Was after some type of throwing knife. They were out of knives but suggested the Smith & Wesson Throwing cards. They were reasonably priced and worked well for what I wanted. Fella working the back counter was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will check back again for what I was originally after.

We were only two customers in store and yet no one offered any help . We were ready to purchase a treadmill but even after asking to see manager no one helped.. I don’t know how they even stay open at this rate . We will never go back ! 0 stars !

I needed an exchange for just a smaller size and they we're really rude and wouldn't give me an exchange without a receipt. When I've exchanged things there before! Customer service was awful

Don’t ever shop at dunhams sports if you think you want to return an item!!! They won’t work with you and won’t give money back!!! My husband just bought a light there at the store in Bedford Indiana the day before and the day after he tried to return it because he just didn’t like it and they refused his money back!!! What kind of store won’t give refunds!!! Contacted corporate still waiting to hear back from them also!!

Hardly no staff present. Noone asked if I needed help. Noone in the guns and ammo departments. Understaffed and getting tired of no help or Noone caring to help you.

I like the store. The chain and all. The stores layout is nice. I love a sporting goods store that has gun and ammo, the selection of both was pretty good. Sometimes there is more guns than they had on this day. But overall pretty good. They have a decent assortment of ammo. Given the current situation in the world the ammo is reasonable price

I went to help my wife purchase a firearm, and I will say most times it is hard to get someone to help in the back. However the individual that did help us was very informative and took their time explaining and showing us different handguns without getting short or impatient. I will be back to buy more if this kind of help is available.

Very disappointed. Called to confirm stock of golf clubs listed in a Sale ad prior to driving 1 hour+. They confirmed stock and agreed to hold the clubs in our name. The clubs were not in stock. They were unconcerned with the inconvenience it posed to us. Complete lack of communication! Unacceptable customer service!

Will NEVER return.Smile, polite, helpful is FREE, but says tons about the person you are. The cashier, long hair, around5pm ,was very rude! You should be thankful for anyone willing to spend money in a business with today's issues. I recommend stores like this be held accountable for the way they treat their customers, spend money at your local Mom and Pop shops instead, ..I know I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Some of the staff is ho hum about their customer service skills but some are great. If you catch a sale you can get some good deals, otherwise it's really hit & miss on finding a bargain. They do have some nice merchandise if you aren't worried about the price.

They are usually higher than other stores similar but you can usually find what you need. I know they have the "price matching" on things but I think they should just be close to the same price anyways. I buy it at the store it is already lower at. Worth taking a look around.

I rarely give a bad review. This store floods my email with coupons, so I decide to shop. I go in there and find two items totaling $60. I had a 20% off coupon but was told I could not use it for either one. This is the second time this has happened. Young cashier had an attitude. Manager was no help.

Terrible service, long wait for help and you have to fill out a ridiculous survey or they won't sell you a firearm. It is THEIR in store survey, not the required papers. LOTS of other places to shop without rude people.

It's great store. If There were ever enough people working there it might feel more welcoming. Twice I've went to this particular establishment to hear static playing on the store intercom, where I assume music of some sort should be playing. While this alone shouldn't blacken a business's reputation, when I looked for an employee to inquire about the persistent static playing in the back ground I could find none. Dare I say, should I have been a customer of ill repute, I think I could have acquired a large collection of merchandise at a considerable discount. Though the prices are fair, nothing of note as to the "deals" they might be advertising. Most of their ammunition and firearms are priced such that a trip to rural king would be wise before making a hasty purchase.

Great store. Everything I needed was there and more. They have all the workout attire you will need. If you have kids they have it from baseball to football. If you like kyacking, biking, hunting, fishing, hiking etc. You can find it all here. I was impressed and they have all the name brands.

Had to wait TWO HOURS (not joking!) in hopes of purchasing a firearm. Instead of walking out with said firearm, myself, and others who had to wait, were told that we could pay for our firearms but not take them home with us "due to new management".They do have a nice selection of sporting equipment, I won't lie, however having customers wait for hours only to say that we can purchase and just not take home our purchases is ridiculously stupid and inconsiderate. This "new management" needs to be replaced apparently.

Let me start by saying that I'm a first and last time shopper at this store. No acknowledgment of waiting customers, no one with any extensive knowledge about selling fire arms, and the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced anywhere...before...Ever. I won't be recommending this place to anyone, and I won't go back to shop there again.

I always hit up Dunham's at Christmas because there are great deals and I find lots of good gifts. I also find nice coats for myself. I bought a really nice pair of small binoculars here that have served me well. I'm also really glad to see larger sizes in the women's active wear section. I have gained some weight and need to get back in the gym. I can't very well workout naked, so thanks for having xxl gym pants!

I'd been shopping for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. After I told her I didn't need help at the moment she never checked back in with me. When I actually needed help there were no employees to be found. I had to call the store from my cell to get help. I told the store manager what my issue was, and he told me he doesn't train his employees to check back in with customers. Finding that unacceptable, I asked for his supervisor's name and phone number. I walked out to the parking lot to call the district manager, only to find out that the store manager had given me a number that's no longer in service. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Spent over an hour in this store shopping and browsing, found many neat things that I was unable to find elsewhere in Bedford. The backpack selection is awesome, with so many brands and colors to choose from. I highly recommend this store to anyone living in Bedford or the surrounding towns.

Absolutely no customer service at all, even after asking for help. This is the only place where the cashier is the only person actually working. We will take our business elsewhere.
