried a mega-chocolate build, a snickerdoodle, and a peanut butter. All were delicious and gooey on the inside, hot and fresh.

Great concept! A little messy though, I guess that's part of its charm. It's hard to hold back on the toppings, I added too many which confused my cookie creation. I wish they had some featured recipes so patrons won't try to do too much. But over all, Fun spot! Who doesn't love fresh baked cookies! I got mine w some milk. I felt like a grade school student again drinking out of the single serve carton :)

I had cookies delivered to a friend and had them write “will you be my bridesmaid?” On the box and they did a great job! The little heart after my name on the inside of the lid was so cute and my friend said the cookies were delicious!

Great spot! Delivery available (into the night as well) except on the edible dough, which I keep forgetting is in store only lolI've ordered delivery twice and been in store once, all within one month. It's a great business model and I've yet to have anything even close to a bad experience, everything's been perfect!

I finally tried Baked! for the first time last week after having heard that their pre-made cookies aren't great and am so glad I did. Their custom cookies come to you hot and melty and I'm so grateful that they have both a gluten free and vegan dough option (along with soy milk). Would be even better if there was a gluten free AND vegan dough option, as well as vegan friendly icing.The atmosphere is overwhelming and doesn't feel particularly clean, but they are changing locations soon and this may change. Service was friendly and although the cookies aren't cheap, the custom cookies are a worthwhile experience. Definitely give them a try!

I am so very thankful. It has been a Monday. A Monday full of dog digestive issued, of cleaning carpets, of dealing with work and kids and meetings and TV dinners and dishes and to lists... but you brought me joy in a box. This was the best cookie I have ever tasted. It was warm and crisp on the side with that soft just cooked enough gooey inside. The dark chocolate chips plentiful in a sweet sugar cookie batter whispered of bedtimes and sweet dreams. The chocolate cookie batter with butterscotch chips sang of deep love and sensuous delight.Thank you for allowing this day to end in the best way possible.

One of our cookies we ordered wasn't completely cooked, which while irritating, was at least somewhat understandable because of how absolutely insanely busy they were. After contacting them, I was issued a full refund for my whole order, not just the cookies that weren't cooked. While it's a small gesture, it still was very appreciated, and we'll definitely be coming back.
