I TRAVELED 45 miles one way to come to this store, wanting to come for years now finally made the trip and boy was it worth I was in there for probably 3 hours and most of that was talking to the mother son duo working and they were a hoot salt of the earth and very KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! Went in just wanting to buy a few items for my plate carrier and belt ended up with a new pair of Nike combat boots boomie hat fleece cap dump pouches stripped clips .25 cents each a camel back, ammo, Bandoleer which is worth it it’ll hold around 8 mags slung or 6 rolled up in your pack the young man and his mother were helpful beyond belief knew where everything was helped explain how to best use it I walked out spending 200 big ones but it could’ve been 1000 they helped me out and also the prices are right on the money or low depends on if it’s Vietnam era or tags on new. Read a lot of bad reviews looking through again they were from a few years ago to last year sometime. Not the case warm accommodating and friendly and like I said very KNOWLEDGEABLE. Which is important when shopping at a place like that not k owing what has had all the use used up or something with miles on it. Also they said call and they can put together a order and they’ll ship or I can pick up even MRE kids they would put together for me if you are within 2 hours of this place or even longer please go give them your money not Amazon or some online store that make billions this is local and helps support ppl in the community. Do me a favor tell em I sent you must stop shop if you’re looking for what is coming stay free friends check em out. 20 out of 10. Also the stripper clips will make tons of free space in your pack and allow you to reload 3x as fast.

I had a fantastic experience at Indiana Army Surplus! The staff was incredibly helpful and made the process of transferring my online gun purchase seamless. The store had a great selection of military surplus and outdoor gear, and the prices were very reasonable. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise that the employees had and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection and easy transfer process for their online firearms purchases.

I’ll preface this with I love this surplus store. Been a customer for years. This is an old school army navy surplus. You need used boots, this is the place to go.Po Been about 16 months since I last visited. Walked in yesterday, wearing a mask, and loudly listened to (starting the moment I walked in) a prolonged diatribe to other customers regarding mask wearing and it being a personal choice. I have zero problem with that. You do you, man. I’ve spent the last year of my life taking care of the absolutely sickest of the sick Covid patients across the entire state.Fair enough they had no idea.But as I proceeded to check out ($300+ of things) I made it a point to say “I came here specifically because of one of your Facebook posts.” The gentleman working said “Okay.”No “Can I help you?” as I looked over ever item they had in the store.I wasn’t expecting a red carpet. But I thought saying how I’d heard about said item I bought might help their marketing. I’m not mad, just disappointed. All of that said, great store and today’s interaction was likely a one off.

Massive inventory, genuine clothing and equipment. They also have a variety of newer tactical gear. There is a gun store inside as well, but prices are a bit high. Will definitely be back for my tactical needs.

Went to go visit this place because it was recommended and the door was locked at 10:30 AM, 30 minutes after they said they open. That’s unfortunate. I was looking to purchase some items.

If army surplus is your kind of thing, this place is great! They have old and modern, used and new. It was honestly enjoyable just to go and peruse the collection. If you are looking for a hunting pack, or for fatigues, boots, or a great many other surplus type items, it is well worth a visit.The only detractor, in my mind, was that prices seemed a bit high for surplus. But the value of having a store like this around is unmistakable. Certainly a five star business, and worth every penny if you need some particular rarity that they have in stock.

Took my son for his birthday and he loved looking at all the guns on the wall and all the really cool merchandise. Very nice and helpful staff.

While it is a cool place,with an assortment of items. I think some of the items are a little overpriced...and to be honest some are way overpriced. I do wonder if any of the proceeds go to Wounded Warriors or any other organization that gives to the Troops...?!?! If all the proceeds go to such places,then I would gladly pay the prices.

The people where rude.!! Been trying to go to this store for a while and they where open, so we stopped. And what a mistake. They didn't want to help with anything and there where three of us one Veteran, one Fort Bragg person and our 14 yr old son. We all tried to strike up a conversation and they where no help. I would not recommend this place.

The people who work there that I've seen are very nice and friendly everything is nicely priced and fairly priced it's an amazing store but it's upsetting that nobody visits these kind of places anymore I think these places don't get enough credit overall they're an amazing store

True Patriots, amazing stock, and the guns resting above everything just look amazing, from old M60s to AA Canon next to the register, my favorite has to be the authentic Japanese katana on your left as you exit, all in all it's a great store with great people/guns

This place is packed full, so can be difficult to find what you are looking for. They were not taking credit cards and claimed to have a no fee ATM. We were charged a fee.
