The manager here juliann M. Shaves time from employees to receive her monthly bonus. If you worked here with her, check your pay.

Poor cashier experience. I won't be going to Dollar Tree in Batesville anymore. Like how are going to drop stuff outta my bag, and u dnt realize you dropped something and another thing, how the ring up an item twice not realize then wanna argue with customer

This place is a GEM. Always clean and bright, no overly crowded aisles, lots of interesting inventory, open 12 hours a day, clean and not-sketchy public restrooms and reasonable checkout lines. If you’re driving by on 74, this is a great place to stop for snacks or essentials.

The problem with these big box stores on the discount is that they never have enough staff on hand meaning the cashier might be at the other end in the store putting away stock while you're up at the counter waiting for him or her to come back from doing that job so that they can check you out. It can be very frustrating at times. This is happening at all the stores though. It's a practice that's greed based, because it does not serve the customer in any way. All it is is extra profit for the shareholders. A sore like the store bending you over and saying take that....

This is probably the largest Dollar Tree I've been to, but bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. They still have the same bland variety of miscellaneous junk that every other Dollar Tree has, just more spread out. But don't hold too high of expectations for this store--it IS a dollar store after all. They're not gonna have the most luxury of items to offer here, otherwise they'd be charging more. They do have some decent things to offer here: namely canned and boxed foods and candy, which aren't anything I'm interested in, but for a Dollar Tree, it gets the job done.

I guess it's a bad idea to buy any glassware here, they refuse to wrap it and put three glass pieces in each thin bag. I remember when they would at least keep paper at their registers for customer use, but yesterday I was told that the Batesville manager refused to let them wrap anything. You might be able to buy glass there, but they don't care if it makes it home in one piece. If they don't care they don't deserve my business. Bad business pratice.

I love that we have a DT in town! I was very impressed when it first opened because it was clean and well stocked. However in the months since it has opened, it not as well stocked anymore and the hours have changed temporarily. Maybe they're having issues staffing the store? At any rate, I hope they're able to bounce back!

Dollar Tree was great today. Found some stencils that I wanted and some new that I want to try out. I enjoyed my time there, as I also was there with two of my friends.❤

This dollar tree has came along way, since it opened. The employees work hard to keep it stocked and looking nice. Friendly staff always smiling.

Their cleaning supplies are watered down ALOT. Bought some ammonia there and it was so watered down you could bearly smell the ammonia. BUYER BEWARE YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THERE!

I love the merchandise. The store is nice and clean. But there are no consistent hours. I have been there three times and the store has been closed each time. Open and close vary day by day. Website is not helpful.

I loved going to this dollar tree. It used to be Pamida years ago then became a shopko and now a dollar tree. They had great selection.
