I Visited the Bedford, Indiana Lowe's to purchase a garden tiller.The young man in the outdoor power tool department was very helpful in finding the item I was looking for. He insisted on loading it in my car for me. He made a point of thanking me for visiting the store. Retailers need more employees like this man.

Helpful service, large selection of everything, conveniently located, garden center, some lumber supplies, make keys, etc.. Would highly recommend to anyone for a whole host of stuff you need (or don't).

I love this particular store because they seem to be very well-stocked and I've actually gotten a lot of really good information from the workers in their areas (i.e. Electrical, flooring, etc.). They are always very clean, including restrooms, and friendly.I deducted a star because, as is typical with Lowe's, when they call staff up to help, be it a manager's assistance, help carrying things out, or retrieving an order for pickup, you wait a looonnnnnggggg time. It took me almost an hour and a half to pick up my order and I wheeled it out myself because I wouldn't wait another 25 mins for someone to help me.But I maintain that, overall, it is a great place to ask questions and get what you need. You'll only hit a bump of you need any further assistance at the customer service desk or help carrying things to your car.

I spent 40k last year at Bedford Lowe's and roughly 15k already this year and today had an employee chase me outside telling me I needed to come back in and pay for the $65 in material I got, after I showed her my receipt she said oh it must've been someone else!! Yeah maybe if they actually had a checkout open they wouldn't falsely accuse a customer of stealing! A former customer, I won't be back.. home Depot and Menards will get my money from now on

Shopping for a new washing machine shouldn’t have been so difficult!I visited Lowe’s Bedford Indiana on Sunday, February 18, 2024 to purchase a new washing machine. I arrived at the appliance section only to be ignored for over twenty minutes! I arrived and there was only one customer being helped by an associate. I continued to wait and wait for an associate to assist me. Several minutes passed and three or four more customers arrived. Lo and behold every one of the customers that arrived after me were helped before an associate finally approached me!! She finally took my order for the washer and it was scheduled to be delivered today. I spent over $750 for a new washer with installation included with a one year warranty only to have it still sitting in the middle of my home not installed at all. You sent two clueless young men (maybe mid twenties) to do a job and they failed miserably. Two Spanish speaking young men that could not (or most likely would not) install the washer! I unhooked the hose they were complaining about…Seriously Lowes what an epic failure both sales and delivery. I’m thoroughly disappointed and still don’t have my washer installed!

As a truck driver I'm making a formal complaint!The docks are ridiculous to get to. The main entrance for the docks are blocked. There is so much debris in the way! The dock employees said it's been like that for 5 years.In order for me to deliver to this place I had to turn my 80 foot truck 4 times and there is a drive thru for Burger King. I had to turn my truck so tight it was possible if the line had been any longer, I could have easily hit another car.This needs to be addressedimmediately. Apparently the employees don't want to clean up the mess;drivers complain of nails!! Quit being lazy and address this!!!!It's not safe! I understand others deal with this but Lowe's is putting ppl in danger and it's not safe!!Someone is going to get hurt!

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you need help with anything do not go to this store there's several employees around and no one provided any help even when asked. Wow, doesn't get much worse and to think I own stock in this pathetic organization.

I needed help in buying a shower kit etc. I called because I went there one day and couldn't get waited on. I got Milo and he was very knowledgeable in the inventory. I would give him a 5 Star rating but Lowes a 3 star rating. As in most stores, noone wants to wait on you, but Milo was great.

I was there to buy paint. I had the swatches i wanted. They were very busy but the two guys that waited on me were very helpful. I also looked at leaf blowers. They had a good selection and plenty in stock. I was treated very well and the associates were friendly.

Well after waiting 10 mins at the desk to place a huge pick up order, the 2 workers there had no clue how to take an order for a later picked up and sent us to the returns desk. Thank goodness the young lady knew what she was doing. So I will still continue to go to Lowe's but definitely seeking out 2 woman for all my dealings with lowes.

Giving a 1 star because Lowes has no customer service by phone in fact we could not get any associate to answer. The prompt after specifying tub and shower replacement kept telling us to wait for the next available associate and after ringing forever hung up. When I called back and said customer service it transferred me again to next available associate and after ringing awhile , hung up. Same thing happened when I ask for store manager. I realize store can be busy but to have no one after saying "please don't hang up, etc... and then be hung up on is bad business. You can do better, Lowes.

The place is very clean and extremely well stocked. Their employees are very helpful and kind. I have reminded my whole house, so I'm in here all of the time getting stuff. My only complaint is with the delivery people. When you pay to have something set up or installed, they should do it and not leave it for you.

Good service. Always clean. Garden dept is nice. Sorry i can't give 5 stars. Plant prices tend to be too high for me. Holiday decor is pricey too! Wish prices were lower for my budget..😔

Always a good experience here. Online or app quantities usually match what's in store. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful.Would not recommend their flooring installation services, though. They use subcontractors, and they hung us out to dry for over a month in 2017. Promised they would install flooring on a certain date, but the subcontractor kept having "unforseen issues" that delayed the installation. Had dates set to install the flooring, I took off work to be there, then the subcontractor never would show. Ended up calling me at work one day to tell me the subcontractor was at my house ready to install flooring, and that day was their last chance to squeeze me in before having to wait another month or so. Just terrible communication and caused me to miss work when I didn't really need to. Better off to use a local flooring company.

Most of the time the staff are really friendly and even helpful. Wish they had more selections like the Bloomington one.Also my father in law pointed out that the veteran parking is better than the handicapped parking....

Would rate better.but as a man that walks with a cane. The walking is unbearable.I have never gotten a electric cart available. And even if I did .. nobody offered to help me at all.But..they carry all that you could need. And are willing to special order .

Love our local Lowe's store. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. And I can bring my dog into the store with me. My boy loves it, as do the staff members. I do wish that more business were like Lowe's and let people's pets come into the stores. Thank you Lowe's!

Love their selection of flowers in garden center; however, 1 particular flower I thought I might be able to nurse back because of its pitiful, dry and broken condition, the rude clerk would not mark any off of the small pot of flowers. It was in very bad shape. So instead of selling for a lesser price, that clerk would rather toss it??? Confusing!!!

The employees are friendly and helpful but they recently changed their policy on the veterans discount. They now are wanting you to scan your driver's license to receive the veterans discount. Data breach waiting to happen, I will not scan my license.

Nice, clean store. Usually friendly and helpful employees. A bit on the pricey side, but the products you get there are mostly of good quality. My Dad is a Veteran, and Lowe's gives a discount to all Veteran customers. I really appreciate that Lowe's honors Vets this way. 🇺🇲 There is even front row Veteran parking. I often find plants and flowers 🌻 on clearance that are usually fairly nice. They used to discount them better, but I believe most are 50% off at least, so not a bad deal by any means. Definitely recommend supporting Lowe's.
