The food was great! But we came through around 8:40 which yes I know is almost closing time, and it sucks to get customers last minute but staff treated my friends and I kind of like a nuisance. When our order was being taken the women gave snappy reply’s that rushed us very hard into ordering fast. When we got to the window, we were not given two items of our order and we KINDLY asked for them replaced and we were returned with attitude for no reason. Once again there wasn’t any issue with food, just the attitude of the employees!

Great local ice cream shop! They have lots of options and lunch items. All the ice cream I’ve had has been wonderful. They’re known for their cyclones which is like a blizzard and I enjoyed there mozzarella sticks. Family friendly and they also have a drive through if you wanna take it to go.

Jiffy treat is what can't be passed by in Bedford, Indiana!! Amazing homemade ice cream. I got delicious lemonade and a cookie dough cyclone!! You mat find a line to wait but we'll worth it!!

For anyone who doesn't know about Jiffy Treat, I feel sorry for you. It's the best place this county has had for ages that's still here. Best food and ice cream and the staff working makes everything sooo much better. Seriously what everyone looks forward to. XoParking: There's plenty of parking during the day, 2 lots. But in the evening (especially on a beautiful day) lines are super long and parking can get full. But everything is made to order and sooo worth it!Kid-friendliness: Beautiful colors and artwork and friendlinessWheelchair accessibility: Walk up windows, just like an inch step up from parking lot to patio. No biggie.

Jiffy Treet is my definite go to for the best chocolate malts and coney dogs. I’ve been getting those there for years. No place better!!! I was super excited to try the new Lucky Charms ice cream after seeing it advertised on their FB page. It looked so delicious in their pictures, but what I actually got looked nothing like the pictures. Biggest disappointment ever. My ice cream was very green in color and had no cereal in it, or at least none that I tasted, and had little to no marshmallows either. I thought they gave me the wrong ice cream. So in my honest opinion, don’t waste your money on that particular ice cream. Someone dropped the ball on this one!

I have been here 2 times the 1st time was ok service was slow. The 2nd time I left, because it was taking a while to order. The ice cream was very good, they just need more help.Parking: Parking can be a little tight.

As always when we go, it was a good experience. The staff is friendly and the ice cream delicious. I got a scoop of peach brandy and a scoop of french vanilla.

Just happened to find this place while driving through and so glad we stopped. They have an absolutely huge ice cream menu and everything we had was excellent. Prices were good and service was friendly. If you are ever in the area and want ice cream look no further. I'd call this a hidden gem.

We went there as followup to bluesprings caverns and were delighted that such a quaint ice cream and canteen shop exists. We ordered two banana splits, fried pickles and ice cream cones for all the kids. Ice cream floats and hot dogs. All were delivered in a "jiffy", and we enjoyed the tables in the shade. What a wonderful time, and cooked us off. Was so good we were almost unable to drive, we were so full. Highly recommend. We will make this establishment a regular stop when we come to Bedford.

I was super excited to see cheese curds on the menu!! Made me the happiest girl in the world. Great service and comfortable seatings. Theres always a long line in the driving thru but definitely worth the wait. Delicious food and ice cream is the best!

Amazing hidden best keep secret in small town Bedford. From here to Tampa not been to better ice cream/comfort food shop. Staff has always been amazing with big smiles. Can't say more about it

It's hard to beat this little gem. We live 40 min from Jiffy Treet and have no problems making the drive. They have no issues keeping up with long lines, all while maintaining high standards in product. They have an extensive menu that offers hard and soft serve ice cream options as well as food.

Today 8/9/23At Jiffy Treat Bedford — Strongly encourage everyone to avoid going to jiffy treat in Bedford! I literally drove to town to get dinner. Arrived home to discover No chicken sandwich, order completely wrong! They put a 6 in hot dog and cold fries in bag!! Called and the manager simply offered for me to drive back into town and they will give me the chicken sandwich that I already paid for , for free….. 🧐how is it free when I already paid for it and never received it. She was so sorry, she said our employees are under 18 and our system is not working right, so our orders are wrong sometimes. Gas is not cheap.. all I got was sorry,but we will give it to you for free😡 she did put the blame on the customer and said I should have checked my bag before l left!!! Worst customer service ever and that was the Manager!!

The choices! The Quality! Never been disappointed standing in a line or sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. They have items you can’t get anywhere else in Bedford. The fryer oil is always clean, and makes the fried menu items always worth the purchase. I have nothing negative to say that they can honestly do anything about. What they do here at Jiffy Treat makes them the best choice for an Ice Cream treat or a fried snack!

Would have been 5* if we were to get all the food we ordered and paid for. Didn't have enough time to return to get it.Parking: Big parking area, just not big enough for all their business.Kid-friendliness: Kids size portions for the Lil ones. Outside seating with rails to keep Lil ones from running out in traffic.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps...flat and level straight to the order.amd pickup windows.
