Never had our drinks refilled. No tomatoes on our chicken ranch feast. Service was underwhelming. Order taker didn't understand our order and asked me twice in addition to our daughter and her friends ordering. Was told there person taking the order was new. Our server wasn't friendly at all. Food was okay. Paid over $60 for poor service and mediocre food. The manager was friendly. Only highlight at this place. Also had to ask for a box for our leftover pizza, since the girls wanted to take it with us. And had to ask for the bill. In addition to asking, we had to ask for parmesan and hot pepper flakes for our pizza. Also had to ask for extra napkins. Won't be back. We will drive to Decatur next time.

Raw dough... I got a subwrap and I wish I could say it was just extra cheesey but nope it's dough it is were overlaped the dough was way underdone and raw. The sub we got had barly any cheese I know that is change or mistake as get reg subs more often.But didn't think about taking picture of it before adding more cheese areself.Also I feel subwrap has shrieked in size but that is happening omost everywhere.

I ordered the baked spaghetti with the green and red peppers and mushrooms and cheese and tomato sauce. When they brought my order they gave me just the spaghetti, when I asked where the vegetables were they said I didn't order them. I complained that I ordered the vegetables and she brought out the manager and she apologized and I told her what I ordered and when she brought out my corrected order it still didn't have the vegetables and they were really skimpy on the tomato sauce. It only covered half the spaghetti. The sauce only had cheese and mushrooms and not what they advertised in the menu. They are afraid to give the customer a lot of food.

We order pizza king once a week and every time it's a different price tonight we got the same thing as always a royal feast and breadsticks with extra cheese bread sticks was not even cooked half way and pizza was so hard around the edges you couldn't bite it and the middle of the pizza was really cold and had hardly any topping we love pizza king but been very disappointed the last few times

I love this pizza king there bread sticks are amazing I'll go there just for them. And they also have daily specials 7 days a week lunch and dinner plus they're usually quick with bringing out your food to . Well drive 25 miles one way just for their bread sticks 😄Parking: Alot of parking spaces and it has a wheelchair ramp that makes it easier

Pizza King in Berne is the one place that I can not pass up when I’m in town. There has been several instances where I will make a special trip to get it. I no longer live in the state but do go all the way back there for pizza and breadsticks! Love love love this place! The employees and managers and team leaders are literally the nicest humans on earth!

I have eaten in this Pizza King many times services was good but. We (my family) where there for about and hour. When we got there the was maybe 2 other in-store customers eating. And 1 table that was dirty. So the store was slow. The crew did alot of loud talking in the kitchen and when we left No one had cleaned the table. And the manager she at out there and chatted with a carry out customer next to the dirty table. And the waitress walked past the dirty table atleast 10 times to help another table closer to the door. The store employees seemed more focused on soocial.hour rather than cleaning the lobby. This happens when kids run things. Very disappointed.

I order an 11-in original sub. They miss hear me and put it down as an 8-in original sub. I only paid for the 8-in but it's I wanted 11 inch so far as I'm concerned from now on if I want Pizza King in Geneva is closed on a Sunday. I'll drive to Decatur or Portland for better service
