Nice layout. Things are easy to find. My only complaint is that it's hard to get internet on my phone while inside. That may sound silly but sometimes I see something and wonder if I can pull a coupon from their website. Maybe they could someday have WIFI available there. But it doesn't keep me from shopping there often lol

Found what we were looking for fairly quick but took 15 minutes to check out. Manager tried so hard to get us to join their member program. Props to her for trying but I would recommend not wasting 15 minutes of people's time. Speech about membership program should have only took a few minutes.

The cashier is AWESOME! Coupled with the fantastic products, pricing, membership perks and freebies with purchases...one of my FAVORITE places to "walk the aisles" and take time meandering throughout the store. Gotta try them out if you never have. The tools and maintenance materials and supplies for repairs...all are high points for this retailer. WARSAW, IN. BEDFORD, IN. SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE. Friendly ppl, I had bought a product that didn't work they exchanged it without any problems. I dont really like the fact they have a 20 percent restocking fee. I but will add I didn't have to pay it cause my product was defective.

They push their inside track club which is a total scam. Bought a cordless chainsaw, charger, and 2 separate 40v batteries and several other items on 9-27. When it got rung up the member discount got applied to the chainsaw, charger, and one battery only. I hadn't realized this until I reviewed my receipts yesterday 10-3. Headed into town today and made the stop at harbor freight to talk to a manager. Explain the situation expecting them to make it right. Manager says it must have been some kind of package deal, he doesn't know how all that works. I show him on the receipt that 2 batteries were purchased the discount should have applied. He says it must have been the way it was rung up and that just the way it works. I have him take me over to the saws and show me where the package deals are. There are none, and the saw that was purchased is now being sold for $64. Purchase price 7 days ago, $89 with a $9 inside track club discount. I'm not sure how their math works but it seem to me the club price was no bargain and the Bedford manager has no interest in doing the right thing if it involves any work from him.

Very friendly cashier and very helpful. I always enjoy going into store knowing I can get what I need for a great price and have the staff no exactly where it's so I'm in and out. Most time. I do get the dear in headlights around some power tools and leave 50 to 60 dollars less then I planned.

I just walked out of the Bedford Indiana store minutes ago…. without making my purchase. I stood in line behind one person for a very very long time while the employee checked him out… employee didn’t seem to know he was doing, asked many questions to other employees. That is fine… but… I think there were 5 other male employee standing around, walking by, coming and going. Not one could bother to check me out or make a comment to be. I am a woman but I own my own business and buy more tools and supplies from HF than most guys I know.I am a very patient person but that was uncalled for. I politely sat my arm full of items down and left.I won’t be coming back to the Bedford store…. And I drive an hour to come here today. ….:-((((

Bought a hydraulic press on Sunday put together Monday and Jack wouldn't work!Went in and they said they didn't have any more and wouldn't replace it!! Said that Now I would have to call a tool line and wait to see if they would do anything.So the slogan of bring back and they will replace is a LIE!!!And that is the last time I buy anything from them So be aware that they don't fix or replace the junk they sale.I took the jack to Lawrence county hydraulic and had repaired. They fixed it and have always done Great work for me. Just ridiculous that I had to pay to have a brand new tool repaired and pay more money because the joke of a company that sales it won't stand behind it! And the supervisor just kept blaming it on corporate saying they are the ones who changed the policy. So please pay attention to who your dealing with and know that hard earned money your spending is not going to be covered. Apparently the warranty you pay extra for is only as good as the piece of paper you get!!!

Love this place my husband passed in June and now I have to take care of the 2 acre yard and the house. And I've had 2 flats 1 was a new tire so I got the magnet roller and it found all kinds of stuff in my long drive.

Found an item I like on shelf display a few weeks ago. Was told they weren't sure when they would get more, that they kinda just get what's sent to them. Wasnt offered to have it ordered, so I go back as i said a few weeks later to see the display still there and this time the item is even on sale but yet still do not have any in stock. Disappointing. Great prices and nice store though

Helpful & friendly staff, good prices with special pricing on many items every week. A poor man's Lowes. They have warranties & guarantees on many items if they do fail. Only gripe is the 10% restocking fee on some items if you return them.
