I went there the other day and one of the employees was very rude to me. I came very late, which I understand can be seen as disrespectful, but I had just got off work myself. I understand that the employees would be tired, but if the store is open, the employees should act like it. I heard somebody call the girl “Savannah”, I think she needs to be talked to, because she acted very snappy towards me and acted like I was a nuisance for being there.

It had been a few years since I had been to a Steak and Shake. I have to say we probably won't ever be back. I'm sure the staff may have been wonderful but I will never know since you are expected to order your own food at a kiosk, then they call your number and you have to retrieve it at the counter. This has taken away from the diner-type of experience that Steak and Shake used to have.

The prices aren't bad and I always have fast service. They seem to have a pretty good crew there. My fiance seems to really like there fries with cheese sauce. If you haven't tried the Nutella shake, you are missing out. I was curious what it'd be like and decide to try it, I've been addicted ever since. I'll literally go there just to get the shake.Wheelchair accessibility: Im pretty sure they have some tables and booths that are wheelchair accessible.

Have you tried the Butter Steakburger? It. Was. So. Good. I can't remember a burger ever tasting this good. I ordered it loaded and added sauté onions. The bun had a buttery seasoned mix of something on the bun that made it OH SO GOOD. The fries were hot and fresh. They have the kiosk ordering stations but they were very easy and you were able to order everything exactly like you wanted it. Steak-N-Shake also received a bonus point for serving Coke Zero.

Just went through the drive through, I LOVE the chocolate peanut butter shake, get it all the time…..but this time I was given this(see picture below) nothing wrong with it except it’s not chocolate peanut butter it’s just peanut butter. I mentioned this to the person at the window hoping they would notice how light the color is, you know chocolate is pretty dark brown, and well I tasted it too and no chocolate. Well I guess the customer is not always right, because they acted as if I was crazy or stupid and said to me “I’m pretty sure that’s what that is” meaning a chocolate peanut butter shake. And then just looked at me like I was a child. Just not cool at all guys, come on. I should have been treated with more kindness and respect, and YOU GOT IT WRONG but refused to own up to it and didn’t even try to fix it……Please do better. Customer service is important, kindness and respect is important.

Long wait at the drive thu. Be prepared to sit for a bit.The Steak Burgers are hard to find in between the bun. The size of the meat just keeps getting smaller and smaller and thinner and thinner.It's almost not worth the money when you can't find the meat 😕Love the shakes and fries though🍟❤

Had not been to a steak n shake in over 10 years. A person no longer takes your order. The only time you see one is when they call your number when your food is done. You get your own cup and drink. They only have one size drink. I paid extra for a bigger size fry, and it was barely a handful. The chicken strips were small, and I had to pay extra to even get sauce. It was over 10.00 for what little food I got. I won't be going to steak n shake for another 10 years or even longer.

Not impressed. No human to take your order. That's impersonal. Food over priced if it's all self-serve. If I wanted impersonal I would have stayed home.Woman who finally helped take my order was very nice.Chicken tenders tasteless.I won't be back.

I've been going here for years, not every day, of course. The food is always hot, including the fries, and they don't go soft for a good 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how cold your air conditioner is . The 🍔 hamburgers are amazingly good for the cheap price. I'll be honest I don't usually buy the shakes simply because I have sensitive teeth, and yes, I do brush them, lol. If you're in bedford and you are partially hungry, grab a sandwich or fry and a small drink, 😋 I recommend trying 👌
