Got a recliner at Big Lots in Bedford Indiana. The board that hold the springs broke after having it for a shortime. Called them and they told me that they only 6guarantee them for 30 days. Won't be buying no more furniture from this place.

I enjoy shopping at Big lots. The prices of course are really good and the selection of products is about what you could get at any discount store. They have plenty of things to choose from and a fair amount of choices in certain things. I hope to continue shopping there and get more stuff for my house when I need it. We bought a walk which was well priced and look like a really good sturdy piece for the kitchen. Great job!

The store is well stocked. Items are well priced. I found lots of good deals on food, paper products, shampoo and other household items. I got what I needed and even able to use a store coupon that saved me $10!

Not the store it used to be....they are more expensive than Walmart with less quality. I only stop there if I can't find something everywhere else. Stopped for Easter candy and they had next to nothing......

Good prices, nice selection and friendly employees. Would much rather spend my dollars here than at mercenary Wal-Mart. The staff is great, especially Ruth and Jen!

I typically love this place but I went in the 10th at about 8 and there was a working on one of the couches half asleep. I was shopping for about half an hour and when I was getting ready to leave the cashier had a question and had to shake her shoulder to wake her up, she had a customer with her while she was doing it. I understand that sometimes you have a long day at work but sleeping on the display furniture in front of customers is not okay.

Kind of sloppy as far as the store looks but oddly clean. I went in to look for furniture and to be honest they have a good selection with reasonable prices. They had everything from beds, chairs, TV stands, to decorative heater's. They have a lot if everything. I'll go back.

The young cashier was cheerful and helpful! A lot of gluten free products available... this is important since my daughter has celiac. The store is well stocked and easy to maneuver:)

Went in looking for an electric fireplace mantel. Our associate, Jan, was very helpful & knowledgeable about the production offered in the store. We ended up purchasing on they had. Thabk you Jan for all your help.

Fun store to shop with its bargains and discontinued products. It's also fun to look at the furniture groupings. If you change your look often, you're looking for deep savings! Parking is ample but be especially watchful for cross traffic from James Avenue.

Horrible management at the Bedford Indiana Store. A manager named Brandon and one named Doug White treated all of us customers like we weren’t important and only interested in harassing us about a Big Lots card and donating money. We won’t shop at a store who harass its customers.

Sketchy style advertising. Flyer and sign on product both showed $6. Register rang up $9. When I questioned the price at the regisyer they showed me the tiny fine print that said "and up". Very deceiving advertising I will not be back.

My favorite place to shop! Easy to get thru aisles & there is new stuff every time I go. Better than Walmart in my opinion for home goods, holiday decor & more. Cashiers always friendly😀😀

Items in in isles or displays in middle of walk ways make it hard to social distance in certain areas. Checkout can be crowded although I think they are trying to keep it safe.

Coupon was left on dog food and they did not give me the sale price. Told me that Big Lots did not do Coupons. Some forgot to take them off.

Store set up and placement of things seems frantic, also seemed kind of empty as well. Stared at one air mattress for 30 minutes and no one ever came over to help, just stood at register and made eye contact. Idk, could have just been a bad day tho.

The selection isn't great. It's a discount store so it has the things you expect; messy shelves because people are inconsiderate, over worked staff, ok deals when you can find them.
