With the elimination of senior Wednesday, color of the week and .99 cent Sunday, there is much less incentive to shop here. I realize costs go up, but all the inventory is donated items, so leaving the perks in place would increase shopping traffic. You can still get good buys here, but I'll shop there less often than before without the buyer's incentives.

Corporate greed store...over priced on most clothing items...when you can buy a brand new t shirt for $5 why buy a used one. They stopped doing senior discounts , also stopped doing special colored tag sales.

My wife and I have donated a significant amount of items over the past few months to this location. Some of the employees that work in the receiving are are extremely rude at best. I understand COVID limitations and interaction with the public but yelling at us to “get back” is absolutely crazy. They don’t want to hand you a receipt but they handle every item we bring in. Calling the manager about this does no good either. Recommend you take your donations to another organization here in the area

Store was well stocked and well organized, but staff is poorly managed. Their lack of training is evident, and there were 2 employees arguing in the middle of the store.

I get that they took out the dressing rooms....but no mirror either! I put back a lot of stuff because I couldn't at least.see what it looked like on.me. need to fix this problemThere are plenty of spaces for mirrors.

Staff is almost always friendly, but someone working there prices miscellaneous goods way too high! Everything they sell is complete profit, so not sure why lots of items are way overpriced! Anyway, this store has very limited & scarce supply of everything. Used to be packed with clothes! Sad.

This is my hometown Goodwill store, and I love shopping there. The staff members and managers are friendly and helpful. Some of the prices are a bit high for my taste, but the other southern Indiana stores (like Bloomington) are even higher. It's still a bargain!

The store is always clean and the staff are all very pleasant. Sometimes it seems as if the person with the price gun knows what merchandise I am most likely to purchase and chooses the highest price the gun will go. Lol

Still junk and overpriced since they merged. August 2022 now they did away with senior discount, veterans discount and didn't see any color discount. Hope you go out of business. DO NOT DONATE

The prices in this particular store have gotten much higher than what they used to be. My wife and I noticed that a lot of the items that still had the original price tags on them were only marked down a couple of dollars from the store bought price, which on items that are several years old aren't worth it. If you want to find good deals on used items go to the St. Vincent's thrift store on 17th street.

It was ok, staff was nice and friendly, store wasn't to messy. It was the other customers that were a problem but overall its a good place to go for good deals.

it was too high the jeans was $7 a pair and you can get them at Walmart for $9 a pair of War out couch they had for $200 you can get a brand new couch at Big Lots for 300 at this Goodwill was in Bedford Indiana and it was way too high t shirts $5 Walmarts got I got them for $5 brand new never been more they need to change your prices it's way too high I thought Goodwill was for people in need poor people

I know it's a thrift store but I think that there could be more pride taken in the upkeep. I always see the same broken things shoved to the backs of shelves that are in a constant disarray. The clothes are color organized like in the pictures you see of this place. Things are barely in the right places.

Compared to other goodwill stores most of there selection is junk and there prices for donated stuff is pretty high...service was not great but they might have just been new employees..over all I'll make the drive to Bloomington

Went there this weekend I found a large mixing bowl I've needed for ever at a very low price it even had a lid .although some clothes are high for me I'll be back .thank you
