Bedford CVS pharmacy is the worst in town because they never want to fill you scripts they always make you days it should be embarrassing to them that they can't help people get there meds. They will literally tell you they can't help you today even though you are in a emergency situation to get your medicine. I really hope the female pharmacist gets what she deserves from her boss. 4/23/2024

Well I moved my prescription from a pharmacy to CVS because of cost when I was notified to pick up i was the only person in line and a gentleman said be with you in second he was opening bags with prescriptions I assume. Anyhow after about 3-4 minutes he found my prescription and I displayed my single care app and cost and he responded he couldn’t process order. He moved me to another location and a young lady said she would be with me shortly within a few minutes she came over and said after looking at my single care card prescription number and cost which was 3.27 and responded she couldn’t find the number and couldn’t give me that cost. I did mention 5.00 was a coupon discount and she told me the cost display was 12.00 I said well I’ve waited long enough so I’ll pay it. She said she would take it back to the employee at the register and I said I would have to get back in now about six people were at the register. She said yes so I said forgetIt.My concern was the cost and after waiting and agreed to pay the CVS cost and not single care cost?Also my wife called yesterday and told them what single care cost was and I guess we assumed it was good.

I went into your store this morning when it opened and the gal who opened it was very grumpy; she entered literally 2 minutes prior to opening. I walked in and said "Good Morning" and got a gruff response. Upon using the self checkout I noticed the register was asking me if I want to redeem a $10 coupon, to which I asked frumpy grumpy girl if that had to do with the monthly subscription to which she replied in a rather annoyed toned "Yes". I tried this back in December of 2022 for 30 days Free and had to cancel by a certain date so as not to be charged which I did by phone only to find out today that CVS has still been charging me. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. Your pharmacy is so unorganized which is why I switched all of my prescriptions over 3 years ago to another local pharmacy, and your store has very little choices, and I about fainted when I saw how high your vitamins are, and I mean what few brands you carry. I can get any of those name brands on Amazon for 1/4th the price. CVS is way Too OVERPRICED! I only go into your store literally like two times a year. Good luck staying in business.

I was called that I had s prescription to pick up the following day. (Note that this call came from a live person, not the automated system). When I went to pick it up on the correct day, I was told that there was no prescription ready and in fact, I had zero refills. I realize that mistakes happen, but the staff was rude & condescending acting as if I was the one in error showing up to pick up the prescriptions, I had been told would be ready. The associate named Michael should be working the window at Mickey D's. Switching my business to Walgreen's.

I went in tonight expecting a hassle because I recently changed insurance and still have not received my physical card yet, and I had to transfer two prescriptions from another pharmacy. When I got there, my prescriptions were ready, they had already looked up my insurance, and everything was ready to go. It was one of the best experiences I have had recently at a pharmacy. I did not get the young lady’s name who helped me, but she was great. I hope she gets some recognition.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Had partial lung removal and my Dr upped my dose of meds, she called in and they refused to fill it making up a ton of excuses, even telling me to if you're that desperate go to Er. Was told it would be ready at 8am husband arriving around 10:30 then said it now will be noon. After he complained to supervisor it was available right away. Calling corporate to file a formal complaint. Will not use them ever.

Was told script would be ready at 5p. Arrived at 630p but script not ready. Closed at 7p and still not ready. Waited till following day for text that it was ready but text didn't come. Called and it was ready.I've had numerous issues with this CVS in Bedford over time. Chose another CVS if possible!!!

This is the worst CVS experience I have EVER had. I had a prescription not filled for over 5 days. I recorded 14 calls to the pharmacy, not one was ever answered. I waited on hold for 25 minutes each time before giving up. I went into the pharmacy to inquire as to why, after 4 days, my prescription was still "in process". While waiting to be seen I counted 7 people in line, all being told their prescriptions were "not ready but being expedited give them 30 minutes."When I finally spoke to the pharmacist I explained about my calls, she just shrugged and said:"do you see?" While gesticulating a "see how backed up we are?" Attitude. She explained they don't and won't answer calls. When asked why my prescription was still in progress she said I'd be lucky to have it filled in a week.I called corporate, it took 25:34 minutes to talk to customer service, they took a report and said I would be hearing from Dana within 24-48 hours, which never occurred.People lament big box stores taking away local jobs, well this is why. Customer Satisfaction, Service and ability to perform the basics in a timely and professional manner. I will remove all my prescriptions and my retail business from this CVS and would suggest the same for all current consumers and advise anyone considering this location to maybe check out other options locally... maybe this way the employees will have the time and courtesy to answer their phone.

I came to the CVS in Bedford for my vaccine booster because I couldn't find an appointment at any of the CVS stores near me. I will come here for all my shots from now on! The pharmacist (I believe Ms April) was courteous, joyful, kind and friendly. But the best part was that, even though I was very nervous, she administered the shot before I noticed! This was truly the best immunization experience I ever had. I am sure that such a nice and caring professional provides excellent service all around.

I can leave the one star based on consistency. They are consistently awful. It’s stressful having sick children but CVS makes it increasingly stressful by not filling prescriptions for that sick child, numerous doctors have record of sending the scripts there but CVS claims to not receive them. Even when they do receive them, they don’t fill them. I had my doctor call in refill on Wednesday, I went Saturday to pick up because I WAS COMPLETELY OUT, they still hadn’t filled it. I couldn’t come back I had to find somebody to go pick it up for me. Inexcusable. Rude. Oh and they do not answer the phone.

I was scheduled at Walgreens for a COVID booster. They were closed due to lack of staff yet no notice was given to me. I went to cvs just to see if they had a dose for me. Michael at the pharmacy counter went out of his way to accommodate me. Hoon, the pharmacist, injected me with zero pain. They did not have to help me in this way but they went out of their way to help. I hope they enjoy the pizzas I sent them bc I saw 3 employees take 5 min breaks instead of 15 bc they were so busy. Great job people. Shame on CVS for not having more staff. Depending on one pharmacist to handle injections run the place is insane.

I have always enjoyed shopping here at this Bedford CVS. They keep it nice and clean. Sometimes the isles are a little to jammed up with the specialty gondolas, but that's due to not having enough space. It is one of the smaller stores I have been in. The staff is always very helpful though and if they don't have what you're looking for then they'll order it or call around to find it. Even though they're part of a chain they still try to give you that hometown feeling. I would definitely recommend this CVS Pharmacy!

Actual Hell will freeze over before anyone will answer the phone. I've spent hours upon hours trying to get someone on the phone. I even called the store manager, who didn't care and wouldn't help, and customer service at the front of the store to try and get the pharmacy to answer one of my phone calls. No one could get me on the phone with someone to fill a prescription. The app doesn't work, it's just a waste of space on my phone. If I wasn't forced to go here because of my insurance, I would have left ages ago.

The pharmacy staff here is incredibly incredibly rude. You can tell that they are under staffed. The wait is inconvenient, but the part I can’t stand is how rude they are.I can handle any situation when done with kindness. It’s something they need to work on and improve. I was just treated very poorly and watched another customer treated the same way for asking a simple question.

The staff were very friendly and kind. However, it is absurd that the vivid vaccination and booster shot site is inside and directly in the middle of the line to pick up medication at the pharmacy, and of course, being Bedford, only 20% of the people coming in were masked. I also reported this to CVS. I went here to get the Moderna version of the booster shot, but I wish I had gone somewhere else. I would not mind the lack of privacy of the vaccine shot location so much if people were actually told to wear masks in the store…

My doctor called 2 meds in at 415 today. We waited in line at the drive thru for 22 mins and got to the window - not done. We were told it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. My husband waited 45 mins and went inside. He said some old man was on the floor and all the techs were swarmed around him helping and told him it would be another 30 mins. I just called in and was told it would be 15 mins.I have bronchitis, sinus infection and double ear infection. It has been so nice to wait 3 hours to get the medications I need.Will NEVER use this location again. NO excuse.

They have never had my prescriptions available on time nor do they answer the phone when I call to ask about them. I understand and I am willing to work with them if it's a matter of them being understaffed but there has been a few times were the staff has been rude to me. I'm going to give them a few more chances before I go to another pharmacy

For the last 3 months, I've had the same script filled on the same day every week and at the same time. Each time I've been promised it would be finished in an hour. I have not been able to pick my meds up in an hour, I have had to wait two, three, four hours beyond the hour promised. Half the time they haven't even started on it. I don't know what their problem is, but they need to get a grip and fix it. Walgreens doesn't even take that much time, further, the local mom and pop pharmacy can fill the same script with the same flow of customers in half an hour tops. Due to my insurance, I am stuck dealing with CVS. Even tonight, they still haven't gotten my meds that I need finished and now they are closed and I have to wait till tomorrow evening to get them and around in circles I go again. Something has got to give. People depend on their medication and when you tell someone something is going to be done in a certain time frame, THEN IT SHOULD BE DONE. A company is only as good as their word and CVS pharmacy makes many empty promises and should correct them if they are going to continue to conduct business.

I have literally been on the phone on hold for an hour and a half! Just to check to see if they received a prescription because they can be sent in and called in and won’t fill it until you go into the store and then you have to wait forever. I have to use this pharmacy because of insurance otherwise I wouldn’t! Walgreens is so much better, more efficient and a huge time saver!

The staff is courteous and health cautious as it is the policy to always grow into the next level of service. Sometimes this growth happens before proper staff is allocated. Discount cards used when insurance will not pay & always updated on the latest drug interactions!!! BEYOND HELPFUL!!!❤️

This is an absolutely disaster of a store. Every time I need medications refilled I wait on hold for 30+ minutes each time. If you go to the actual store you wait even longer. This time I waited for 53 minutes and finally hung up and switched meds to a different pharmacy. I called to file a complaint with the store manager but she was “busy” and had to call me back. NEVER got a call back. I called to file a complaint with corporate and no shocker here, but waited on hold with them as well and never got an answer! Save yourself time and energy and take your business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is understaffed and it is clear that they are poorly managed. The lines, the waits, never answering calls, never filling scripts that are in process for days, I could go on and on. I am surprised the customers in the waiting lines have not started a disturbance yet. Bottom line, I will be transferring all of my scripts and never doing business at this cvs again.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I’ve been on the phone with them for AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES! I called corporate from another phone and guess what they got ahold of them within MINUTES and magically my prescription is ready by the time I got off the phone with corporate. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! Also, this is the THIRD time I’ve called in 4 days to get my medicine! THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE AND EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY! I would give negative stars if I could!

For the past 3 years I have never been able to call the pharmacy and they answer. I have waited 40 minutes on hold before I finally hung up. They are understaffed or something isnt right that is for sure. The convenient part of the store has never given me any problems. Just the pharmacy. If it wasnt so much work to switch pharmacies I'd do it in a heart beat.

They said my prescription wasn't ready and they'd text me when it was. 8 PM came and I'd never got a text so I decided to run in because Google says their pharmacy is open til 10. They were closed.

Quite possibly the worst place to get your percriptions filled. Would be zero stars if possible. Seems like they do everything in their power to make sure they waste as much of your time as possible. If you decide to wait in store you should schedule a couple hours. If you plan to come back in a couple hours it’s best to come back the next day, but even then they will come up with a reason why your script is not filled. I can’t remember the last time I got a percription filled here and did not have to make 3 trips. If I didn’t have a CVS exclusive discount card I would have found a different pharmacy a long time ago. The other places may be a bit more expensive but with the amount of my time that this CVS consistently wastes may even out the scales. Time to do some price comparison so I can leave this CVS with it’s rude, lazy, and incompetent employees behind.

I've had so much trouble with this place. Just today's visit I called at 1:15pm to refill a prescription they told me to give them 30 minutes so I show up at 2:15 and they havent even started!! I have 2 sick kids and I'm waiting in the parking lot for another 20 minutes till they can get their meds. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Call them, you're on hold for at least an hour. The employees act like you're taking time out of their busy schedule. If my insurance would let me go somewhere else, I'd be there in a heartbeat.
