It's a good place to do some last minute shopping. However I would not recommend getting a whole weeks worth of groceries there due to prices.

UPDATE!!This store is now, always clean when i walk in. Very friendly service as well. Normally, they have everything I need. Carts are always good and you can easily get atound the store.Outside of the store is also kept clean.We shop here all the time now.Not a bad place to shop in a pinch. Wish it was a little better kept. The isles are always a mess (cluttered and untidy). Seems to always look as if they are in a state of restocking. Boxes and stuff all over in the isles and parked in front of the shelves hiding products.It does not look dirty just messy.Never found issues with anything I have purchased. I have purchased fresh produce, meat, dairy, and other grocery items and owner items d well. Never found fault with that quality.

I wish everyone that wrote there reviews after the store first opened would write a review of the store now. They changed the floor plan, cut the selection of items, removed most of the good items, they are constantly out of everything we need daily. I for one am sick of it I refuse to stop at Dollar general any more and waist my time looking for things like packet gravy or onion soup mix, or even any kind of chicken, the store sucks now staff is great store is not.

Great service most times pretty fast and convenient. Plus having marketplace helps to grab something quick instead of going Vincennes or Washington.

The produce section is surprisingly good and prices are not bad. They have a wide variety of items and are the largest grocery store option for this area, unless you drive about 20 minutes southwest to Vincennes. Just one thing Dollar General... definitely need to have your parking lot cleared of snow and ice! It was slick and icy and not fun to navigate at all.

The store itself is ok. It’s clean and has plenty of variety. Most of the cashiers are nice (I see Rachel, Nicole, Dawn, Teressa and Evelyn a lot and never have issue with them.)However, there are some issues:All your stuff says that customer service is important but you have the cashiers doing so much that it’s not even possible for them to focus on it. How are they suppose to be kind and get us through line quickly if they have to stop and try to force us in to taking a survey??It’s weird that a key is needed for almost every function on the registers and makes it take forever. And the computers are always having problems and shutting down.The male employees are always outside smoking.Employees have so much to do that they all seem frazzled.And the bathrooms. They’re usually clean but in the women’s room the handicap stall is broken, looks like someone took a sledge hammer to the toilet. How is any woman with a walker, wheelchair m, etc suppose to use that bathroom.I like and appreciate the store but there are definitely some things to improve on.

We love this store. It has everything a regular Dollar General plus anything we might need in groceries. It is fantastic to be able to get groceries in our town & not havve to drive 20 minutes to a larger town.

Employees are NOT helpful at all. Very rude! Managed very poorly. Lots of prices are higher than Walmart. Lots of items won't ring up as priced, happens to me atleast once a week. And the checkouts are crazy! I have actually just left my cart in the line and left the store due to slow & long lines, while I've seen 2 other employees standing in an aisle chatting and laughing.

I like this store. Their selection is usually good and shelves are stocked.. not sitting everywhere in the aisles or in the way. My grandson was disappointed in the selection of boy toys..he even chose to not get any.

I have to admit. Even though it's small I feel that Dollar General should have more markets at smaller places. I mean the place is clean, the people are nice, and they offer great sevice. Love the area.

Marketplace is awesome in that you can get your regular dollar store items and you have the grocery all in one. Their downfall is usually only one lane open and large lines with long times for check-out

Of only one line is open and backed up. They'll open another one and take the person at the end of the line that just walked up, not the next person in the long line that been there waiting 30 minutes already.Also put my recipe in the bag. Dont hand it to me with my change.This place honestly doesn't deserve 1 star but 0 star wasn't an option.

Everytime I shop at DG Market, something doesn't ring up the right price. Lots of times it is the sale items that do not ring up with the sale price. Other times, you must watch where you pick something up because the item doesn't match the price and label under it. A while back, I noticed that all the gallon jugs of milk we're placed where the half gallon jugs usually go. I mentioned it to a manager and she told me they placed the jugs there to sell them faster since they were out of half gallon jugs. People will pick up the gallon thinking it cost the price of a half gallon, but at the register it rings up for more. Stuff like this happens almost Everytime I go into that store. It is very frustrating.PLEADE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS IF YOU SHOP HERE!!!

A wanna be Wal-Mart, most of the time there is only one cashier working with a line at one time I counted 17 customers waiting to get checked out. Every once in a while they will call for help up front.
