Loved how when I got there several employees were chatting at the counter but when I go to checkout the line is long with only 1 rude elderly man working the counter. I was told that I need to come back to pick up 1 (easy) item from the photo area that I already saw print out. Ridiculous…the cashier didn’t even call for any assistance even though I know there were other employees there that could have helped. So frustrating!!!!

You send a text saying the medicine is ready for pickup, when I arrive you don’t have it. Then tell me it’s on back order and you have no idea when it’s ready. No excuse CVS. Do better. Aside from one staff member, the rest of the pharmacy is incompetent.

This is the best pharmacy. I have to get my dog eye drops that can be very expensive but the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist took their time to find a good rx for me when they were super busy. I appreciate the staff in the pharmacy very much and will continue to get all of my prescriptions here because of the excellent customer service I received.

The associate who waited on me and signed me up for CVS extra was so willing to help and answer all my questions. Even though people were forming a line behind me he took his time to help me with all my questions. I will definitely return to this CVS in Batesville, Indiana.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered!! Not only are prescriptions never ready when notified they are slow, rude, belligerent and extremely unprofessional, I’ve heard the F bomb come from their mouth. At least 10-15 times with a problem. I’ve complained multiple times including corporate! Today once again my wife hasn’t switched to Kroger so I go to pick up what they said was ready ! Only one ready , should be 2 nope just one ! I don’t know what to tell you , then the pharmacist starting arguing ! Zero respect professionalism or customer service! STAY AWAY if you want your meds, wanted to be treated with courtesy and want to make sure they figure out your insurance! I paid for 5 meds before figuring out they entered it wrong and my insurance did cover it. Zero positive experiences with that entire pharmacy, I’d fire them all and start over ! But I’ll never be back

Blonde at front desk is extremely RUDE. Huffed and buffed over getting my photos..... then when the machine or my card wasn’t reading I said can I swipe it after the third attempt of using the chip and she was just completely nasty... needs to learn customer service and wear her mask over her nose. I wish I could of spoke to a manager I was not happy with my experience at all.. I understand we have bad days but I was very nice to her and she was just rude.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up/inquire about a medication I had been prescribed. My concerns were met with vague replies or ignored as the pharmacist answered my questions with, not answers, but instructions on how to take the medication. Medication I wasn't even sure I wanted to take. She kept pushing the instructions instead of giving me any type of factual information in response to my concerns.

New pharmacist manager is not friendly! He doesn’t want to help you fill your prescriptions. No help at all with pre authorizations. Has a take it or leave it attitude!
