It was just ok. It is a lot like Marshall's and TJ Maxx. Very similar layout with similar items though just maybe not as much designer stuff. Not much in the way of teen or plus sized items, mostly misses. Good office wear for women, but lots of tees for men.

Good variety of Nice affordable items. Clothing choices for women pretty good, but men's not so good. Very small area of men's clothes. Shoe selection dismal...love shopping for the different holidays! I can always find nice gift items and decor!

It was a good place to shop. The prices are reasonable, and they seem to have a fair amount of merchandise. They weren't as well stocked on the pant sizes I usually wear. I was looking for a pair of khakis in a size 38, but there weren't many size 38 waist pants. I found one pair that worked, and they were good pants. The rewards site was pretty good and relatively easy to set up, but it would have been better as an app. All in all it was a good experience and I definitely plan to return.

They have great selection sometimes and great prices as well. I love how they lay out their store where you see the bags first. I just wish they more real leather bags and more brands to choose from. Their home essentials are also great if you are looking for great quality items at a reasonable cost. We go there for that and body washes and shampoos that are not found in walmart or other retailers in the area.

I love the clothes and price are okay. I wish there were more of a selection for plus sizes though. I also wish the bathrooms were more taken care of. They are just gross and 9 times out of toilet paper.

Always a great deal to be found on name brand clothing. The volume and selection of the men's clothing racks far and away exceeds what can be found at competitors like T.J.Maxx and Marshall's. Five stars.

They need to update and restock their inventory...I do find things from time to time...but when I first went to a Burkes in Pigeon Forge, the quantity and quality was endless. Please see that our store's selection is upgraded...whoever is in charge of that. We need places to shop in our area!

Good. When I got home with a pair of pants they had a whole in them. I'm partially handicapped so try things on at home. Everything was fine, but I now have to take them back and I loved them.
