They treated me like a human and went above and beyond to answer my questions and they made sure I was buying the best product for my intended purpose.This was in stark contrast to their competitors who made it clear they *only* cared about taking my money. Those guys refused to even answer the simplest questions, so they lost my biz.4:20 for the win: today, tomorrow and every day hence.

Due do his low-pressure, high-info sales approach I actually did end up buying something.Very happy with my purchase, the price I paid was fair, and I look forward to giving 4:20 my business in the future

BEST DISPENSARY IN B TOWN. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They stand behind everything they sell, always. Always got great deals and they make sure everything works as intended before leaving. 💯 💯 💯 The only thing that would make this better would be the recreational legalization of cannabis is the state of Indiana.

New Judgemental Staff! 420 used to have kind, inviting, and helpful staff. Last few months I've went, I've been helped by fairly rude staff. One instance, I told the guy a product they had just wasn't strong enough and I was asking him about anything stronger/his recommendations for him to say, "This is one of our strongest, just sounds like you're addicted", in a snarky, condescending tone. I've been going to 420 for years and the old 420 deserved the 4.7, but anymore their rating isn't a good reflection of the treatment you'll get. The staff makes it very obvious they'd rather be working any other job. If you don't agree with the staff, they call you addicts and become rude if you don't want/like their preferences

Bryce at 420 Bloomington is a master at his craft and genuinely cares about the store and what he’s selling. Very charismatic, great at conversation, awesome energy, and he’s very informed on the products there. Bryce’s hospitality, low prices he gets, the energy he brings to the store, and selection they offer there is what makes this my go to place. You can tell he enjoys his job there and he puts your experience as the first priority. Bryce really is the reason I love going to this shop and continue to buy from there, so would recommend to anyone passing by!
