Worst grooming experience! These people have no idea how to groom a dog. I gave them pictures. She has razor marks, areas missed. She was shaven even though i didn’t want that. Left messages. Nobody would call me back for a refund. Wish i could leave less than a 1 star review!

Had such a wonderful experience here!!! I have three high maintenance dogs. That being a Frenchie, English Bulldog and a Golden Corgi. My mother referred me to Clip and Cuddles as she has been taking her dogs for years. After my first visit, I will say I was very happy with how they turned out!! I was also very happy to see they CARE for our animals and not just cutting their hair. One of my biggest fears is my fur babies thinking I left them somewhere, and when I came to pick them up, Amber was playing with them and they looked like they were having so much fun. Will recommend this place to anyone!!! Employees care for your animals and will make them look so well!!

Took my Yorkies in, told us 45 each total 95, called us saying it would be 110 as one that was half yorkie/half Pomeranian had knots on his underside. they shaved both of them down to almost the skin. we did not request that. Our purbread yorkie had the classic (carrort ears) and they completely shaved all of that off, who in the hell shaves off a yorkies head that is not knotted. . Also this was early February and they flea dipped both dogs that had NO FLEAS, why subject a dog to those chemicals if they do need it, they spent the entire night itching like they had a skin rash. WILL NOT BE BACK

My dad and grandma took their dogs here for grooming so I just continued when I got the dogs after they passed. They are great very sweet and the doggos seem to like it here. My Stella is afraid if everything and she doesn’t seem to mind when she goes here. They always look and smell amazing!

This was our first time going to Clip & Cuddles and now we won't go anywhere else! They were great! They answered all my questions and did a awesome job on Bear. Our beagle Rousey hates having her nails clipped they were so helpful and able to get them clipped. Their prices were very reasonable, we will definitely be back. Thank you Clip & Cuddles!

I brought in a rescue today and I cannot express this enough - these groomer genuinely care about the animal's well being. This cat has had mats develop for so long that he had a "shell" around him and his skin was being pulled in every other direction.The cat groomer, Amber, is absolutely wonderful and such a kind person. She was understanding about the predicament with this rescue's fur and handled it with such grace and patience. She spent THREE hours on this cat (that's how bad the matting was) and decided to book another day to finish the rest of his shaving. She didn't give up and I am blown away by how incredible she is!Thank you so much. I will post images of his complete cut (with before pictures!)

I will never come back to the place!!! I took my Australian shepherd never tell them shaved my dog and they did also before I took another small dog for trim and when I pick her up was bleeding from her nose .

After 6 hrs of being there she was unable to cut my dogs hair stating he just needs worked with. He is 4 months old and if you are a professional you should be used to cutting puppies. Never even told me she could not do until I picked him up

I have two little dogs (Shitzu & Maltese/Shitzu mix) that can be difficult at times. They don't like baths, haircuts (especially their faces), being brushed or nail grinding. They took extra time and made my little girls look great! Thank you for taking the time and caring for my girls!

I've been to a lot of places of the last 20 years with my dogs. Not once have they ever loved going to any of them until we came here! It's a wonderful and clean facility with the nicest and caring staff you could have grooming and cleaning your pets! The staff supersede the name quite well. The only downside is the parking or lack thereof. There are however many businesses surrounding it that seem to have constant available spaces. I don't think that's really an issue if you don't mind crossing the road (worth it). They do so well, I can't help but, leave a tip every time I go! Check it out for yourself and you'll see what I mean! Your little furry loved ones will thank you for it!

I took my miniature schnauzer to be groomed on Thursday and when I got her back she was almost Bleeding from the Razor Burn how does this happen.I talked to her about it the only thing she was worried about was The Review said it would hurt her business REALLY!!!! WHAT ABOUT MY BABY THAT IS HURTING...ALSO THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME...She said it wouldn't happen again I trusted this lady with my Baby and she let me down..I would definitely find a better groomer for your Babies.....wish I could post pics here

I called and asked if they knew how to give a standard schnauzer cut, I was told YES, that the owner has schnauzers of her own. I specifically asked that she not cut the hair under his eyes, as this is part of his beard, what the breed is known for. I provided photos. 6 hours later I pick him up and he has crooked eyebrows, his underside has been completely shaved off, and she has cut the hair under his eyes making him look like he has a thyroid issue. I text her the pattern and told her this is not what I received , I asked for and she refused a refund! He was also completely dehydrated, when he got home drank his bowl empty. She even charges more than my prior groomer who knew how to give a proper cut. How do you not know the standard cut for your own breed and call yourself a professional? Go elsewhere... even do it yourself and save $60. I now have to drive 45 mins and pay my old groomer to try to fix it the best she can.

Very nice groomer and very reasonably priced they will take lovey care of your pet. Only downside I can even think of is there just very busy especially with this new crisis but that's not their fault. Well I guess it is for being so good. LOL

We have a well behaved chow. He is big but the lady would not even consider cutting his hair. Might be a nice salon but not for big dogs.
