It's probably the worst shoe sensation I've been in. There wasn't much of a selection, lots of bare shelves, and they try to advertise sales but it's only marked down to reflect the actual real price. The employees were courteous tho so that's a plus but the store itself resembles a dying store going out of business. It was a very disappointing experience.

I went in for boots, and I wasn't that impressed with the selection. There were only five different knee-high boots to choose from, only two of them were black, and they were both suede, which I don't care for very much. I chose the pair which I liked better of the two, and they fit pretty well, so I think I can make them work. I guess I just thought that there would be a better selection in the Fall. The sale's representative was very helpful, and I was pretty happy with my experience of the store, I was just a little disappointed at the lack of selection.

Was looking for a pair of dress shoes. Their selection was very limited' Found a pair I could possibly get by with only to find out they didn't have my size. Disappointed.

No customer service.. walked in door 2 associates up front talking both walked to the back without even acknowledging I even walked in the door. A few minutes later one of them asked if I was ready, I said no an it would have been nice to been greeted when I came in, my husband said he was done looking an going out, I told him I would finish soon was just looking would not purchase from there anyway, no customer service. Another lady came out an approached me said she was sorry but they were working on something, I told her customer service should be first, she hoped she could win me back as a customer.. She did stay out front and tried to make a call to the home office customer service for something... Never will I return to that store...

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes 3/9/21 and when I got home notice there is a tag attached to the shoe from TJ Max and price is $20 less than I paid. Always thought this store has poor selection and lack of sizing but didn’t realize they were such a rip off.
