I went into the store yesterday and only made 2-3 steps into it when the heavy set black haired guy at the register asked me twice if he can help me while checking someone out at the register. He kept talking to me while the customer is still waiting for him to check him out. That's the second time I've been in that store. In my opinion me and the guy was treated with disrespect. The heavyset black haired guy working the register seemed to try his best to keep me from entering the store while the customer at the register to check out was held up while I was being asked a question as the worker the don't have an item that I didn't even ask about when he rudely stopped me at the door. I went in to get a wooden wishing well.which I seen on their website. He rudely said the don't have bird baths either which I wasn't even looking for.

Trust me if you need any kind of professional input you will be well served by the manager Jen- she is always on the ball , keenly aware of her stock and tremendously helpful and kind.

Great Experience!I called this store and asked if they had covers for zero turn lawn mowers, and they did. Then I asked if the price-matched other stores, the lady asked me what store and how much was their price. After I told her how much their competitor's price was, she said ok. I had to travel half hour to this store, but it was worth it.The store was very clean and orderly and we were greeted with a cheery hello! They matched the price on the cover I needed and I left there a very happy customer! I will definitely shop there again!

Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Prices are marked incorrectly and are twice as high when I went to check out. The clerk did not even offer to check the price displayed on the wall for the product.

I am here at my local Rural King In Greensburg Indiana the guy Nathan that works back in the gun section has the poorest attitude for a sales associate..He never greeted us, he never offered to help us he looked at us like he was just ticked off.He has spoken to us with attitude every since we asked him for help & him getting up from his chair behind the laptop at the end of the counter. Nathan has made hateful looks & rolling his eyes each time we looked at a different gun until we decided on one and he acted this way the whole time we were back here making our choice in what handgun to buy ...If I could have picked a different sales associate I would have because If it had been completely up to me we wouldn't had bought anything from Nathan so if it had not been for my boyfriend liking the gun we purchased during this time... Rural King would not had made a sell because of Nathan's awful attitude..... I would have went to another gun store... I ABSOLUTELY AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW.If Nathan cant help his customers in a polite, pleasant manner then ABSOLUTELY THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR HIM!!!!He needs wrote up or fired made a stock boy he definitely does not need to be helping yourCustomers especially ones spending 4 or 5 hundred dollars 😡😡😡...

Sale prices and signage were confusing. 15% off at shelf was keyed as 10% off at register. Of course this was discovered until I took my purchase out at home (receipt placed in bag)
